I, Vaibhav Thobbi, residing in Hyderabad have been subjected to multiple phone calls from Bharti Axa Life Insurance trying to sell me their policies. I have written an email to them twice after their "Customer Service" helpline does not even connect to, and even when it connects I have to wait and wait and wait till someone actually decides to answer my call. Your call Centre employees have been HARASSING me and my family by calling at odd hours. Sometimes even upto 5-10 times a day. This has been going on for almost 6 months now. I am writing here as a last resort, if i don't get a proper response now at least, you can expect legal action taken against your company for harassing me.
Kindly look into this matter as it will be escalated if action is not taken.
P. S. - I don't care about your policies as I am already insured. If only your employees understood the meaning of "NO, Thank You", this wouldn't have been posted here.

    This mail is to formally lodge a complaint against your employee arnab ray ([protected]@bharti-axalife.com).
    I have taken your policy as a loan cover from pnb housing finance. He was assigned for completing my policy purchase. Since day 1, i am getting no proper response from the concerned employee. I was earlier informed that my dob is wrong in the system, due to which policy documents have been dispatched late and i was asked to resubmit my dob proof. I have submitted the same. After 1 month, i received the document with the same dob error. This shows your negligence towards customer policy handling and no concern for the policyholder. This has made me highly frustrated and i don't believe in your establishment and i am not interested in any future business with you for any life or general insurance products.

      I was misguided by two employees (Purnima Shukla and Manish Aggarwal) of GBIC (Government Body of Insurance Council).
      The case starts when I raised request to surrender my SBI life policy no. [protected]. The case goes to Purnima Shukla GBIC staff who suggested me how to surrender the policy. I followed the instructions but SBI life paid me 50% amount of what I had paid of total premium in four years.
      Further Purnima advised me there are few LIC companies which help to recover the loss of surrender amount what I had the loss from SBI Life after surrender and she gave me two separate Reliance Life insurance policies (no.[protected] amount Rs.45, 000/- DOC Jan’16 for me and (no.[protected] Rs. 30, 000/- DOC Feb’16 for my wife for longer period that is still being continued.
      After few days of reliance policies Purnima called me again and told that some bonus announced by SBI life against my SBI Life policy if not claimed then it will be return to company, and if I want to take the bonuses then they can help me to get this. I trusted the staff because they had helped me to surrender SBI life policy so I agreed and then she told me the way how to get the bonus.
      She got in touch with few LIC companies (Bharti AXA, EXIDE etc.) and suggested me to buy two separate new bharti AXA life policies for one year (fifty thousand each) single premium basis when I asked the reason why to buy the policy for this she ensured me that’s the way only and it is for one year and after that I will get return paid premium amount with agreed bonus. I blindly trusted her as she is a govt. employee and bought two Bharti AXA policies[protected] amount Rs.50, 000/- DOC 29th March’16 for me and another[protected] amount Rs.50, 000/- DOC 30th March’16 for my wife now I had four policies till now.
      For more detail about the bonuses she transfers call to her colleague Mr. Manish Aggarwal bonus department who convince me and told me calculations of the return amount after one year.
      After few days she again called me and told few more bonuses/dividend something and again asks me to do the same thing that it is also one year approval basis after a year I’ll get return paid premium with bonus. This time she offered me EXIDE life insurance policy (no.[protected] amount Rs.45000/- DOC 7th Jul’16, I was having doubt but she and Manish Aggarwal kept ensuring me to trust them and then I did and bought Exide policy as well.
      After completion of one year in March’2017 I have been approaching both of them regarding one year approval basis policies Bharti AXA and EXIDE and now they have been averting me and asking me to wait till March 2018. Now I am feeling that they have done fraud and misguided me altogether and now I am in the loss of 3, 00, 000/- . GBIC staff detail are given blow.

      Sir I m from Nagpur Maharashtra. My mh40 AU 0782. Sir app ki company ka against meri policy nahi de raha h. Us ne policy galat banaya tha change karne diya to vo ab time de raha h. Plz. Help me.
      She tried to do the same with me, fortunately I found fishy and did some research by calling my insurance provider and asked her to send an email from her official id, which she sent from the same id mentioned above as purnimashukla.[protected]@insurer.com, I searched the domain insurer.com on google and didn't find anything there, later I found on mail.com that I can also create an id with the same domain, I created an id which looked similar to her and sent her an email with that. After which she didn't pick my call and never called me back.
      Later when I tried to call her from a different number, someone else picked up the call and he said he is not aware of anything and they do not do anything related to insurances.
      You should always research before you take any step. Never trust anyone over the phone until you get something in written and even it is in written, try to do some more research and make sure that you are not talking to some fraudsters.

        i follow up this issue last 6 months but Bharti Axa not providing me any details.

        Last Month I Visited Bharti Axa JB Nagar (Chakala) branch but they told me It will take some time. Required documents already submitted in branch

        I have renewed by two wheeler insurance on 19th May through your online portal and made a payment through net banking.

        till date i have not received my policy, if called to customer care every time they say they have raised a complaint but no action is taken place

          Bharti axa life ins co. Is not releasing my payment o[censored]lip plan policy no.[protected] surrender on 20.04.17. They informed about payment within 7-10 days. after contact they told that neft failed on 27.04.17 and chq will be sent within 7 days, now they are not giving any reply about releasing the cheque.
          They are telling cheque is ready on 08.05.17 and within 7 days reached, but still not got the payment. Now they are not confirming about the payment.

                I am writing this letter in response to Policy Cancellation-S8394235 letter given by Bharti AXA General Insurance Co. Ltd due to cheque bounced. I am disheartened to receive the cancellation of insurance policy of my Hyundai I-10 car due to the mismatch of my signature on cheque. Please observe that the cheque was given by me on[protected]. In this connection, I informed you that letter of cancellation notice was received by me on[protected] through Indian speed post as the company sent the speed post only on[protected]. Also company did not communicate regarding cancellation of cheque, either telephonically or by mail, when the cheque was canceled by the bank. Considering the lag in his services during the period from 27-01-17 to 28-04-17, I would not have received the benefits from the company had there been any mishap such as an accident, which is the sole reason for opting an insurance policy. In such a case, who is responsible and this leaves no meaning in having a policy. The communication from company side was delayed and as such I am deprived of 45% rebate on premium offered to the customer by the company as well.
                In this connection, I informed you that I had written the complaint to the company and they assured me for solving the problem (Complaint No: BHG045046). But finally, they did not provide satisfactory solution. I am therefore writing this letter to you for the satisfactory solution.

                  I have meet a small accident where my car's front bumper, back bumper, one door and a panel above door is damaged. Apart from this ABS sensor is also damaged but they are saying it will not be covered. Back bumper was out of my car from one side and it might drag on road so I have temporarily fixed it with 2 screws. But now survey guy is saying I have added those screws so it will not be covered. I understand that it can be in clause so he is not able to get approval but try to understand the situation also. Be practical and consider the claim for back bumper and ABS sensor.

                    This is serious issue have been facing by my family since last 15 months.One person from Bharti Axa life insurance saying himself as an reputed employee of the company.His name is Ved Prakash Arora. He is asking money from my father against releasing the fund related to some Bharti axa insuarance policies. Even after my father send him around 30 lakhs in many parts during past 15 months. Every time he promise and say that within 2 days your Fund will be release and you will get amount credited into your bank account and after two days he give excuses. Every time he come up with new excuses and demand for more money to complete the process. Please help me to get rid my family from the difficulties. And please tell me that is there really this process exist or not in Bharti Axa Life life insurance company.

                      With due Respect I make you known that I purchased A Smart Health Optimum plan from Bharti Axa General Insurance on 17/04/2015 with policy no J9102427, Renewal policy no Q0089460. As per policy wordings they will cover 100% accidental coverage from that day. And other illness after 30 days. There is additional Critical Illness Coverage of Five Lakhs (5, 00, 000/-) after 30 days of policy commencement date. As per policy term if anyone meets with critical illness after 30 days of policy commencement date they will pay a lumpsum of 5, 00, 000 to its policy holder. On 14th of January 2017 unfortunately I got a heart attack for that I admitted in hospital from 14th January 2017 to 22nd Jan 2017. After discharge from hospital I submitted all documents to bharti Axa for Reimbursement of Critical Illness Lumpsum Amount of 5, 00, 000. CLAIM NO : Q0241649. After delivering of all documents to bharti axa I mailed them asking the status of claim ( Claim . They Replied that my claim has been approved and they will send the settlement letter shortly. But they did not send me any letter. On 20th April I again mailed Bharti Axa to mail me the settlement letter. On 21st of April they mailed me the settlement letter. But I am getting shocked seeing that the reimbursement amount is only Thirty-six Thousand Ninety Only (36090/-) . When I asked the reason they said they are not giving me Lumpsum Amount. They will give Only the hospitalization Bill. They replied that The current diagnosis is not meeting the critical illness criteria. But In policy document it is clearly mentioned that 1st heart attack is Critical illness. They fraud me . I attach herewith the policy wordings and all documents. Please do the needful to get my settlement of Five Lakhs. And take a strict action against Bharti Axa for cheating their customers.

                          I was having a car insurance which got expired on 18th march.. could not renew because of my travel schedule.. called the helpline and got my car inspected for a new policy.. inspection done and henceforth no response

                          After my number of calls and follow ups i got to know that my car is not recommended for a insurance as there is a "crack" on windahield..

                          1. First of all its not a crack, its a small chip about 1 cm in diameter.. and irs there for last 4 years.. nobody seemed to notice this in first inspection
                          2. There is no courtesy from bharti axa to inform the client.. i have been following up and getting promises for call back..
                          3. What is my benefit of coming back to bharti axa after my policy expired, where i m getting better rates and IDV from other competitors

                          I have been driving this car with out insurance for past 20 days.. just because u guys dont care to inform ur client..

                          This is crazy stuff from an insurance company.. absurd... The nationalised company provide better service than u guts

                            I have renewed the policy on 11th April, I have made the payment on April 11th till now I did not even receive any acknowledgement nor the soft copy of policy document. When I call the customer service they said it takes 24 hours to generate soft copy. To my knowledge soft copy is generated as and when you make the payment. Ok! I waited for 24 hours now when I call back they say 3 working days to generate the policy. It seems they took my money of Rs.15100 and now not even responding on time.

                                I have taken policy no. S4596116 from Bharti Axa GI for my new vehicle Mahindra KUV1OO K4+ 6STR registered as UP-32 GY-6615.
                                As per their quotation for Zero depreciation i paid the premium to Bharti Axa GI and received policy.
                                An accident taken place on 27th Dec.2016 and vehicle sent for repairing at Mahindra authorized Service center namely A. Auto movers, Chinahat Lucknow after survey of Vehicle by Mr.Manish Srivastav it was told to me to come on 15th Jan.2017 to take the vehicle.
                                On the said date Vehicle was not ready and after a long follow up I got my vehicle on 24th Jan.2017and asked to pay Rs.26514/- for repair charges.
                                When i inquired to Mr.Manish, he told me that he is not in town hence you pay the bills after reaching to Lucknow he will collect bill from service center and process for settlement.
                                Then I paid Rs.26514/- and taken my vehicle from service center, after long follow up with Bharti Axa GI I got Rs.20558/- against to the repair cost vehicle Rs.26514/- when I inquired to Bharti Axa GI, they have given me a assessment sheet which has not been made as per the policy.
                                I have made complaint to concern authority but they are not able to provide any valid reasons for deductions.every time they send only assessment sheet.
                                The balance amount Rs.5956/- remain pending for payments.which they do not want to pay.
                                By this forum I wish to inform the concern authority of Bharti Axa GI, Please do not force me to file an Appeal to Consumer forum for that you will be solely responsible for all expenses incurred for justice.
                                There are two things very clear either company cheated at the time of issuing policy or making fool in assessment.
                                The assessment is not as per zero depreciation policy.

                                  I have raised a claim for my Car policy Policy # S8469509 Claim Number - F1000011 -C1173208.
                                  I informed the local representative that the car is available for inspection at the workshop for the assessment of the damages. the same was intimated via email too.
                                  The car was left in workshop for 3 days and none of the assesser reached to assess.
                                  Now while writing to the customer care Head Zonal, the honorable Idiot: Punniakodi says that the vehicle was never left at workshop for inspection.

                                  This is a crapy service. DONT GO FOR IT.

                                    I had a worst experience with opting to go with bharti axa general insurance. my 2 - wheeler policy no S4551930 was renewed by me on 8/3/2017 but yet i have not received my any of the policy document and even after frequently contacting the customer care i always get the same reason from them that my policy would be delivered in a day or so. Please look into the matter or else i will file a complaint against the company

                                      but that person started using bad words. this was not supposed to be happen. i dont know his name but i have the number and i have recieved this call at 6.40pm on 10/3/2017. i want you to take some action on this.

                                        Policy Effective Date: 10 th Dec 2016

                                        I got this policy from Ajay tripathi ( Bahrati Axa Agent) his number is [protected]. He offered me 5 benefits in this policy.
                                        1. sum assured 5* basic premium
                                        2.20% cash back of basic premium
                                        3. 2% refund every every month
                                        4. 2 Lacs Medical policy for 5 members
                                        5. and money back after 10 years.

                                        He mentioned, for verification first 3 calls you will be getting from Bharti axa, where these benefits will not be discussed, but in 4th call (which will be from our branch) you will be discussed all the benefits. And Exactly same thing happened. I got 4 calls out of which last call mentioned all the benefits.

                                        But, when i have received the policy documents after sometimes, the benefits he offered were missing in there. When i called him he said, this is the welcome letter u have received, you will receive the policy document with all the benefits i have mentioned after 15-20 days. As this policy is given by the branch, it takes sometime but you will get it for sure.

                                        After sometimes, i got call from his branch for some branch code, i simply refused. I asked him to provide documents first.

                                        It's been 3 months now, he doesn't pick up my call, he doesn't reply to my message. lodged a complain on Bharti Axa ( complain NO:[protected], but ddn't get any response from them. Now planning to take legal action against him. Please suggest !!

                                        I gave 53500 amount in April for life insurance policy to Bharti Axa SMC broker Sanjog Bhardwaj([protected]) for Elite advantage plan that was discussed over call by representative Divya Chauhan ([protected]) stating that they she is calling directly from Vediocon tower 6th floor Bharti Axa office Jhandewaala Delhi.
                                        I keep following about the issue of my policy but they keep on giving excuses. Now almost 2 months have passed they have my money but I have not received any policy or bond from their side. Each time they said policy is under process.
                                        I am a middle class person and 53500/- matters a lot for me. I maid this payment via credit card as they promise to reimburse processing fees of EMI. but neither have received process fees amount for any document for my policy.
                                        Please take serious action against them, so that they will think twice before making false commitment with any customer.
                                        Same things happened with me .. after further investigation found that those are not from Bharti AXA, those are broker from whom Bharti AXA getting jobs .. I also complained Bharti AXA but they don't take any actions & refusing to refund my money... Totally fraud company...I am publishing this on social media...
                                        One person was Sanjog Bhardwaj & other lady was Kashish mishra from SMC also given me same offer attaching both photographs to just for aware ness
