I got this policy from Ajay tripathi ( Bahrati Axa Agent) his number is [protected]. He offered me 5 benefits in this policy.
1. sum assured 5* basic premium
2.20% cash back of basic premium
3. 2% refund every every month
4. 2 Lacs Medical policy for 5 members
5. and money back after 10 years.
He mentioned, for verification first 3 calls you will be getting from Bharti axa, where these benefits will not be discussed, but in 4th call (which will be from our branch) you will be discussed all the benefits. And Exactly same thing happened. I got 4 calls out of which last call mentioned all the benefits.
But, when i have received the policy documents after sometimes, the benefits he offered were missing in there. When i called him he said, this is the welcome letter u have received, you will receive the policy document with all the benefits i have mentioned after 15-20 days. As this policy is given by the branch, it takes sometime but you will get it for sure.
After sometimes, i got call from his branch for some branch code, i simply refused. I asked him to provide documents first.
It's been 3 months now, he doesn't pick up my call, he doesn't reply to my message. lodged a complain on Bharti Axa ( complain NO:[protected], but ddn't get any response from them. Now planning to take legal action against him. Please suggest !!
