I had filed for a claim and was asked to sumbit the original bill from the car showroom which i did promptly and after that i was given a number to contact in Bharathi Axa from the car showroom... now i called a couple of times to follow up with that person MR VIJAYKUAMR who is the manager of claims i suppose... he just started raising his voice on the phone and shouted "How many time will u call and ask dont i have any other work and so on i was just shocked to get this response from a manager.. i was totally harassed and finally he cut the phone threatening how i ll get my claim kind of thing ... Pathetic state of affairs in a democratic country how will a common man get justice

    Respected sir,
    I am abhijeet james from gorakhpur sir i lost my brother in road accident on 14/nov/2014.
    He was coming with his bike up 53 bl 5584 from gorakhpur city sudenly a car hit my bhaiya bike from backside and he was much injured public take him to medical college docter declared him death.
    Sir he was having insurance with his bike policy no.-ftw/s2037472/u1/03/d1u11n

    Sir i have submitted all my document to bharti axa which was asked by the company in the month of january but it is going to over 3 month they are not taking any type of action and one of the emplyooe of bharti axa name mukesh mathur misbhehave with us and talk rudely with us.
    Please help me sir my family is travelling in great trouble.

    Please help us for godsake.

      My Father Late Lallan Jha had purchased a Hyundai Verna Car which is insured by Bharti Axa General Insurance Co. Ltd. Unfortunately Car got a major accident while we were coming from our native village to Kolkata in which my father was spot dead and we all our family members were severally injured. As car was total lost we approach to the said company for insurance, they take three months for inquiry and processing. After several reminders for on me, they decline the claim with reason that we were six people in the car including driver at the time of accident. Sir regarding this I want to say that they have not mentioned in their policy that maximum five person including driver, if my father knew the same then he never travel with five person as he was a very good person and follower of rules and regulations, I want to say also that the cause of accident was not a number of person as my father was only sitting beside the driver and I with my mother, sister (Age-21) and brother (Age-16) at back seat. Sir we all are very thin and was very comfortable to seat. My father had taken loan for purchase of vehicle which is due and we are very suffering financially after death of my father. Sir we are helpless as the company has decline the claim for the reason which was not a reason of accident. I mailed to the grievances of the said company but after the several reminders, they have not replied me. The company has not given us the death claim also. They have cheated us. Therefore you are requested to please help us. Ref. : Claim No. –C0663750 Policy No. – S80228006. Sub. : Claim of Vehicle No. WB 02 AF8873. With reference to your letter having Ref. Claim No. C0663750 Dated 12.01.2015, we would like to inform you that you have stated in your letter, Six persons including driver were on board at the time of accident, which is violation of the Motor Vehicle Act -1988. In this regard we would draw your attention that you have not mentioned anywhere the clause of Motor Vehicle Act.-1988 to refer the said subject. We referred Motor Vehicle Act. – 1988 : Driving vehicle exceeding permissible weight is an offence. Which was followed by us, as it was not over weighted. I would like to inform you also that we were six persons on board including driver due to some problematic circumstances. As per your spot survey and all the relevant verification you can clearly observe that the number of persons was not a reason of such misshaping as my late father with the driver were only two persons on the front sheet of the car, which couldn’t hurdle while driving. In relation to your statement regarding misrepresentation of fact, we clearly stated in our letter about that fact. At last I want to say that who will believe on such type of insurance company ( Bharti Axa General Insurance Co. Ltd. ), who don’t process such crystal clear accidental claim. At the time of insuring or we can say taking money from us you don’t educate such type of fact on process of our claim you come under the number of rules and regulations.           Dear Sir/Madam, Complaint Against Bharti Axa that I have claimed on 05.02.2015 for my car for damage but still there is no any work done of my car & car is lying with garage from one week, because Garage people has not got confirmation in writing. So they are not doing work. When I called up Insurance Surveyors Mr. H.S. Bright (his cell no. is. [protected] & email Id is [protected]@yahoo.com) he is not giving proper answer as well as talking rudely and one important thing that this survey has not done by him personally. He send two young boys for survey who was teenager. They don’t have ID proof, They not checked RC Book, Driving Licence, Original Policy etc., He said I am busy, I have other work, let me do my work. So my work is not important, beyond that He says my job is over but he is not giving in writing. Then I Reached at Garage to sort out problem & I called up from there he said I am in Meeting I will call you back in 5 minutes. Again after half an hour I called up again he not taken my call. I was waiting there for 3 hours. But he not called up. Then I called up Mr. Mahesh Joglekar he said I am in Metting I will call you back. His cell no. is [protected]. Then I got call from Vikas His cell No. [protected] he was protecting & taking side of Insurance surveyors. Plus he said we are calling customer only sending reject letter. I called up you is big thing for you Etc. you go anywhere you can’t do anything o[censored]s. When the sale policy product, marketing guy call many times, talk for longer time, talk sweetly, nicely, give rosy picture for claim but once sold the product and occurred accident they don’t have time to talk, solve the customer queries etc. They don’t want settle the claim & anyhow they want reject the claim. I & J.S. Automobile (Garage) want Surveyors/Asst. Report in writing with clarification & why they are not giving me report in writing?

            Reference with serveral online complaints and mails regarding my policy. I personally visited to pune branch on 18th December-14 and had discussion with Mr Amrit regarding my policy. I am getting surprises all the times through bharti-axa, he have told me my policy had lapsed because i need to submit good health form (which was not informed when i had paid the premium) again the amount is also showing different at his end. Can i know what is customer strategy for bharti-axa. First of all for all this things i had travelled about 25 km distance from my home (its just because you people cant solve the querry on phone or email) again after going there also not had any solution on it. I had given written complaint to Mr Amrit and now its almost more than 2 months i have not got any reply from him neither online. while making payment i have spoken with your customer service people and confirmed about it again i had done online payment and amount showing on payment need to make i have made the payment. Is it customer's mistake that they want be with Bharti-axa and bharti-axa is not helping them on customer satisfaction level, is there no benchmark is there and why thn customer service people are not having proper information with them. now its Jan-2015, i am following up the things since september-2014. i need solution for my problem or reverse the amount i have paid i really dont want to waste my money & time on calls, travelling and mails.

                  i purchased car insurance policy online on 23/03/2014 amount of rs.14352.00 which i paid through my hdfc credit card.i received my policy papers from u with insurance period from 28/03/2014 to 27/03/2015.but your company called and informed me on 06/10/2014 that my policy has been cancelled by your company without giving me any information and specification.i purchased my policy through policy bazaar.com and i have called several times to both the companies but there is no satisfying response.i have e-mail my complaints to both the companies and bharti axa has given me complaint no.BHG033920 telling me that they will soon solve the problem i got.but still no action has been taken from them, without my insurance i cant drive my vehicle.so what i have to do now plz reply. thanking you

                    I am vijay agarwal from pune. I had purchased a policy in june 2014. I have a hyundai verna. I met with a accident in which my cars bumber got damaged with a stone in a water logged road. And my car stopped there itself. I called the crane and took my car to nearest hyundai service centre. After 2 days the bharti axa surveyer said ur engine has been damaged by the water and we dont claim water logging complaints. When I asked for a explaination, they kept on postponing the date.they kept my vehicle in hyundai for 10 days un-attended. This was a horrible experience. They said u havent purchased a claim for hdyrastic damage. And on top of that they said u have purchased policy online, now get us a approval online. They indirectly meant to say that they havent got the agent commision because i dint purchased policy from them, so now i ll have to suffer. These people think media and news channels are nothing. The policy they have given me has nowhere written that they wont clear water logging claims. They cheat everybody somehow. When i said that i ll go to news channels and press, they said its upto you. They cant do any harm to us. Those guys think they are top of the world. I dont knw what to do to teach these guys a lesson. I request eveybody not to purchase bharti axa insurance. People working in the company are fraud. My contact no is [protected]

                      Hello,

                      Greetings !

                      I would like to register complaint against Bharti Axa Car Insurance as they 1st sold the policy and now are not giving me claim.

                      They say that the policy is wrong and there was NCB given to you and hence your claim is declined. I would like to raise that I have my car made at Tornado Motors Pvt Ltd in Andheri E and Bharti Axa Claims department says that the policy cannot process claim.

                      My question is I paid the premium in October last year and already have 1 claim given for this policy.

                      Now how can they say that I will not get a claim and are delaying my case and not meeting time lines as they promise as I was to get a solution to it by Tuesday Afternoon and today is Thursday.

                      Please help IRDA and penalise Bharti Axa as their agents are not only mis selling policy, but then they say to customer that your policy is wrong and no claim would be provided.

                        Hi I would like to bring in your notice that I have insured my car FORD FIGO(DL 7CK-9842) with Bharti AXA last year which needs to be renewed after 2month. But unfortunately my car has small damaged and your executive ( Surveyed parson name Amrish) has not approved all damages while it is insured by Zero dept policy. I am waiting since last 2 week while your executive has been wasting my time by passing the blame on other people. I am not able to get a concrete response from him till date. I being your customer it is your duty to resolve my problem but here, I am continuously chasing to get any response from you guys. This is height of irresponsibility. I would like to get connected to higher authority, who can resolve my problem as your present executive has failed in doing so. I should get the complete claim as my request is genuine.                             My policy No[protected] Aajeevan Sampati by the name of my daughter . Executive M/s Nupur Phone number [protected] and other number[protected] explained me about this plan and she told me that I have to pay Rs 20, 0000/- for six years and I have receive benefits from seventh year but when i received the policy i was surprised that policy was for 15 years and when I enquired about the same she told me that was TAX Saving Kit you will receive another policy in which you will get all the benefits that I have told you and more over Medical benefits @ one Lac per annum to family members including my brother and when I asked that As per rule Brother is not included she told me that family member up to 5 persons can have medical benefits (Cashless) thereafter I have not received the said policy neither medical card and when i enquired every time they tell me we will send u soon and there after miss Nupur is not receiving my call and when i called over the number given other person misguiding me she is ill and she is in hospital etc etc . Regarding policy details and insurance he told me that I will not get insurance policy inspite he told me that if I take one more policy he will deposit 1 lac to account . All the above matter forced me to think that t the Company is trying to misguide me and I'm no longer interested to continue with this policy and I want my money back after deduction of charges if any..

                              claim policy no; Hax /s9655161 hyundai i20 diesel sports :- my car after accident on 22 feb 2012 is still in the work shop no feed back from Bharti Axa and Hyundai totally 0% responce.when called costmer support bharti axa costmer care representative misguided me and provided me false information. my car is still pending on claims as there was no response from any single guy from bharti axa.just rcvd 1 call from bharti axa in 50 days that also after complaining to head of bharti axa.. Mr gurvinder hyundai dint care to give a single thought why a car is in there work shop still pendin for repairs no responce from them also.                                 I havent received any email with my policy details from Bharti Axa. The amount was 6270.00 early this march 2014. Not only this, i had taken a road side assistance option from BAxa. I have a flat tyre as i write this email. When i called the roadside assistance number they say that my policy is not even registered with them. This is a horrible feeling to be cheated by a reputed company. An insurance and road side assitance is to bring in peace of mind to customers, not to frustrate them. Iam never ever getting another insurance from this company and will make sure no one i know will ever get another insurance from this company. Dilip S

                                  my name is purushotham and claim number is F0390738, i met with an accident on 14 feb 2014 at pune railwaystation while i was going to my home town so i thought i will claim it once i will be back. when i claimed it taking my hyundai i20 to on kundhan motors, chinchwad march 1 week they said that claim must be within 7 days and the dent is existing at the time of insurance started. they even said that the report states the same and which is not and even i shared the photos of same photos insurance guy took. after rejection i took my car and later i again called bartia-axa customer care to know the status they replied me that status is still under process and they will definitly process it successfully. but still no reply and can i know is claiming under 7 days is mandatory if not then why u r fooling customers with false statements for rejection. number :[protected]

                                    I had taken a car insurance from Bharati axa.

                                    My God, don't take any policy from this company ...this is useless company. If you ask them about your policy, you know what they say? This :

                                    Our specialist team will get back to you. Why specialist team? They don't know about your policy? Such a simple and basic question?


                                    What is so special about my question? They cant speak English also...then what are they doing, why they are sitting there...like a fool we pay money our hard earned money and this is what they do and see how they treat us... I even emailed them, they dint reply, they dint get back on call and when they don't have answer they keep u on hold and disappear. Is this a joke??? Mother [censored]ers.

                                    I took the policy on 31 dec 2015 for my new mahindra xuv w6 which idv is 1216000 and one of the agent assisted to take policy, i received policy copy after one week when i checked there was no gnine/chasis number on it.

                                    I called customer care immediately and informed the same, its been 3 days there is no proper response and saying that we dont have details regarding this we will update you soon.

                                    Agent should take care of the all the details(engine /chasis number) updated on the policy. they say will cannot give you ETA for it that means if some thing happend(accident), who will be responsible for claim. does bharathi axa bear that.?

                                    NOTE: i have purchased new mahindra car keep the car idle for 10 days at home since there is no policy(due to bharati axa fake policy).

                                      Hi, I took a car policy from bharati Axa. its customer service is so bad. They don't even speak English properly. They don't even know what the policy is about. They redirect you to ten other people, why they are sitting there then? Just to take salary for doing no work!!! useless customer service. They put your call on hold if they don't have answer. They also give you time slot but they don't call at that time. This is how the treat you after u spend your hard earned money and take policy from here They give no importance to you, your calls, they don't call you back, they don't reply to your emails etc. company!!
