The Policy-Holder has already expired on 18/1/2010 and Bharti Axa General Insurance Company Ltd has twice renewed the Policy at the behest of my sister Sunita Motiram Ahuja, who has mis-declared that Policy-Holder is alive. Accused Sunita Motiram Ahuja has stolen RC Book and Car Keys , while I was in New Delhi on the date of Sad Demise of Late Motiram Bansiram Ahuja. Mr Asutosh, Legal Officer, Ahmedabad, Gurinder Singh, National Manager, and Agent Chintan Desai-Agent Code[protected], and some unauthorized RTO Agents of Ahmedabad RTO, have committed Criminal Conspiracy and have fabricated false documents and twice issued this Policy in the name of deceased Policy Holder and created bogus claim on 26/8/2011 and even though undersigned has sent email and complaints to Asuthosh, Legal manager and Gurinder Singh, National Manager, of Bharti Axa General Insurance Company Ltd , no Police Complaint is filed and even no certified copies are given to me of "RC book, Driving License , bills passed, cheque number of cheque issued towards claim , claim voucher no-objection for cash less claim, policy copy, policy terms and conditions, etc and Other documents ", inspite of repeated requests and no reply is given to emails sent to all officers of Bharti Axa General Insurance Company Ltd from time to time.
Hence, CEO of Bharti Axa General Insurance Company Ltd should himself or his authorised representative, immediately file Police Complaint in DCB(Crime Branch) Police Station, Gaekwad Haveli, Ahmedabad and unearth all such fake policies in the name of dead persons and arrest all accused who have participated and tried to hush up the crime and all unauthorised RTO Agents who have been indulging in such serious Crime and Frauds, and recover such amounts from the salary of responsible accused and supply me all the certified copies of "RC book, Driving License , bills passed, cheque number of cheque issued towards claim , claim voucher no-objection for cash less claim, policy copy, policy terms and conditions, etc and Other documents" immediately by Registered AD Post.

bharti axa life insurance ltd — not received the salary
Respected Sir/Madam,I Dharmendra Prasad Emp code 14415, was working as financial officer in J P nagar branch, from 25th june 2008 to 22nd oct 2008.I was forcefully asked to resigne the company by sales manager Mr.Manish kumar singh, thou I have done good business in the previous month, In that month I had follow up of some clients, but Mr. Manish started mental harasment on me for the business and forcefully took my resignation and my salary was block, I spoke to the respective HR also but they also could not do any thing to me.I have waited for 3 full months for settlement which is not happened, I need justification for my salary.If my salary is not clear still I may go the end level to Media also
I really love to work with bharti-axa, as it is one of the big organisation in India and also part of Bharti group, which is very proud of our self to be the employee of it.
I hope at this critical stage of my life i will get my salary.
