This is with reference to my complaint for my policy no.[protected] and[protected]. I would like to mention here to you about the product which I have been sold by doing misselling. I would like to bring your attention towards the proposal form and electronic benefit illustration that I have received along with my policy. The signatures are not mine and have been forged.

I have no point of time been told that this money would go for new policy otherwise i would have not paid. as I have no spare money for this. Why i have issued a cheque because i have been told that I would be getting 70000/- Bonus on my policy worth Rs. 18000/-(Inforce Policy[protected], this call i have got from Delhi (Mr.Ashish valia Mobile no - [protected]) So this was totally a fraud case.

This is a clear set of criminal offense and I under no circumstances going to leave this issue carefree. How can your representative (Netambit Broker) forged my signature on the financial documents? If your employees can forged my signature on documents later on they can also forged signature on withdrawal or surrender or any kind of other policy related features. This is a criminal offense and I at no point of this time would like to keep my money with such companies which do such criminal activities. Hence I now want my full money back with bank interest. If I won’t be getting my full money back with interest I will sue

Bharti Axa Life and Netambit Broker with criminal activities and misselling done to me and will also report to IRDA and national media. Your company should & must understand that if you will fool people by doing wrong things one day you all have to pay price as you will lose customers like me. I am feeling that I have been robbed. It’s shocking to see that all over the form and on your calculation tables. Consider this with more seriousness and refund my money back soon.

I have not even received my policy No:[protected], on inquiry at branch i have been told that same has been signed and received by Netambit, so i have not been delivered this policy otherwise i would have cancelled that policy. This was again a Fraud done to me. How can your employee can do this? I need a reply..

When i was inquiring my 20000/- policy[protected] i have been told to pay 28500/- to get this 20000/- back and they have issue my new policy without my sign and document. How come they can do this? this is second time where have been forged.


Summary:

Fraud Signature in both policies in BI and proposal form.
Issued cheque to get Bonus which has been accumulated in my policy( told by Netambit)same has been used by them for new policies without my concern.
Without mine sign they have received policy document at branch has not delivered to me for policy No:[protected].
They issue second policy by saying pay 28500/- to receive 20000/- which i have paid earlier without my sign and concern and policy No is[protected].

i have taken a policy from bharti axa life insurance in the month of march.the executive explain one time term plan but finally i got monthly mode policy with ecs scheme.the executive not told me about ecs & monthly mode payment policy.when i complain to executive & his boss they not give me sutaible answer.give me suggestion what can i do.

    I have bought a policy from Bharti Axa General insurance for my Car. It was bought through Landmark Insurance India Ltd (the promoter of) policyboss.com website. I had a car accident today and when I talked to Bharti Axa for claim of my Car Insurance, they say the policy is not valid and is not showing there in the system. When I talked to Landmark Insurance Policyboss.com, they are helpless. They have already provided the policy.

    To me, it seems either Policyboss or Landmark Insurance or Bharti Axa agents or employees have silently created fradulent tactics to take customer money and don't provide any service.

    My request to all insurance customers in India be aware of these agents of Policyboss or Landmark Insurance or Bharti Axa General Insurance Company.

    There are many people I talked to but non of them were responsible enough to address my concern. I still have the original policy with me with seal of Bharti AXA with car insurance policy validity up to Nov 2013, but surprisingly that data is not in their system, so can't accept the claim.

    Be aware of these fraudsters!

    The worst Insurance company. I had bought a bike 2 months ago and I met with an accident. I claimed for insurance. The total amount was about 15000 but they only are gonna pay me back around 6000. Rest they say is the depreciation. I dnt understand, how can they depreciate such a huge amount for a bike which is just two months old. I strongly recommend not to go for this company's insurance. Its better to have no insurance at all instead of having it from such fraud and blood-sucking company.

      i have taken policy January 2012 from February onward i am complaining to change
      my nominee name and insurance period to 15 yr which was 30 yrs which there agent has done it wrong.more one years are gone
      they are not changing it and saying if i withdraw policy they will not refund any money

        Dear Sir,
        I had requested for renewal of a comprehensive zero depreciation insurance policy for my car Volkswagen, Vento, Model High-line, Diesel, Vehicle Registration No HR 03 M 3041 with M/S Bharti Axa and paid a premium of Rs 29000/- approximately by cheque for the Policy.

        On receipt of Policy document Car Insurance Policy No FPV /11152990/91/01/D19144 under Client ID 03791435 on 14 Feb 13, contrary to my requirement of Commencement of Policy on 21 Jan 2013, the same I found had been commenced on 30 Jan 2013 (validity 30 Jan 13 to 29 Jan 14)? I had initiated the proceedings for the renewal of my policy valid till midnight 20 Jan 2013, on 16 Jan 2013 and the premium Cheque issued by me had accordingly been en-cashed in time, before the expiry date of the earlier policy by M/S Bharti Axa? Thus this delayed commencement, I consider not only arbitrary and a malicious breach of trust but also contrary to established ethical business practices? It implied that I had been tricked into complacently using my car without a valid Insurance Policy by M/S Bharti Axagi from 21 Mar 13 to 30 Mar 13? I feel, I am fortunate not to have met with an accident in this duration, otherwise I could have been apprehended by law enforcement agencies for driving without a mandatory Insurance Policy.

        When I took up the issue of delayed commencement with the Company I was issued a fresh policy, ie Revised Policy as Smart Motor Policy Private Car No FPV/I1175981/91/01/D19144 (dated Nil and forwarded vide their office letter dated 22 Feb 13) with the same Client ID as 03791435, albeit backdated and now with retrospectively amended dates showing validity from 21 Jan 13 to 20 Jan 14, instead of earlier 30 Jan 13 to 29 Jan 14?
        However, no explanation or reason for the revised policy or the glitch at their end has been found recorded?
        The fact that I was without an Insurance Policy with effect from 21 Jan 13 to 30 Jan 13, through no fault of mine, has also not been explained and has been glossed over?
        This bothers me and more so, I wish to get this addressed at an appropriate level/authority, to insure that such a thing does not occur with any other client of Bharti-Axagi, in future?

          Hi,

          I have taken a policy with Bharati Axa (Policy No.[protected], Bright Star Edge Policy),

          I was not happy with the policy and submitted application for cancelling the policy. I was told by customer representative that I would be deducted 1500 for cancelling the policy before 5 yrs and that I would be getting the amount back within 10 days (or) 2 weeks, if I give them a cancelled cheque, which I have agreed and went ahead with the cancellation.

          But now the customer representative is saying that I will get the amount back in 2016 since I have cancelled before lock-in 5 yrs. When I condemned this, they said I would be getting 3.5% per annum on the amount.

          I would like my money back. Too bad that I don't have them in writing. And as many people I couldn't go through the whole Terms in the policy document.

          Can you please help.

            “This is regarding the application no:[protected]. This is a very big fraud I have ever faced. I would like to brief you the case.
            One day I received a call from a landline no. stating that we are calling from Bharti axa and we are celeberating our anniversary that’s why our company is providing a very good scheme to you, that will be applicable if you book the same within 5 days. In that communication that guy told me about the medical claim benefits in the policy for my whole family, as I was looking for the same, I agreed. Along with that a lot of other benefit also stated which I have not found anywhere in policy. I didn’t record all the benefits because I knew that if I would not find the said benefit available in the policy I will cancel within the given timeline but at this place a very big game played with me. I was provided a contact no([protected]) saying that this is bharti axa helpline no. you can contact here for any query. 10 days After paying the amount of Rs.20000 I called on that no and asked about the policy documents and I was told that it will come after few days, I don’t remember the exact no of days quoted. After some days I got a call from my home(Phulera-jaipur) that some documents from Bharti axa have come, as my parents doesn’t know English properly so they couldn’t brief me what exactly it was. Then I again called on the helpline no and asked that some documents from bharti axa had been received at my home town. I asked whether that was the policy ,I was told Sir, that is not a policy it is just a welcome kit, you will receive your policy after 1 month. Again I called after 1 month on the same no. and I was told that this not any bharti axa no. why are you calling and troubling me. I was really shocked then I immediately call at my home and asked my father to courier the documents of bharti axa. When I received the policy I was shocked to see there was nothing that I have been told.
            Here I would like to mention that I requested that I want all my papers at my living place surat not at my home town. I was assured everything would be sent to you at your surat address only and I had filled a form also for that purpose. Purposefully the policy has been sent to my home town

              I introduce myself as Inder Singh Bisht and was provided with the wrong information by the agent on a policy by Bajaj Capital haldwani branch,After receiving the correct information from Customer care,I surrendered the Policy within the free look period and requested them to refund my amount.It has been two month I haven't received anything and after visiting the office they are unable to provide me the information as well as not providing me the estimated time there of.I would request to look into this matter as soon as possible.

                  when im driving the car at NH 7 service road suddenlly one child crosses the road i was suddenlly break the car it rushed to a stone nearby and damaged under the car gear box case oil was leakage and i saved the child .then my car was not moved so i tow the vehicle to car garage volk wagan palacecross and they said its damaged gearbox i applied for claim to the insurance company but now they are only giving the 2 parts .other parts are under claim they are saying .so kindly help us .

                    Sir in april-12 Live Wire Corprate Agent sell policy on phone call . they said they are from Bharti Axa Life Insurance. They propose many bebefits like cash back on premium upto 20%, Child scholarship & medical Cover 2lac. they asked me to wait for bond paper that will come after welcome kit. in this time free lookup period past away. I am not recived any bond paper. bharti axa said there is no such bond paper.
                    so comapny denied my compaint agiant their broker.

                      I had insured my car with Bharti-Axa General Insurance company Ltd. with following details:
                      Vehicle detail: Hyundai Elentra, Regn no. GJ-1-HG-6787
                      Cover note was issued to me mentioning following details:
                      Period of insurance: 17.10.2011 to 16.10.2012
                      Policy no intimated by customer care IO 685851

                      The vehicle met with an accident and intimation was given to insurer on 28.03.2012 and claim was registered under no. S 0088809.
                      I arranged to tow down vehicle to authorized service station of Hyundai at Ahmedabad. Later on I was told by insurer office bearer that labor charges at authorized service station would turn out to be very much on higher side and I was requested to drop vehicle at private garage which would do repair at very reasonable rate. I obliged to company’s request as I did not mind if company has to bear less burden of labor charges.
                      Accordingly work was done and I submitted my claim vide my letter dt. 16.07.2012 for Rs. 34933/-. The insurer company then sent me a cheque for Rs. 20336/- without any details of how the claim was settled. I mailed company on 31.07.2012 to send me details. In the mean time on telephone I was told to deposit cheque but I refused to do so as that would amount to my acceptance of claim arbitrarily passed by the company.
                      In response to above I was mailed a scanned worksheet which was not legible and not readable. I showed my willingness to come personally if they can explain settlement details to me. However company did not respond and again I was told to deposit cheque first. I said that is not possible unless I know how company has arrived at this very low figure of settlement.
                      They again sent me same sheet from which I can never make out how individual items of claim were assessed. Even when insurance expired on 16.10.2012 company did not show willingness to renew the same. Out of desperation on 05.11.2012 I mailed a working excel sheet to company wherein I had given detail bifurcation of claim items submitted by me and I asked company to just fill in the same sheet how they have disallowed claim amount. Till today I have not received their reply and neither have I been able to realize claim amount for which I have already paid.
                      I worked in interest of company when I got the vehicle repaired at private garage. Company behaves in a way so that I am forced to accept claim for which I was given no details.
                      Let me know if you can help me in recovering amount of claim, interest ,compensation for mental agony suffered by me from company.

                        I have purchased a product Bharati AXA Life - (Policy number:[protected]through BHARTI AXA in October. But they have given me product by misguiding:

                        Name called Mr Sidharth Walia ( Mobile no [protected]) was making call me daily and telling me that he is employee of Bharti AXA life calling from Jhadewalan (New Delhi) Branch direct to offer a very charming product... one he come to my office and assured me to return Rs 9700/- out of Rs,20,000/- premium for first year and Rs6000/-commission out of Rs. 20000/- in remaining years--to be paid annually.. . They have collected the documents and said that commision amount has booked separately... do'nt disclose to any one about this...They also inform me that documents will delivered in two stages.. first welcome kit will despached which is not original.... this is only for information purpose...original documents will despached later..Policy review period will start after receiving the original documents.


                        Another person calledMr Rajeev Batra (Mobile no. [protected]) , has called me to described me anRM of Branch, assured me for betterserivice in future.... but today I called him....Now call picking person reply me that this number is wrong ...he is student and receiving number of calls related to Bharti AXA....reply me not to call again.


                        After receiving the welcome Kit, I contact to Mr Rajjev Batra immediately.. he told me that original documents will send within cuople of days... after some time I asked on the given number....He told me that person is out of state and will come soon.... he will gauid me ....
                        Today I contact again and asked for commission and original documents .... they start to abuse me and told me that I ahve to Contact in Jhandewalan Branch in this regard. I suspected them that these people may be agent anf not AXA life employee.....Company can not give me policy by misguiding....

                        I have lodged the complaint with Complaint cell of Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company on Dt 22/11/2012 but I have not get any response from them.

                                This is regarding the pf . i am sarbjeet Kaur I left the organization on last march 2011 but still no update of my pf has been updated to me . sending mails or phone to HR is just waste of time. HR Does not pick the call and does not reply to the mails. Same with the concern department in Mumbai. you thousand time the just pick the phone and keep it aside no reply to the mails also. don"t know what & why whose people are in company..? plz sort out the issue.

                                    The worst Insurance company. I had bought a bike 2 months ago and I met with an accident. I claimed for insurance. The total amount was about 15000 but they only are gonna pay me back around 6000. Rest they say is the depreciation. I dnt understand, how can they depreciate such a huge amount for a bike which is just two months old. I strongly recommend not to go for this company's insurance. Its better to have no insurance at all instead of having it from such fraud and blood-sucking company.

                                      Period of Insurance: 24/05/2011 to 23/05/2012 (Never Claimed since insurance taken 2 + yrs)

                                      Just to bring to your notice that I have been the customer to Bharti AXA general Insurance Comp Ltd, I was not here in town so could not renewed the policy however once reached back to India I called up to the toll free no[protected]th Aug 2012) of the company for the renewal of policy, agent suggested that our person will come for the inspection/Revaluation of the car, no one turned up. Again followed up, kept on getting the commitments but no adherence to same. Yesterday 3rd September 2012 received call from Bharti saying that our personnel will come tomorrow for the inspection of car and said that the NCB benefit won’t be given to you since the 90 days are already over.
                                      They did the delay in the process rather they were waiting to complete the 90 days so that they should save on the NCB and charge the extra premium to me.
                                      Again bought this to notice to higher management (Mr. Gurjeet- National Manager) at there Bangalore office[protected] but he also kept on singing the same song.

                                      I need justification on same else shall move to the court against the company to ensure the other customers should not suffer.

                                      Note: When i did some due diligence came across that BHARTI AXA is only interested to do the insurance for the cars ageing less than 5 years to get the interest benefit on the premium.
                                      My recommendation to people to be away from this company for any kind of transaction.

                                        I had taken an policy on Innova on 27th Feb 12 and later sold the vehicle on 29th April and then bought XUV 500 and took another policy on it. However since then I am still running around trying to get my NCB refund back since June 12. The policy # is I0893436. Despite logging 3 complaints and numerous calls to their under writer Hemant Kumar and an email from Gurinder Singh promising refund on or before 27th Aug, but so far no word from them. Please dont buy any policy with BhartiAXA, am not a disgruntled customer, having lived in the western countries for 15 years I do understand how sometime things move, but this is unacceptable and unfortunately despite all the 3 complaints on IRDA webite neither the IRDA has cracked the whip nor the BhartiAXA cares a hoot. PLEASE DONT BUY ANY POLICY WITH BHARTIAXA you never know what they may come up to deny your claim and make you run around.
