Iam working as advisor in Bharti Axa Andheri Mumbai Branch ( Now shifted to HO). I have qualified 2 times for international trip Dubai and South Africa. Ist time they didnot sent any offer letter or email for trip. 2nd time they have given 10 days time to submitt passport. I said I have no passport and I will be needed minimum 20 working days. They said we can not wait after 10 days for passport.
They take 3-4 months to deliver gift items, after declaration of result and for foreign trip they give short time to bring passport. Actually it seems they dont want to do spend for advisor. They need excuse to reject my request. Other company give equivalent coupens or money for foregin trip, but bharti axa has no such rules. They dont have online option to check details of advisor and customer . Multinational company comes here to earn . They are cheating advisors to get business.
In another contest they put laptop of lenovo for 8 lac premium. After 4 months I got mini laptop of 15K rs inspite of full size lenova laptop. Beware of this company..... call me for details [protected]

I hold a Life Insurance from Bharti Axa, which was Mis Sold to me by an Advisor of Bajaj Capitals. He had hidden all charges from me and had also forged my signature in the Policy Documents.
On complaining to Bharti Axa (Kankurgachi Branch in Kolkata), they had also taken my policy documents along with the complaint letter, assuring me that they will take some actions against Bajaj Capitals and make sure that my policy is cancelled....

dear sir/ madamI was a sales manager with Bharti axa life insurance co ltd and i have worked almost two year with bharti.I have submitted my EXIT DOC and PF DOCUMENT on 17th Aug, 2009, and i am making continuously followups with HR management. But everytime i have been told that it will come soon.When i gave the docs to the HR, i was told that i will come within 1 month. Then after one month, I was told that i can take 2 months.It is almost more then 8 months since i left the company.Now, I am really worried about my money.I am not getting proper answers.Can you please help me ingetting my PF??Rishikant Sinha emp code 6402.

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office on June 2009.

It is almost ten months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.
When i contact with the concern person every time he told me checqe is sent to ur bank. but still i have not receive any amount plz solve this.

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring to your kind notice the sheer act of forgery, perjury and connivance of a Insurance Company and a Authorized Dealer or Representative, whereas an honest customer is duped into a wrong and ill full transaction, the gravity of the offence is quite serious because a life is attached to the same along with the fate of the kith and kin.

My ordeal started long back in the month of May 2008, when I bought the abovementioned policy from Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company Limted, through its Authorized Selling Partner Bajaj Capital Limited from its Green Park Branch, New Delhi. Corporate Agent Code [protected], the Branch Manager at that time was Mr Ritesh and authorized representative from Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company Limited, her name is Monica Pandita her code number is[protected].

I requested them that I would be interested for a lIfe Insurance Policy, and they proposed me the abovementioned policy, they told me that Bharti Axa has an excellent plan and they are offering minimum 10% annualized returns on the premium invested with the compounded interest, I got convinced as the Agent Bajaj Capital Limited made me met this Authorized officer from Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company limited.

I finally after going through all discussions told them to go ahead with the policy,only if they will give me in writing about this 10% Per annum compounded yield. They after two days came back with the proposal form and Policy illustration claiming 10% interest and also asked for the ID and other relevant proofs.I submitted them with all the proofs and also signed on all the necessary proposal form along with the Policy Illustrations. I also filled the entire application form myself.

After few days I received my policy and got the shock of my life,the entire policy document was forged,my application form which I filled was not there,the entire set of illustrations were forged ,and they were not at all my signatures.I also found that there is an another illustration of 6%

I after going through the set of documents,immediately called up the Bajaj Capital Limited and Ms Monica Pandita and raised my voice against this illegal act ,where in not only my signatures were forged in the original Proposal form,but also there is concealment of the facts of the policy from the innocent consumer and hence duping him into a wrongful transaction for their personal gain.

On the outset,the Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company limited along with their Agent Bajaj Capital Limited again in connivance with each other wanted me to handover the entire original policy I received a letter Number CRU/406 dt April 30th 2008 requesting me to submit all the policy document to them with a letter stating the desired changes, which I refused and categorically told them that this is not an human error and it a clear act of forgery and the culprits has to brought to the book, and they should initiate a proper legal action against them and inform us accordingly.

Further to this there was no response from the company on the fall out of the complaint and subsequent action taken by them if any.

But I kept on following with both of them Bharti Axa Life Insuarnce Company Limited, & Bajaj Capital Limted.

I again received a letter from Bharti Axa Life insurance Co Limited dated 27th June 2008 issued by Mr Benjo Devassy Policy Services CSD acknowledged the fact that their has been Signature on the Application and Policy Illustration are different from mine original signatures, and there are pages missing from my original policy.(Copy Enclosed for your reference)

The company officials finally took the entire original policy documents along with the written complaint that they will surely initiate proper legal recourse to the issues pending,resolves all our grievances subject to the fall out of the wrong financial commitment given to us by showing wrong illustrations and also removing all the discrepancies from the original polict,so that incase of any eventuality there should be no problems to the beneficiary.

But,ironically they started avoiding me, not answering the calls,every day they came up with a new excuse ,they said that the Bajaj Capital Limited (Corporate agent) representative has left and Monica Pandiata is not traceable,we will investigate the matter and revert.The delayed tactics added to the misery of a geniume customer,I kept paying on premium till two years and has already paid apprx 44000/- on the policy ,without my grievance addressed.



I appeal to the Regualtory Body to intervene and investigate the matter with the concerned authorities, I have all the necessary documents to prove my credibility. And the same can be furnished at any time,any where as required.

I request the Regulating authority to penalize the Bajaj Capital Limited and Bharti Axa Life Insuarnce Company Limited,subsequent to the truthful findings at your end.



I as a Genuine Law abiding consumer will seek compensation to the tune of the amount I have been duped along with the mental trauma and agony I have gone through in last two years.

I as a harassed customer seeking an Redressal to my Problem,would like to set it as an precedent For the Millions of the policy holders that they should not be duped and cheated by the agents/brokers with hand in glove theory with the Insuance officers to make their commissions.I seek a Impartial enquiry into the complaint,and when found quilty ,the cancellation of Licence of Bajaj Capital Limited to practice as an Insurance Corporate Brokesr and Agent.and also to bring the Insurance Company to the book. I will seek that the Officers involved should be reprimanded and punished for their acty of crime,as the matter involved is of a Life Insured.

My Name is Ashwani Mishra, I have been approached by Bharti Axa life insurance manager Mr. Dheeraj Arora for a Plan Bharti Axa life Future Secure pension Plan, he came and filled the form for the said policy for 50000 annual premium. Just after few days I have received a call from your verification department for seeking an appointment of mine for some verification purpose. When he came and shown the papers of proposal forms, it was completely manipulated through my fake signature including some fake declaration request note-that has been fabricate to manipulate on my behalf. Instead of the original 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) Annual premium they have manipulated, 1, 00,000/-(One Lac) as semi-annual by filing a declaration note. Though it was quite shocking on my part, “when i asked Mr. Dheeraj Arora (Branch Manager Bharti Axa life Basant Vihar) he came by 18th of Feb and tried to justify the things by saying sorry etc. Since it was a question of integrity of mine and faith towards Bharti Axa, I could not make myself agree to retreat. Then I have handovered a cancelation request letter duly signed by me with original policy No.[protected] to Mr. Dheeraj Arora by 18th Feb 2010 to cancel the policy with immediate effect within free look period. as confirmed by customer care, he has not processed the case for cancelation yet. due to manipulation done by his part.
By looking back, now I feel that there was intentional delay by Mr. Dheeraj Arora affected my cancellation of the policy within the free look period. Since he don’t take my calls and not submitted my policy for cancelation, So I urge you to look in to the matter and kindly check these officers who are maligning the image of Bharti Axa life insurance by doing such fake signature and fraud.

This is to bring to your notice about the shabby treatment i received from Bharti AXA life Insurance company representatives.

I had applied for 'Brighstar child' and submitted a cheque of Rs.50000/- dt 10/11/2009 (Citibank) toward first premium payment for the "Bright star" child policy.The proposal number for this is 3882704 (as per the receipt available with me).The policy number for the "Bright star" policy is[protected]. I had to go abroad on account of work after I had paid the initial premium for 'Brigtsta kid' plan and could return only on Jan 2010.

My application for Bright star policy was rejected.Based on this,I got an intimation from Bharti-AXA on 16/11/2009 that my proposal for "Bright star" policy (bearing proposal number 3882704) and it was also mentioned in the letter that the refund of my inital deposit will be sent shortly.But till date, I have not received the refund of the initial deposit paid for the policy[protected].

Without my prior consent,the Bharti-AXA sales person have transferred my initial deposit of Rs.50000/- paid to the rejected policy bearing policy number[protected] to a new policy - "Dream life pension" plan bearing policy number[protected].

I was not even informed of this change in plan done without my consent.

As per the norms, when a policy is rejected the applicant should be given a refund of the initial deposit paid towards that policy and if the applicant wishes to transfer the amount to a new policy instead of refund of the initial deposit, the applicant would write a letter requesting to transfer the initial deposit (that was paid to the rejected policy) to the policy of applicant's choice as part of initial payment.But clearly, this was not followed in my case.I was abroad, when th

As I was waiting for the refund to come, I was surprised to receive a courier containg a policy which I have never ever applied for.The sales person has transferred my initial cheque paid todwards Brighstar child policy to a new policy - "Dream Life pension" plan.I was never informed of this plan , nor was shown any illustration of its benefits or was informed about the allocation charges or other details as is the norm.
While I was aborad,after so many unsucccessfull attempts i contacted the sales rep person and informed that I wanted to cancel the 'Dream life pension' policy under free look period.He tried to convince me not go ahead with the cancellation since he would lose abut Rs.16000 in commission.But inspite of my request via email to cancel (since I was abroad, i don't have access to the original policy documents which is to be submitted for cancellation) this policy under free look period , no action was taken.The sales rep said its not a problem and he will take care of cancelling the policy.But later he came back saying he could't cancel the policy.

Since this is totally against the industry ethics and practices, I would really appreciate if this matter is taken care of on an urgent basis and the entire amount invested be refunded to me at the earliest as I have already lost out on non-negligible bank interests.Eventhough I had formally registered a complaint with Bharti AXA life insurance more than a month ago, i stil haven't seen any progress on this.The only reply I get is that they are looking into this.

the policy no. of policy bought from bharti axa on 18/01/2010 is[protected].before buying the policy,your agent said that first premium charge will be 30% but it was charged 45%.Agent took sign. in only 2places on the proposal form. the photocopy of bond paper along with proposal form sent had fraud sign. in other 4 places,not done by me. you may check this from the original proposal form.when I complained about this to your agent he said that they are scanned by the mumbai head office.So,you are kindly requested to enquire and iook into the mattor and refund my totalmoney as I cannot take this policy any more.

the things happend in middle of december in 2009. i was looking for job to support my family and a man proposed me from bharti axa life insurance at kolkata main branch,kyd street.for agency manager position and man is suddep banerjee agency manager of that company and after consult with his boss he told me i[censored] provide one bussiness they will give u appointment letter.

i was hungry for job and i have given one bussiness to branch manager anand gupta. after one day he arrange for interview to HR Mr jaydeep Mukherjee .after interview branch manager told me u have to give another bussiness then i can give u appointment letter and second time i given one more bussiness and then he told me u have to wait for 26th december because Senior HR out of office only he can give u offer letter so u dont have to worry i alredy select u.when the senior HR manager came he again arrange for interview and i told the truth to HR and he then called to branch manager.infront of HR branch manager denied the things and i understood he is completely play with me till january 17 january 2010. i am very much frustated with the coustomer. everybody is thinking i am cheater. what shall i do with this people?

I have worked with Bharti Axa Life Insurance with Emp Code 5063, i've applied my PF in March 2009, and even over year i could not get my PF amount even i've been contacting to the PF office, and sending continuously remineders to the concerned person, but no positive response got till date, even though i've been confirmed by the subhash that "We have already been submitted your withdrawal form & We will keep you posted once we get any intimation from the PF Office Bandra."
and after that he confirmed that "Your PF form has been returned to your address by RPFC - Bandra." but reason not confirmed neither i received back any form from PF office.
After that some one Parmod Joshi "<[protected]@hcca.co.in>" contacted me on 25 Sep 09 from PF office told "I have recently join the team of Subhash, I have received your mail from Subhash right now.
Since there will be holiday of 3days I am unable to trace your case with P.F.department.Hence I request you to provide me
time for one week. I shall go in to the depth of the issue and tell you that where we stand."
This was the last communication given from PF Deptt. after that even after a regular follow up no response received.

I am Gulshan from Ajmer, I just recd a claim of Life Insured of Mr. Mohan Bhagchandani and the policy number was[protected] and the sum assured was Rs. 240000/-INR i am nephew of Mr. Mohan and i am writing this mail coz i m fully unsatisfied with the claim ammount which is made by bharti axa that is rupees 7647.47 only
firstly i am to say that the claim was made very late and the huge problem created by the employees they said us that fill the form and after filling the claim form they said us give them identity proof and bla bla bla i just wanna know why the company demanded all this things in installments and why shouldn't company has issued written demand note to complete the formalities why should it said us verbly?
second if LIC has made the claim fully why Bharti-axa didnt make?
We have given all the LIC of India's claim papers and copy of cheques to Bharti-axa, if LIC made the claim that means the LIC is satisfied with regarding claim.
Bharti-axa said that there is some misrepresentation in proposal form than i have to state that the proposal form is filled by the agent practically and only signature is demanded from the customer...... i think that you should better know this.
your employees visited my home and talked with Mrs. Pushpa Wife of Mr. Mohan and satisfied with the conversation after that this happpend and i wanna let you know that LIC didnt do that...
if some one passed away than is it right to bother his family members again and again for investigation and is it right to not accept LIC of India's decission?
thats why i am fully not satisfied with the claim and i will never suggest anyone to get insured with Bharti
AXA if someone ask me i will directly tell him to go with LIC of India and even i will tell him our claim position of Bharti Axa as example....
and now its yours turn to do something regarding this bcoz you are doing business in market and you should better know that customer can make u the king of market and customer can also kick you from the market..........bcoz customer is the KING....

I was tken a bharti axa insurance policy on november 2008. But when i received the welcome kit i realised that the following problems

1)the product was entirely different from the adviser proposed
2)The frequency of premium was semi anual but my option was anual
3)there was several policies without my agreement instead of a single poicy

the total premium was 80000. Due to the above said reasons i decided to revoke the policies during free look period.thus i submitted all of the documents that i have recieved with a written request letter at bharti AXA perintalmanna.initially the branch manager refused to accept the request from me by saying that "i am not the cocerned person" .on the next day i went there again,this time also he repeated the same dilogue.but this time he accepted it from me becuase i did not leave the branch.when i ask about the acknowledgement they diidnt give me anything.but I was taken a photostat copy of the written request letter, when he refused to give the acknowledgment i give this copy and he signed on it with date.The copy of that letter is attaching with this complaint.after this i received only one DD of 9000 rupees from the company.the policies premiums was 9000 each.

After two months there was no response to my complaint, when asked about this at branch they told me that it will take sometime to process. thus i complainted again at the branch.after this I received a letter from the company showing that the proof of delivery report of the courier for the welcome kits i have received, it was also menntioned that the free look proceedure was not taken.

I have submitted the documents within 15 days at the for revocation.but still i have any response the company for my complaints.so here i kindly request you to take my case in consideration and to take the nesseccery actions for me.

as i have mentioned in my previous complaint, the agent of bharati axa life ahmedabad, c.g road branch has cheated me by making fraud documentation in my policy and issuing another policy when caught. the company has got rid by saying that al complains after 15 days of receiving the policy docs shall not be entartained.
