My P.F a/c no.MH/48185/26994 , as per the information from your site it shows that my settlement has been done to my a/c on 30/10/2010 , but it has yet not been credited in my account till date .
I request you to look in the matter and take neccessary steps to get it done as early as possible.

I have bought Bharti-AXA ULIP plan in year 2007 and paid only one primium Rs.30,000/-. Thereafter due to some personal issues, I did not pay anything.
The company is not paying me back the invested amount. This is total harassment .
At least they should pay back my original amount .Repeated calls and query request are still unanswered.

We should sue bharthi-axa for playing with customers. I suggest everyone never...

Dear Sir,

I need your attantion to resolve this case. as I am not interested to go with Bharti-AXA Life's insurance plan, and want my amount back whatever I have invested/deposited in Bharti.
As Bharti-AXA is unable to satisfy me with it's services. as Bharti has shown very poor performance in terms of customer satisfaction, resolution of an issue, proper training of advisor/officals.

I am sick n tired of calling your call center to resolve my query [4 times already – they don’t maintain any record what so ever]; I AM NOT SATISFAIED WITH THE SERVAYERS DECISION OF NOT GIVING COMPLETE CLAIM.

Doctor examine my lip on Thursday and suggest a small surgery. I am applied for cashless claim and I am submitted my document for 2-3 days and follow your rep. at every 30 minutes.

But in the end of i.e Saturday,third day they deny to serve me.



I want a detail feedback why my surgery not covered under this policy....

Iam working as advisor in Bharti Axa Andheri Mumbai Branch ( Now shifted to HO). I have qualified 2 times for international trip Dubai and South Africa. Ist time they didnot sent any offer letter or email for trip. 2nd time they have given 10 days time to submitt passport. I said I have no passport and I will be needed minimum 20 working days. I hold a Life Insurance from Bharti Axa, which was Mis Sold to me by an Advisor of Bajaj Capitals. He had hidden all charges from me and had also forged my signature in the Policy Documents.

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office on June 20th 2009. When i talk with concern person always he tell me cheque are send to ur bank.
