My Claim rejected on the basis of NCB. Bharti AXA said I have taken benefit of NCB. However I have not taken any benefit out of it. I presented my old policy and explained my claim with old insurer HDFC ERGO. Sale person has issued me new policy with-out given me any NCB discounts. As per Cover latter I haven’t get any discount of NCB.

Bharti AXA should process my Claim as their Sales person has calculated the amount and did some mistake. Why should I penalize for their mistakes.

This is regarding my claim number – C0065911 on policy number - I0153340

1. My Car UP78 AW 7983 met with an accident on 8-Nov-2010.

2. Claim File on 15-Nov-2010 by Hyundai workshop Panki, Kanpur

3. Claim Number C0065911 got approved on 20-Nov-2010 by surveyor Rajesh.

4. Surveyor changed by Bharti AXA and new surveyor RK Singh started negotiations on Cash Lose for Rs. 1.3 Lakh.

5. On 21-Dev-2010 he gave approval for repairs of vehicle to Hyundai Workshop Panki, Kanpur. However he explained my part Rs. 70K approx and rest Bharti AXA will cover in insurance.

6. Hyundai started working on vehicle on 22-dec-2010.

7. On 31-Dec-2010, Bharti AXA sends a letter stating that my NCB declaration is wrong and old insurer HDFC ERGO had a claim hence claim may not processed. after 45 day they identified that the policy issued by them is not proper as their Sales team sold me policy and calculated wrong amount on NCB. I remember sales person has not given any No claim Bonus on policy, [please see the attached cover note from Bharti AXA and old insurer HDFC ERGO.]

8. On 3-Jan-2011, I called Bharti AXA complaint cell and they have issued a letter for correction on NCB shortfall by Payment of Rs. 1230 by dtd 19-Jan-2011.

I called up again and asked for payment, but then they said > ““The vehicle needs to be inspected & after inspection if the vehicle is recommended for Insurance then we can accept the NCB amount”

9. I replied them for inspection and provide the Vehicle location.

10. Since then I followed more than 6 times, but no reply.

Dont go for HDFC ergo anytime. Their service is worst. They initially approved my claim in nashik at automotive. Later after 2weeks they said ur claim can not be processed . No proper reason for non process i got from HDFC ergo main office in mumbai. I have tried for at least 4 months. Later i switched to new india insurance policy.

Bharati Axa — NOC letter not received

Previously I am a Advisor of Bharti Axa. Now I have resignd from it. But till now I haven't received my NOC letter from Bharati AXA. Even I escalate this issue to company senior persons,but still no reply. Please help me to get my NOC letter.

    This is regarding my claim number – C0065911

I didn’t remember what sales person declared and not on policy, I have only the cover note issued by Bharti AXA [please see the attached cover notefrom Bharti AXA and old insurer HDFC ERGO. In BHARTI AXA cover note they hide NCB related details, while HDFC has mentioned it clearly. Now, I doubt there are many such cases where Bharti AXA reject claim due to NCB declaration as it is not mentioned on cover note and policy both.]

    Please see there are many such cases which I found in web forums, I guess this company is making their business with making fool to others.

      Bharti AXA agents selling policies name of IRDA in Kolkata. Suman Chakarborty and me (Meghnad Mahata) has lodge complain and name investigation Bharti AXA is doing nothing. Please find the 2-scaes as below. Please advice me what I can do next.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I, Meghnad Mahata, son of Late Akash Chandra Mahata residence of Nayak Para, Dubrajpur, Birbhum anticipating a fraud regarding private life insurance company agents.

      I have following Bajaj Allianz policies under Standard Chartered Bank investment guidance -
      Policy number [protected] issued on 28/05/2006
      Policy number [protected] issued on 14/01/2008
      Policy number [protected] issued on 04/12/2007

      The above investments were not running healthy & I wrote a mail to them to close the policy and
      refund back my money. I have also tried to contact IRDA & Insurance Ombudsman to resolve this issue,
      but unfortunately got no response.

      In the month of June, I received a call from[protected] from an unknown person representing him
      as staff from IRDA. He acknowledged my concern regarding non-performing Bajaj-Allianz policies & assured
      me that my issues will be correctly addressed. Few days later, I received another call from mobile
      number [protected], by a person who claimed his name as Ujan Chakraborty. He told me that he is an
      IRDA official & appointed as relationship official to take care my issues.

      He assured me the following -
      - My non-performing Bajaj Allianz policies will be closed and amount to be refunded within next 2 financial years.
      - I will receive my entire previously invested amount back with more than 10% interest.
      - I have to invest Rs.20,000, Rs 25,000 & an additional Rs.30,000 in Bharti AXA life insurance.
      - This investment will be based on secure government funds & there will be no risk.
      - The respective IRDA documents will soon be available to me mentioning my entire receivable amount.

      After few days, a person from Bharti AXA, named Bhaskar Roy, contacted me on this regard & informed that
      they have received an instruction from IRDA for opening a policy to resolve my issues. I got few details
      about him from my Bharti AXA policy pares -
      - Agent Name - Bhaskar Roy (B.R)
      - Financial Advisor Code - [protected]
      - Corporate Agent Code – [protected]


      On the basis of conversations over phone, I agreed to pay those amounts to Bharti AXA Life insurance company.
      A Bharti AXA payment collection agent came & collected the cheque from my office address at -
      IXIA Technologies Pvt Ltd
      8th Floor, Block-GP, Infinity Tower II,
      Sector-V, Saltlake, Kolkata-700091

      The following cheque were drawn by me to Bharti AXA -
      HSBC Cheque of amount Rs.20,000/-, 25,000/- and 30,000/- respectively


      My Bharti AXA Life insurance details are as follows -
      Policy no.[protected] issued on Sep 14, 2010 with premium Rs.15,000/-
      Policy no.[protected] issued on Sep 14, 2010 with premium Rs.15,000/-
      Policy no.[protected] issued on July 20, 2010 with premium Rs.25,000/-
      Policy no.[protected] issued on July 20, 2010 with premium Rs.20,000/-

      Till September I have repeatedly asked to send me the IRDA documents and all such assurances being
      committed by them initially over phone. In the month of October when I tried to follow up them over
      the mobile number [protected], they misguided me in several ways like:-
      - The concerned person is absent
      - They started responding with different names
      - They prompted me wrong mailing addresses

      Finally 4th October, 2010 onwards, whenever I tried to reach them over the same mobile number, it's denying
      my call. I have also tried the number[protected] but it’s not accepting any call.

      Due to job-change, I moved to Gurgaon (11-Oct-2010) and not able to get any information.

      Sir, anticipating a fraud and forgery by some unknown racket introducing them as IRDA agents and officials,
      I would like to request you to kindly investigate the issue. I need to take my investment amount back to me.
      Please let me know how you can help me.

      I have following TATA AIG policies under HSBC investment guidance -

      Policy number U[protected] issued on 06/05/2009 with agent code 4093077

      The above investments were not running healthy & I wrote a mail to them to close the policy and

        I’m writing to you regarding the letter received from your side
        mentioning that I have given you the wrong NCB Declaration. I have
        called your customer care for this query and they have provided the
        information regarding the same and also I have found that you have
        wrong vehicle number in your accounts now your executive ask me to
        send the scan copy of the RC of my vehicle. It’s OK. I’ll send it to
        you otherwise this will create a problem to me in future. I have a
        question that you have send me the letter that I have given you wrong
        NCB declaration however I don’t and now what will you do to yourself
        if you have updated my wrong details in you account. I’ll send you the
        mail regarding my vehicle number and confirmation about wrong NCB.
        Another thing is that you have provided me 15 days for this procedure
        as you have mentioned that you will cancel the policy after 15 days
        and will retain third party premium as a third party policy. Do you
        think this is feasible? You have taken wrong information from my
        documents so this is your responsibility and you have to suffer why
        should I suffer with this and another thing that I have taken 1st time
        your insurance and the services given by you is in front of you only.
        If you are not capable to given service then I request you to stop
        making fool of customers. I’m very very disappointing. I have checked
        with Bajaj customer care[protected] and they have confirmed that I
        do not have any claim on policy number OG[protected]-[protected]Bajaj
        policy number) now tells me what I will do for you….. It’s totally
        disgusting that you are creating a mess in my policy and in future
        I’ll not ask anybody to take Bharti Insurance and please ask your
        executive who had entered my wrong details. You do not have eyes or
        mind before input wrong details of customer. If you think that you are
        giving better services then others, then call me asap because I don’t
        want any delay in this issue and I do not have free time to given you
        for a nonsense issue. Take the typing test of the executives at the
        time of interview so that they will not do this mistake with other
        customers.

        Now please explain who is the responsible for this ISSUE. Kindly
        revert with the positive answer. Do not think that I’m the only
        customer if you loose but think that how many I’ll make awake before
        taking and Bharti policy. Kindly contact bajaj for further details and
        confirmation that I have not taken any claim.

        To the Higher Authority,

        I am Rajesh Swain. I have taken 7 policies from Bharti Axa Life last year.
        Against 4 out of 7 policies Kolkata Branch has promished me to pay Gold coin or 35000 or equivalent to cash back. But I got after so many complains and requested by me to the branch they give only 22000 and rest given 5000 in cheque which is dishonoured, So how can we beleive on the Bharti AXA branch. Even I have given the screenshot of checque dishonoured to complain department.

        I have paid all policied through my credit card and due to not getting all refund money my interest also incresed and I paid extra to bank near about 10000 for one year delay.
        Please do something else I would proceed for further more steps.
        Out of 7 policies I am giving you one ploicy name for confidential.

          We had taken insurance policy No. IO283139 for our Mercedes car No. DL9CQ9612 from Bharti AXA. This is a zero risk policy. When this car was sent to T&T Motors limited, they raised a bill of Rs. 176792.00 while insurance company paid Rs. 146708.00 and balance Rs. 30084.00 was paid by us which is against the policy terms.

          Bharati Axa — Unsolicited phone calls

          I got a phone call selling me life insurance from tel number [protected] from a person named Ajay. Please stop now. I shall never buy anything from this company ever.

          bharti AXA insurance — To stop unwanted promotional calls from Bharti Axa Insurance Delhi Office

          I have fed up with unwanted promotional calls from the office
          of Bharti Axa Insurance Delhi Branch since 6 months on my
          reliance mobile no [protected],where as my above said no
          was registered under DNC.Lastly,today on 01:41PM from tel-
          no [protected] calling to me towards above said company's
          product.Hope some action will be taken against these companies,
          which are disturbing to the public without any reason & permission
          of the public.

            Hi,
            I started investing in Bharati Axa life from January 2010 and my first policy number is[protected] . My Agent Name was Amrita
            Guha Basu from CITI Financial. After 3 months I I got a call from BA during end of
            april or first week of may, and one of the BA agent told me that you can close your previous policy and start a new policy with
            BA, which is better than the previous one and you will get retun the previous policy premium amount which is arount 18000 by
            Dec 2010. I can not remember the agent name. But I asked him many times that can you confirm that the previous policy will be
            closed, he said yes. And then I invest in another policy in BA and the new policy number is[protected].

            After couple of months when I didn't received any policy closing document I called BA customer care and asked regarding the
            same they lodged a compliant and after one week I got a call from BA representative his name I believe Bhaskar Roy, and he said
            yes your previous policy[protected] will be closed and you will get the money back for that, I asked him to provide a docuent
            for that by the time he said he will send it to me but he didn't. Now when I mailed again to BA last week to know the status
            they inform me that its not closed.

            Please help me to resolve this issue.

            Any help from your end will be very much appreciated.

              I am having a car Chevrolet U-VA. The insurance was due on 04.11.2010. I have got call from Landmark insurance company, that they are service provider for renewal of vehicle insurance on 03.10.2010. Theey have briefed me abt the scheme 7 enquire abt certain histories of vehicle & forward the offer through mail. After that tremendous follo-up has been taken to settle the deal. Lastly i have handover the cheque to their local representive Mr. Vijay. . Also I have received a policy papers & renewation details on time.
              Last month I had an acciedent of my car. I have approched to the insurance company (Bharti AXA) as per procedure through the authorized dealer. Also handover all the policy & acciedent details. Inspector has examined the car & given the approval for repairing. the amount was near abt 33500 INR. Pl note that during the same I had conversation with inspector regarding Nil depreciation scheme as discussed with you during policy renewal. After completion of repair work, suddenly I have got call from Mr. Desai of Bharti AXA that he is going to forward my claim to head office for reverification. After asking abt which type of verification?, he has told me that you have renew the policy by claiming for no claim bonus. (He has confirmed with my earlier insurance company & got this information). I really surprised that why they are verifying now?
              Does it mean that when they are doing marketing for their company, they are considering their customer as Loyal (as during renewal they are verifying this earlier vehicle history with customer & they are believing on customer at that time!), but when we are trying to take the benifit of insurance, they will verify everything (with earlier insurance company also).
              See, presently I am having 2 Cars & 2 Two wheelers with me & as I am a service man, its difficult for me to recollect all the memories & to ensure the vehicle history is correct.
              (My claim no is C0065310 Dated: 02.12.2010). pl note that from last 15 days no one from your company or from bharti AXA has try to contact me after so many follow-ups.

                I am M.Dhivyaa, worked as financial officer at Bharti Axa Life Insurance and my PF is not yet credited in my A/C. my RL no is 102233, My PF A/C no is MH/48185/17084 and my cheque no is 857720. the date of my RL register date is 28/8/09 and till now the amount has not been credited....I am rushing from post office to bank daily for past 2 months. there is no proper response from officials also. I request you to take up issue seriously and give me the solution immediately.

                  I have bought Bharti-AXA ULIP plan in year 2007 and paid only one primium Rs.30,000/-. Thereafter due to some personal issues, I did not pay anything.
                  The company is not paying me back the invested amount. This is total harassment .
                  At least they should pay back my original amount .Repeated calls and query request are still unanswered.

                  We should sue bharthi-axa for playing with customers. I suggest everyone never go in fro bharathi axa . It is not at all reliable

                    For your kind information, all this was start from first premium's due date (means almost after 30 days) and your company is fully responsible to make this case an issue.


                    If you haven't red the whole conversation, please read the issue (in blue highlighted text), what I am pasting after the below desired details:-

                    I have taken your policy Ulip - Aspire Life (No. :[protected] on September 22, 2008. Due to below reasons, now I am not interested to continue this policy:


                    [1] The advisor told me on the first meeting that I have to deposit 1500/- as premium amount every month and this policy can be surrender after one year (if required). The amount what I pay will be invested in the Money Market. The surrender value will be the fund value( but the policy said the different thing).

                    [2] The amount of first cheque in favor of Bharti-AXA life Insurance was of amount Rs.3000 paid by me. The very next day I have to made correction on that cheque for Rs. 4000 (cheque no.[protected] and the premium would be Rs.2000/-.( Its ok, no problem).

                    [3] The first SMS which I received from Bharti-AXA about the premium was that the amount 2000/- will be deducted from my Bank Account on 9th of the Nov. 2008. Next SMS I received after few days stated the amount is deducted on 2nd of Nov. 2008, please insure the sufficient amount on 2nd of Nov. I left the sufficient amount in my account for the same from 1st to 8th of the month. The 8th was the day for deduction of my credit card's outstanding amount, this happened on time. The very next day the ECS from Bharti –AXA hits the account and got bounced. The surcharge (Rs.281) for the bouncing of ECS was deducted from my bank account. Within next 3-4 days I paid the premium amount through cheque of Rs.2000/-(cheque no.[protected]. The ECS again hit my bank account on 19th of Nov. and again got bounced due to insufficient fund in the account. This time also the surcharge (Rs.281) for the bouncing of ECS was deducted from my bank account. This was not my fault. I went to Bharti-AXA office at M.P.Nagar, Bhopal Branch and asked for the same. The application for adjusting the amount in next premium and also inform to me for the same, I submitted there as per their advised. They assure me for adjustment of the bouncing charges in my premium amount. As per them they forwarded that application toward Headquarter of Bharti-AXA.
                    This month again I receive the SMS for ensuring the amount in bank of Rs.2000 without any adjustment of bouncing charges.
                    All the above shows, if you are not showing promptness at the time of receiving the premium amount, how can you show the promptness when I/my family need the surrender /Insurance amount?
                    Thus, as soon as you receive the mail, please cancel my policy and refund me the amount whatever I have paid in favor of Bharti-AXA (with/without bouncing charges).

                      Due to such types of problems at the time of claims, we always prefer one should go with the psu company. These pvt company give the OD discount and makes the client fool. At the time of claim you won't find the agent also. One should understand that in pvt companies they job profile is target oriened where as in PSU the job is service oriented.
                      im facing same problem with them, rejected my claim because of not claiming within 7 days and they claim that the dent is very old and they dont cover it. when i know dent is recent one and even proved them photos took by inspection guy.

                        policy no[protected],mr.vikramjit dube he is in new delhi branch his number is [protected]/[protected] gives me false information about this policy last 2 months he is unable to send me my policy document &now a days he was not receive my phone he is cheater,&when he pick up my call he change his name asSANDEEP KUMAR,i withadraw a policy of RS 30,000 he told me this is 3 years policy but actually this 25 years polict &after completion of 3 years u will get 1,96,503
                        I received a call and went for counselling. I was told that if I take a policy and have to pay the premium for minimum of 3 years and thereafter I can surrender the policy if not interested to continue and I will be getting the the full amount what I have paid along with some bonus. And If I continue paying for 5 years I'll get 5 Lakhs when I surrender after 5 years.
                        I hold a policy of Bharti AXA - Aspire[protected] and paid the premium of 60K for years.

                        When I ask them about surrendering formalities after completing of 3 years, they say that it is a long term policy of 20 years and I will not get the first year premium and will get the 96% of 2 premiums. This is absolutely rubbish, crap and just cheating people to make their businesss. Companies like Bharti-AXA select and only employ people who are experts in cheating.
                        They know how to loot money from innocent people. therere is no benefits on this policy even after completion of all the premiums...pls do not get trapped in their offerings

                          Doctor examine my lip on Thursday and suggest a small surgery. I am applied for cashless claim and I am submitted my document for 2-3 days and follow your rep. at every 30 minutes.

                          But in the end of i.e Saturday,third day they deny to serve me.



                          I want a detail feedback why my surgery not covered under this policy.
                          Customer care service is third class.Always a big formality with small issues

                            Respected Sir,
                            I left Bharti AXA Life Insurance com ( Kyd Street Kolkata Branch) on the month of May 2009 and filled up my PF withdrawal form in the month of Sep 2009 after several followup with the HR i got information that they can not return my PF amount as there is some outstanding with my company. And after full and final settlement they will proceed my PF.
                            So, Finally I have Cleared my Full and Final Settlement in the month of Aug 2010 and till they not send my PF Claim to PF office.

                            Bharti AXA Life Insurance — Regarding my PF still not get

                            I Asif ali ex employee from bharti sir still i didn't get my PF its alredy crossed 4 months but still i didn't get may i know the reason rest all my friends i have sent all my documents with cross cheque sir please confirm when i will get my PF can you just get me the number to concern person where you have dispatched my PF forms so that i can have a word with them kindly do that i will really greatful to you if you do so....

                            Bharti axa life insurance company — regarding pf settlement

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am kushalkumar dhivare x-employee of bharti axa life insurance company limited and i have resigned from my job on 12th august 2010 . My pf no. is MH/48185/9996 and also i have completed all documentations and i come to know that everything has been settled down by the pf office too but still i have not received my pf .
                            This is my second complaint because i did not receive any kind of reply of my first complaint from you people.
                            So kindly request you to please release my pf as soon as possible as it is so late now.

                              I am holding Bharti AXA Life Insurnace Company Ltd, proposal Receipt No. 229072, dated 28/1/2008, Rs.4,000-00, against cheque no. 257722, 28/1/2008 of Indian Bank and that too was cleared from my account in month Jan, 08 itself. I feel cheated.
                              I was promised that the policy documents shall be delivered within 4 working days time along with Credit card of ABN Amro Bank. But nothing has come forward positive. Your agent Licence No. as shown on the receipt is INB/233.

                                Hi All

                                I was contacted by an insurance claiming to be working with Bharti Axa by the name of Sunil Singhal his contact number is [protected] and email id sunil.[protected]@in.com

                                He offered to give the Smart Health High Deductables medical policy to my parents and I agreed to take the same. He asked for photographs/age proof/existing med policy and cheque worth Rs. 4500/- each for them for a policy of Rs 2 lac each individually.

                                I issued a crossed cheque of Rs 4500/- each in the name of Bharti Axa General Insurance with the below mentioned details:

                                Bank - HDFC Bank Ltd
                                Cheque Number - 217338 and 217339
                                Amount - INR 4500/- each
                                Issued By - Mohit Piplani

                                The policies were to be issued in the name of my parents:
                                Anil Piplani
                                Sneh Lata Piplani
                                After giving all the documents and cheques I contacted him and was told that the policies cannot be issued and that my documents would be returned within a week. Now today morning upon checking my bank account I have noticed that the cheques have been encashed. I again contacted the agent who now says that the cheques would obviously be enchashed but I will get a refund in due time.

                                This is completely unacceptable and a fraud done and does not say to much about Bharti Axa to be associated with people like this. I want action to be taken against him and my money returned on urgent basis.

                                  I have a policy of bharti axa life insurance (pol. No.[protected]. Officers of bharti axa by who deal with me are madam vandana from Chandigarh and onkar singh from Patiala. They told me that this policy is 5 year and 30000 rs. Per year according to written agreement and gave me interest of 10 to 12 % per annum and after 5 year your all money will be double , on natural death you can claim money of 300000, and on accident you can claim 600000 rs., medical claim per year 200000 rs. And also they told which money you invest our company we gave you detail of that money as written agreement, and according to policy plan the installment of 30000 rs. Per annum is up to 5 years only and the all benefits of policy I can take up to 25 years and also get back my all money with interest of 10% to 12% but the policy benefits are remain for 25 years.
                                  But when I get written agreement from the company, all term and conditions are opposite according to the company oral conditions. According to written agreement I can’t get any medical claims, they also drop my interest 12% to 7 % no fund allocations and did not show fund values and terms of installment also increase from 5 years to 25 years
                                  Madam Vandana and Mr. Onkar back stub me. I take this policy for the name of Airtel Company but this officers get the airtel company name down. When I contact with customer care on [protected], I feel that I am cheated by both officer’s madam vandana ([protected]) and Mr. Onkar ([protected]). I also have the rough page written by onkar singh.
                                  Now I want to take my policy back because all terms are opposite. Please help me for take my policy back, also gave suitable punishment to that officer they can’t cheat with other persons I shall be very thankful to you.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    This is to bring into ur notice that here in our company bharti axa life ins. co. ltd. we have tie up with overnite courier services.But we can't get any facility from our courier vendor.

                                    Beacuse the attitude of the courier boy & incharge mr. parveen is very rude.The courier cut off timings is 6:30. after that the courier boy has comes for pick 5:45.In that case mostly we have to sent our courier by our house keeping staff in overnite courier office.

                                    In our 50% cases we are facing courier delivery problem & if we call up in overnite local office then they can't give any positive revert & proper resolution for our query.

                                    So kindly requesting u pls intervene.Awating for positive reply.

                                      I take one pension policy from Bharti Axa life insurace company Ltd.I invested in this company Dream Life Pension Plus plan on dt-04/05/2010.But after two month past away I am not received my document on your behalf regarding above said policy to till date. I am regular callcustomer care want to know about my policy document status, but they are not giving me positive response. After several times calling in customer care they had provide me Overnight courier pod no.[protected] and said to me call him. I am not satisfy of company service.                                         I have received call from Bharti AXA for Policy(Bharti AXA Life Aspire Life Plus).
                                        During describe about the policy they have said "you are few of them who will get offer with this policy" and they offered me to install Airtel tower at home and they will pay you 7500 per month and within 7 days whole process will complete.
                                        But I have received policy one month later as well as they didn't give me any offer yet.They called me from Noida office from following Number:

                                        (Name of Person: Prashant, Vikas and Rajesh) and in pune the marketing guy who came to me his name is Tushar.
                                        All are Bharti AXA employee who sold policy by fraud.even more last three month i regularly call they always says next week tower will install after one month they said they will send you courier regarding tower and you have to sign on it and send back to us.
                                        Now three month happened and today when i called they are not talking about any offer the person who is totally diverting conversation of offer and say i call u back but they never call back ...when i push lot then they and said me "jo complain karna hai kar do" maine aapse koi baat nahi ki.."

                                        I really want to sue on them as well as AXA company please tell me what to do?

                                        bharti axa is making full to customers by recruiting unskilled, short gainer, lie, cheater in his/her team, on Branch manager aditya malhotra & his mate deepak bansal is called up my brother for investment of rs50000/- and meet him at house, proposed 250% guaranteed bonus on FYP then 12% compounded interest on every premium alogwith highest nav gurantee and 2 lacs cashless medicalaim & photocards for 4 persons with 5lac insurance to absolutley free with policy. they are totally misleading, mis-selling, bad behavior over phone i[censored] not gave appointments to meet. pls take action on these cheap employees, i am requesting to bharti axa ceo, ZM, RM, HOS and responsible persons...i can provide telphone & mobile alogwith recordings, ..
                                        GREAT PRODUCT TO PLAY WITH YOUR MONEY - WHITE LIE, MIX-UP 4 PRODUCTS & SERVE VANILLA CAKE CHOCOLATE TOPPING TO LURE CUSTOMER.

                                        bharti axa EMPLOYEES is making FOOL to customers by recruiting unskilled, short gainer, lie, cheater in his/her team, one of co. Branch manager aditya malhotra & his mate deepak bansal is called up my brother for investment of rs50000/- and meet him at house,

                                        mr deepak & malhotra was told to me a product that it is giving u 250% guaranteed bonus on First Premium and then 12% compounded interest on every premium and total u will get 4.8LACS after 5 yrs with continue of 5lac insurance till age 80 to u and this is a highest nav gurantee plan having 2 lacs cashless medicalaim & u will get photocards for u & can add another 4 family persons absolutely free with this policy.

                                        i think they are totally misleading, mis-selling, committed false, wrong information to sell / meet their targets.

                                        mr aditya is very loud & rude with customer& showing ill / bad behavior over phone. he is not ready to talk too much over phone regarding this great products when i called him / appointments to meet.

                                        pls take action on these cheap employees, i am requesting to bharti axa ceo, ZM, RM, HOS and responsible persons...i can provide telphone & mobile alogwith recordings,
