My PHS ID is[protected]group id). I have submitted all documents regarding delivery of my wife but insurance company not accepting it. Insurance company demanding from me hospital registration number/number of beds and OT facilities document.
How I can give this document while this is not written in claim settlement procedure.

    Myself Amit Kumar [protected] i was working with bharti axa life insurance company ltd in Dehradun my P.F.no.is MH 48184 / 35637
    I have deposited my P.F.Form on 20th June 2011 But still its too long no status foun in P.F.Status on the site.
    I called to the bharti axa P.F.in charge he said the P.F.withdrawal will take more 3 months. I read in news papers that now P.F. will be withdraw within fifteen days. withdrawal is a big thing i did not find any status of my P.F.form till date of today 01/08/20011.

    What is the reality of P.F.Office's declaration ?

      I was give a policy almost 3 years back and said that the logging period for it is 3 years and after that if you wish you can withdraw the amount and was even promised that i will get get some good amount in returns as my money would be inversted in market but when I tried to withraw the amount firstly they said that i can withdraw the amouint but I will only get 60000 and I have paid 90000 in 3 years and since they had never mailed me my ploicy document they say I have to apply for duplicate copy and only after that I can cancel the policy and get aleast 60000 and the duplicate copy was suppose to get in my hand witin 15 days now its been 2 month I have not yet received the duplicate copy nor i can cancel the policy and when been contacted them they say we are still looking into this matter.
      So please help me how can I move ahead in this case.

            have worked with Bharti Axa Life insumrance and filed for PF claim on 09/3 /2011(acknowledged recpt from PF office bandra) but the same remains unprocessed . i have filed a complaint on EPFigms as per the escalation . it is now over a period of 45 days fromy complaint and reminder on the compliant. my claim is still unsettled.

            Kindly help me with the process further

                I would like to ask you for a suggestion to get my PF withdrawal. I had left BHarti Axa Life Insurance on 25 Feb 2010 after serving a Notice period of a month. Since them i am struggling to get my PF. I claimed it after 2 months of my last working date to which they kept on saying for 2 months that it is in process & will let u know the status. After writing numerous mail i was finally told that your form has been rejected so you need to send a new form which i did. Then i again started writing mails for the acknowledgemnt of receipt to which they said they never rcvd so i sent them a copy of "Proof Of Delievery" then after a month they finally accepted it & said will process it. Then they stopped answering my mails. After a few mails they gave it to me on mail that my PF form has been sent to RPFC Bandra on 17/1/2011 & they will settle my PF withdrawal in 90 days. But then it has been more than 5 months now & i still have not recieved my PF.

                Now the situation is they dont even reply back to mails. Thing that annoys the most is people there in Bharti Axa are just not willing to work. They dont even reply back on mail. I have a lot of Emails in my mailbox which my lawyer says can be used against them.

                My question to Bharti Axa & people working there is is this why they deduct PF from employee's salary. Now i really doubt if they deposit it to the PF office or not. Please advise if EX Employees of Bharti Axa ever gets their PF?????? Because i doubt

                    PF withdrawal process takes upto 3 to 6 months to complete after submitting the forms to PF office. Once Bharti Axa submits PF forms to RPFC then it is completely dependent on government processing.

                    Also, note that PF withdrawals are outside our locus of control. PF offices liaise directly with the employee in case of withdrawals and do not share information with the employer about the same.                           My self Vikash Kumar, I had taken policy from BhartiAxa Life Insurance in March 2008 and my policy number is [protected]. I surrendered my policy on 11th April 2011 in Mohali (Punjab ) branch. I want my surrender value amount cheque at same branch. As I told to my policy surrenderer executive. He agreed on that. After 20 days, I called to costumer care on 1st may, executive noted my request on sending cheque at nearest(Chandigarh) branch. And I posted a hard copy of request at Chandigarh branch .
                          Again I phoned to costumer care on 9th May (Monday) , They conveyed me to wait for this week for received amount. After waiting complete week , I again phoned to costumer care on 14th may (Friday) , they also registered a complaint and conveyed to release the cheque with in four days.
                          Again I phoned on 19th may, executive told me cheque will be receive on today at your branch.When I phoned to branch they did not have cheque.
                          And today on 20th may , I phoned to c/care and need to talk to senior person to resolve above mention problems. Executive told me seniors are busy and they will call me within 2 hours. But no phoned came at your sides. It will Saturday and Sunday for next two days.

But after 2 month's when i have no reply from your side than i visited to your nearest branch in Dehradun and having a chat with Vikas Vincent ( Sales Manager) he said your Cheque is being dispatched to ur address but due to unavailablity of mine it's being undelivered.
                                  Then i change my address to your record's, but till now there is still no response from your side. I have given you detaile's of my policy and please atleast have a reply to me .

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I have worked in Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company as Agency Manager from 21st May 2008 to 28th February 2009. I tried twice to transfer my PF twice but the company is not releasing my PF. I left the company without notice period but there were 28 paid leaves in my account an the HR Manager (Mr Ashish Bhatnagar) ensured me during the exit interview that no recovery will be claimed as you have leave balance. But now they are not adjusting my leaves and are asking for Rs 5,600 or else won't release my PF.

                                    Please help me getting my PF transferred to my current company.

                                      I have submitted a free look request for my policy on 14/02/2011 cancellation .
                                      But after some day I have received a message from Bharati Axa stating that I have withdrawn the request but I have not done so . They are cheating their customers with the help of their agents. Please do the needful. I want the free look up to be done.
                                      refer my policy no[protected] i have obtained this thourgh trivandrum office i have received a lapse notice recently i visited the trivandrum office for my explanation truly i have procured this policy from a representative of your company now iam unable to renew the same by remitting an amount of Rs.26019/- just because i have retired from service and living on my pension .
                                      now irequest your goodself to render me the folowing assistanc please:
                                      i. to make arrangements to refund the amount already remitted or
                                      ii. to subscribe a minimum amount in continuation of the policy or
                                      iii. to keep the amount remitted without lapse and refund the amount with eligible benefits to the amount already remitted in a connsiderable short time

                                        My Claim rejected on the basis of NCB. Bharti AXA said I have taken benefit of NCB. However I have not taken any benefit out of it. I presented my old policy and explained my claim with old insurer HDFC ERGO. Sale person has issued me new policy with-out given me any NCB discounts. As per Cover latter I haven’t get any discount of NCB.

                                        Bharti AXA should process my Claim as their Sales person has calculated the amount and did some mistake. Why should I penalize for their mistakes.

                                        This is regarding my claim number – C0065911 on policy number - I0153340

                                        1. My Car UP78 AW 7983 met with an accident on 8-Nov-2010.

                                        2. Claim File on 15-Nov-2010 by Hyundai workshop Panki, Kanpur

                                        3. Claim Number C0065911 got approved on 20-Nov-2010 by surveyor Rajesh.

                                        4. Surveyor changed by Bharti AXA and new surveyor RK Singh started negotiations on Cash Lose for Rs. 1.3 Lakh.

                                        5. On 21-Dev-2010 he gave approval for repairs of vehicle to Hyundai Workshop Panki, Kanpur. However he explained my part Rs. 70K approx and rest Bharti AXA will cover in insurance.

                                        6. Hyundai started working on vehicle on 22-dec-2010.

                                        7. On 31-Dec-2010, Bharti AXA sends a letter stating that my NCB declaration is wrong and old insurer HDFC ERGO had a claim hence claim may not processed. after 45 day they identified that the policy issued by them is not proper as their Sales team sold me policy and calculated wrong amount on NCB. I remember sales person has not given any No claim Bonus on policy, [please see the attached cover note from Bharti AXA and old insurer HDFC ERGO.]

                                        8. On 3-Jan-2011, I called Bharti AXA complaint cell and they have issued a letter for correction on NCB shortfall by Payment of Rs. 1230 by dtd 19-Jan-2011.

                                        I called up again and asked for payment, but then they said > ““The vehicle needs to be inspected & after inspection if the vehicle is recommended for Insurance then we can accept the NCB amount”

                                        9. I replied them for inspection and provide the Vehicle location.

                                        10. Since then I followed more than 6 times, but no reply.

                                        11. 19-Jan-2011 passed

                                        Dont go for HDFC ergo anytime. Their service is worst. They initially approved my claim in nashik at automotive. Later after 2weeks they said ur claim can not be processed . No proper reason for non process i got from HDFC ergo main office in mumbai. I have tried for at least 4 months. Later i switched to new india insurance policy.

                                        Bharati Axa — NOC letter not received

                                        Previously I am a Advisor of Bharti Axa. Now I have resignd from it. But till now I haven't received my NOC letter from Bharati AXA. Even I escalate this issue to company senior persons,but still no reply. Please help me to get my NOC letter.
