As the bus reaches bharti niketan stop. The bus stop stops but but only for second and as while getting inside the bus the bus driver ran away the bus immediately and i fall while getting in and as i said to the driver please halt the bus properly i was able fall down. Then he started abusing and using rough language screaming loudly saying keep quiet and get back to your seat.

Even though I was standing at the bus stop, was waving my hand for him to stop the bus. Then too the driver did not stop the bus. This has happened many times, being a woman it becomes difficult for me to board another bus this late. My home is quite far. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

I am regular passenger of my bus bhopal, but from last few days bus is not coming at its last stop in the morning till 7:30 am i. E. Coach factory bus stop (Sr-8), due to which many passengers are suffering and getting late for there work.
Sometimes, bus comes on the half way and takes u-turn before reaching its last stop just to cover its time and drivers take rest in krishna nagar bus stop and bhopal railway station bus stop. Today, again bus was not there at stop and i reached krishna nagar by taking lift from stranger and bus was there at around 7:40 and i caught it. Sharing the details of the bus below:

Time - 7:30 am place-dwarkanagar bus stop.
Kindly, make sure that bus will reach its last destination then move back to the way and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Why the hell you guys of BCLL running damaged buses. Do you want to play with passenger's life.
We all passengers travelled only 1/4th journey Bus tyres got bursted. After that we were supposed to travel further in a Traveller but they told us to go in local bus.
Pathetic service!
This was my first & last horrible journey with you!
I want my money back otherwise I will post it on all the social media sites.

A red bus driver (Mp 04 pa 1473) was trying to run the bus over a man when he asked him to drive properly as the bus driver was driving fast on a very congested road at malviya nagar in front of my car showroom, bhopal. Take action against such drivers as soon as possible. He almost killed the man. Put these people in prison. This driver is dangerous for people on road.

Sir/ madam,
I am a regular passenger of tr4b bus from bhopal junction railway station to mandideep and vise versa. The bus is always overloaded by passengers and during any time of the day it is heavily crowded. It is unsafe for us to travel in it also it is unsafe for the other road users. Daily we are not getting seat in the bus it is difficult to stand also. The floors of most of the buses are broken, window glasses are mostly broken, rash driving and humiliating behavior of driver, conductor is there, so it is risky to stand also. Being a female passenger it is becoming very difficult for me to get up and down in this tr4b bus as the driver hardly stops the bus in the bus stop. Always drivers are stopping the bus in the middle of the road.

Please take the needful actions. Provide some new additional busses so passengers can sit or stand safely.

Kindly take this complaint seriously as life loss is the biggest loss.

I travelled from indore to bhopal through bus. They take rs. 220 for 1 seat, but they had make 5 others to sit on same seat.
It is happening for so long in bhopal, when i inquired other passengers.

If anyone refuse, they say whether you want to go or not. This kind of behaviour is totally illegal and it should be punished appropriately.
People don't have any option so they have to bear with it.

I have some faith in political system, don't break it. Take the appropriate action.

Mp04pa3343 is the number of one of the buses which almost was about to hit my activa yesterday in anand nagar. On middle road bus park and sitting passenger. Kindly look into the matter seriously and take action...

Today at 7 15 pm bus mp04pa3290 which is coming from habibganj to oriental college my sister travel in bus she had to descend at kalpana nagar bus stop but bus not take any stop at bus stop it getting stopage after about 10 feet and when my sister descanding down bus driver moves bus due to which my sister getting down in road and after that bus driver and conductor doing misbehave
So kindly make action againt both of them

I want to complaint about the behaviour of bus conductor of sr 1
Mp04pa1903
I was asking him about the route of raj bhavan raushanpura after we chase the bus anf enter into it, he abuses and asking for the money,
I said the sr4 which is behind the sr1 about 50 metres

I would take that bus for go to the right destination but he abuses. This is not the right behaviour i warn him but he said go and complaint whomsoever u may want.
Please take the right action against him.

I am a student now a days i joined coching which is too far from home so i started taking a bus yesterday i went to bus office to registered myself for bus pass but i get to that no pass will make for these 4 months. I understand because acharsahita this rule is followed but we are student atleast donot stop to make pass for us. Please do something for us.

Dear sir in my request of[protected], some spelling mistake were there. Please correct. I request you to start a new midibus route from neharunagar to chirayu hospital. Which will be beneficial to the public coming. And going to bairagarh station, halalpur bus stand. I waited everyday on the bus stop of minal residency for 303 (Ayodhya nagar to rangmahal) between 7-7.45 am, but from last 7-8 days i didnt found any bus to go, please either provide me the actual timing for the bus no. 303 or provide me another bus no. Which going to that direction between 7-7.30 am,
In the "chalo" app the timing show 7:42 - 7:48 and every 13 minutes its show, but no bus found in that area, i have to suffer alot in morning travel with public transport, please provide me the correct information regarding the bus.

We have to change bus from newmarket which is most inconvenience to us specifically when we coming from bairagarh station or halapur bus stand. I am traveling in sr-5 bus no. Mp 04 pa 1074. The conductor is taking money from everyone and saying that machine has got dismental. Why are they running the bus or taking money then? This is not the first time i m complaining about such issues of looting money in my bus. I am attaching a photo of ticket from airtel office to vidhyasagar given to me when asked for it at 5.25pm approx on 09.03.19. Is this a kind of a joke? I think it high time and need to report it to police or press. I don't know if this will have any impact on this looting. Sham on you for spoiling the name of bhopal. Due to such shameless people delhi govt. Banned all private buses in past and running govt. Buses.

One of the drivers in TR4 A /B /TR 1 or SR 5 that goes to DB in short not sure coz wentobg back was behaving very rudely and out of his limit a Punjabi With turban little fat and that cheapster shouted that u feel shy to be in this bus or is it stinking becoz I was in my nakaab.Very uncivilised;rather than focusing on his work he is roughly enquiring and shouting Bloody ### !Also in TR1 And TR4 these days men are sitting in the ladies section and taking our seating space.Kindly Deal Strictly with such unprofessionalism.very bad conduct.Misbehaviour is highly not to be dealt with. Hope for a positve responss

Good evening sir,
I use tr 4b to travel from dB mall to Gandhinagar but the red buses, TR 4B drops us on lalghati everyday and moves to either bairagarh or retraces it's path leading to huge inconvenience every day . This type of irresponsible behaviour is highly intolerable. I would request you to seek into it or increase the number of buses or introduce new bus from lalghati to Gandhinagar or whatever best can be done.

Dear sir,

In every buses its mentioned about the seats of ladies and gents. Gents seats are backside and the frontside are of ladies. When its clearly mentioned in the buses why the ladies seats are occupied with the gents. I travel from tr4 ac daily. The seats are occupied. Ladies keep standing till there destination arrives.
And the conductors are good for nothing. If we say them, they don't listen. If we say to the gents to get up from our seats they start misbehaving and doesn't get up from our seats. My point is conductors should be cooperative. They should listen and try to make seats available for us. The gents already have their seats still they sit in ladies seats. There's an exception for old people that is fine. And everyday the crowd is increasing no place for standing.
Either number of buses should be increased for trac. There are limited buses running due to which seats are not available and the crowd is increasing day by day.

I can expect that my complaint is beneficial and the problemwill be resolved as soon as possible.

Today i was travelling in bus no 306 from truba college to lalghati.. There was rush in bus as every day.. I was sitting in the seat just behind driver and the conductor was standing at the back door.. And shouting from there for everyone's ticket... When i tried to pass my card through passenger he didn't see it and as i turned he started shouting at me for not giving card... He does this everyday with one passenger or other.. And mainly his behavior is especially rude towards female passenger... Kindly look into the matter... No response on helpline number... Bus no-mp04pa3278
