    Hi

    I had a maid transaction 2163/- towards payment of electricity bill on 28th of july with (Transaction id # : [protected]), this transaction was not successful from bill desk end and got the error "we are not able to process your transaction again later but the amount is debited from my account. Please note that the transaction was successful from the bank end
    . Please check refund the amount immediately

        TNEB Bill paid but not reflect almost 3 days gone

        I have done one TNEB Bill transaction using Bajaj Markets App on 25/07/2020 & 10.00PM .
        Bill Amount Rs.1160.
        Consumer Number : xxxx
        Paid via UPI payment method.
        BBPS ID : BD01CABI85B0
        Bill payment Transaction was successful but not reflect in TNEB. STILL shows not paid. Please solve this issue My last due date for TNEB bil was 30th July.If it was missed I have to pay fine for that. So please consider this...

        I made a payment of 216/- rs for transactions towards from my net banking . when i made the transactions it says sorry we are not able to process your transaction try again later and i lost my money and yet not received the refund for those transaction. Pls send my money as soon as possible .

                              I would like to inform you that on the day of[protected] time 4:52 pm i used upi online payment rs. 850 for the challan of ibps rrb to ibps. [protected]@hdfc bank.in the above case money deducted from my a/c but it was not successfully paid to ibps site... The transaction was failure to ibps site... So its humble request to check why money is deducted but not successful in ibps rrb site and please refund it

                                I have done payment of Bill of Gujarat Gas Company. but it failed with error.

                                Process I had done is as follows
                                - Transaction Date & Time: 21/07/2020 - 6:30 PM approx
                                - Visited Gujarat Gas web page : https://applications.gujaratgas.com/OnlinePayment/index.aspx
                                - Option selected : "Bill Desk"
                                - after providing Customer Number it shows proper outstanding & necessary details given to initiate Payment
                                - Payment option "INTERNET BANKING" selected
                                - after that bank login page shown & all steps done properly till OTP entry
                                - after OTP entry bank successfully debited amount.
                                - on returning BillDesk gateway page it shows error as "Some problem has occurred & you transactions has failed. Please try again later"
                                - there is no contact number or email available to report this problem.
                                PLEASE HELP.

                                  I was filling up the application form for IBPS RRB vacancy. I made a payment of 175rs through upi using PhonePe application. The amount is debited from my account but the payment didn't reach to the exam conducting authority. I again made an another payment because that day was last date. So kindly refund my that 175rs, which was not paid to the ibps. The UTR number is UTR:[protected]
