The complaint is against the billdesk regarding the transaction for bsnl prepaid broadband recharge, amount was deducted from my debit card but there was an issue in the transaction and recharge was failed.
I followed with bsnl prepaid broadband and received an official email from bsnl prepaid broadband team as below:
Dear sir,
We have analyzed and found that the transaction could not be completed because of technical reasons. The amount for this transaction will be refunded. Please recharge your account with another transaction.

But when i contact the billdesk customer care, i get a reply that they are checking with merchant. But i do not get any update after that. Please do need ful to update about the transaction ssm[protected]

Complaint marked as Resolved Amount has been refunded to my account after 5 days of failed recharge
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
