    Yesterday i was filling the application form of my friend for cat exam. For the payment, i chose billdesk. The amount got debited from my account, but the transaction was unsuccessful. Pls give me the refund of the amount. The screenshots are attached.

      My self bhushan kumar and i have paid online fees rs.513/- for vehicle no. Pb08cj951 in the name of balwinder singh on 11th july 2020 and fees amount is deducted from my account but appointment, receipt of payment or payment receipt not reference number not generated and i have requested to many times to punjabhsrp via email or mobile calling but all is vain and they have refused and told me that they have not received your payment but my amount is deducted from my account in their billdesk account pls refund my amount i hereby attached proof of amount and my registered mobile number is [protected]

      Pls help me to refund my amount

          I made payment of 4000 to cma foundation registration not done. But amount deducted from sbi account. I not get the refund. Please refund fastly

            The complaint is against the billdesk regarding the transaction for bsnl prepaid broadband recharge, amount was deducted from my debit card but there was an issue in the transaction and recharge was failed.
            I followed with bsnl prepaid broadband and received an official email from bsnl prepaid broadband team as below:
            Dear sir,
            We have analyzed and found that the transaction could not be completed because of technical reasons. The amount for this transaction will be refunded. Please recharge your account with another transaction.

            Prepaid broadband/mediation/vms team
            But when i contact the billdesk customer care, i get a reply that they are checking with merchant. But i do not get any update after that. Please do need ful to update about the transaction ssm[protected]

              Billdesk support team,

              I had made a online upi payment to billdesk lic on january 6th 2019 for policy number[protected].

              I have checked with my bank and lic. Bank says payment has gone out and lic says they have not received it.

                I had recharged my Tata Sky account with Rs 490/- on 01-Aug-2020 through online payment UPI id billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. I received a confirmation for the same. But my Tata Sky account was not credited."Payment done but account not credited". Till date the amount is not credited to my Tata Sky account. Request you to refund me back the Rs 490/- which was deducted from my bank account on 01-Aug-2020. Transaction ID dated 01-Aug-2020 for Rs 490/- is P2008011939327589169615 not credited to my Tata Sky account and please refund me the same.

                                    I had made hdfc credit card payment as usual through bill desk but this time, screen has frozen and it is not returning to the the original screen of bill desk. Also, i have only the transaction number from sbi and no transaction number from bill desk,. Amount has already deducted from sbi and now stuck with how to proceed.
