I had process the online payment for rbl bank credit card through rbl mob app portal for an amount 20583.12 from icici bank but amount 20583.12 has been debited from my icici bank account with transaction id "bil/onl/[protected]/ratnakar b/rtncard" but got the error massage "reason: sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later." from the page of billdesk.com.

Please check & do the needful asap.

    I have recharged my Tata sky account through Google pay today 345/- rs. Debited from my bank account but didn't reflect my Tata sky account. Refund my money back or recharge my Tata sky account.

        On 21 aug 2020 i made online fee payment for jharkhand combined (Jceceb-2020) exam of paramedical registration id - 1508864 registration of rs.450/- (Including charges) through my boi debit card. My transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account. But the hard copy of filled application form was unable to print. And after login for several times the payment option window is open again and again to make payment and i am unable to print hard copy of application form so what should i do now?. Please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.

          I paid rs 16000 + taxes = rs 16019.59 via billdesk payment gateway on 21-aug -2020 at 2.06 pm, the amount got debited from my icici bank, but got error with the billdesk acknowledgement where it takes back to the nps portal.

          Sms from icici bank came for the debit of the amount

          Sms confirmation from nps was not received

            My payment is failed but my money is deducted from account I used Google pay to transfer the money from my account to lic but payment got failed and money is deducted from account..it's 4th day today I haven't recieve any money and bank denied to register any complaint and Google pay given 3 buisness day time to me but I don't recieve a penny alot of money is stuck between these 2 plzz help

              I had recharged my Tata Sky account with Rs 500/- on 01-July-2020 through scan and pay QR Code using UPI id billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. I received a confirmation for the same. But my Tata Sky account was not credited. Till date the amount is not credited to my Tata Sky account. Request you to refund me back the Rs 500/- which was deducted from my bank account. Transaction ID is[protected] dated 01-July-2020 for Rs 500/- please refund me the same.

                  Hi my name is Parvinder Singh Banwait, i m facing problem from billdesk almost 2 weeks, my payment deducted from my bank account, i made payment for 40, 000 INR, and 8, 000 INR. But not credited any where, i mailed about it many times called them as STARPAY services but no one is giving me status of my payment. i already provides them my bank account statement, Transaction ID, etc as they asked but still not any update.
                  So i want you take action against these type of service providers, so people can feel safe about their money,

                    Yesterday i have done twice times 3500rs payment thru my bank to the rbl credit card but amount got deducted twice times but received only 1 time on my rbl credit card..So please credit 3500rs amount on my rbl credit card or refund on priority basis.

                      With reference to the enclosed attachment of sms (Thx for inb txn of rs.1239 frm a/c x3278 to urban deve... Ref#igajdypdq0 on 11aug20. If not done, fwd this sms to [protected] to block inb or call [protected]), this is to inform that an amount of rs. 1239/- was remitted from my a/c no [protected] v/tr. Id.[protected]igajdypdq0 on 11/08/20 to be credited to south dumdum municipality through sddm. Ind.in using internet banking via billdesk gateway.
                      But as no settlement has taken place even after expiry of 78 hrs. Please arrange to refund me rs. 1239/- in my sb a/c [protected] on account of failure of settlement.

                        I have done Rs 2000 payment from the phone pe UPI transaction for the CAT application form. It is showing sucessful in the UPI status but it is showing invalid transaction in the CAT application form. Kindly revert back and solve this problem.

                                      At 16 august 2020 around 2 pm i was paying to ibps through billdesk payment and after i filled otp and click my internet get lost.
                                      I got msg about the amount 853rs get debited from my account but i didn't get confirmation msg from ibps that my fee is received.
                                      I did payment again bcs payment it was important
                                      But i want refund of my previous payment.
