Jdvvnl payment not get updated but money deducted

Dear sir i made a payment of 20401.97 on 11/08/20 via phone pe transaction id :p2008111414565861665310 and utr number[protected] but it did'nt reflected on my biller site jodhpur vidyut vitan nigam limited (Jdvvnl). Kindly please refund my amount or make it updated on my biller record...

I have made payment to rbl credit card rs. 50000 from my hdfc bank account. Subsequently amount debited from hdfc bank and not credit to rbl credit card. I called both hdfc and rbl bank and they not receive the amount.

Please do the needful asap.

LIC payment not reflecting

Billdesk support team,

I had made a online upi payment to billdesk lic on january 6th 2019 for policy number[protected].

I have checked with my bank and lic. Bank says payment has gone out and lic says they have not received it....
