Dear sir,
I have made payment of rs 982/22 on 29/5/2020, the order id - stp[protected], wallet txn id -[protected], i am unable to trace the payment as the screen shows that the payment is succesfull, kindly revert back as soon as possible, my payment has not reached the merchant.

The issue has not yet been resolved, Pl. do the needful ASAP .The payment was not received by Jiomart and it was showing that the payment has been successful .

    I had place the order with jiomart.com on 25th may 2020 vide order number[protected]w. The order was supposed to be delivered on 27th may 2020, but no order received nor any response or call for jiomart received. The payment was made through billdeskfood1 under order id spt[protected]. I have not received my money back nor service is received.

    Kindly look into this matter. Is it the fraudster chain set?

    Amount involved is rs 1234

      Dear sir,

      I have made my paytm payment on 23.05.2020 at 7:42:32 vide above mentioned reference no (As per subject line) till time nothing is showing and i am unable to track my payment status.
      I have also attached screen shot of the payment successful status.
      Therefore i request you to kindly resolve at earliest. If this transaction has not been updated than a finance charges will be debited on the statement.

      Looking for a quick response regarding this

        On 25th may 2020 around 7:32 a. M. I bought an insurance policy from your site for my car and i did the payment and the amount was deducted from my account but from your side i recieved the message that the delivery was unsuccessful. Please provide your assistance and support.

              Dear sir,

              I have made my credit card payment on 22.05.2020 at 5:34 pm vide above mentioned reference no (As per subject line) till time nothing is showing and i am unable to track my payment status.
              I have also attached screen shot of the payment successful status, kindly note the email address is given is wrong the email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.
              Therefore i request you to kindly resolve at earliest because the payment last date is today (I. E 23.05.2020). If this transaction has not been updated than a finance charges will be debited on the statement.

                In their statement, on 23.12.2019, there is a debit entry for rs. 1 lakh and the description is as follows:
                Withdrawal transfer billdesk rinb[protected]/bse/ transfer to[protected]
                I am unable to find the person to whom i have paid that amount.
                I request you to let me know to whom that payment has been made.

                    amount debited from account when i was doing it on bescom website, but then after payment error came .simply money is vanished ...then twice i had to pay through other website ...no refund

                      Hey i was trying to pay premium of an insurance today on max life insurance's site using billdesk but the amount was deducted from my bank account but not received by max life. I was redirected to bill desk site but after deduction from my bank account and then nothing happened. I just recieved message for my amount being deducted. I tried for 4 times but each time same thing happened (2 time by upi and 2 time by net banking). Please help me i am very worried about it. Please provide me with the sufficient refund

                        I used bescom app to pay power bill of 3351/- on 20 may 2020.
                        The app used billdesk ([protected]@hdfcbank) for sending request to google pay.
                        I paid 3351/- on google pay, money got deducted from my sbi account. But, billdesk said "payment could not be processed".
                        Bescom did not get the amount from billdesk.

                                        Hi,
                                        I am rahul battala, i made a payment on 04 may 2020. Of rs.3814/- (Upi id[protected] through g-pay (Google pay) upi, the amount was deducted from my account but didn't receive to sbi card nor refunded to my account. I have already spoken to g-pay and indusind bank customer survives they clearly showed me that payment was held for your side.
                                        *the complete transaction showing in my bank account is (Upi/[protected]/dr/bill/hdfc/[protected]@hdfcbank/sbic).
                                        I have even maild to [protected]@billdesk.com but didn't get any response.
                                        So kindly look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.
