Billdesk — ajmer vidyut vitran nigam limited electricity bill payment issue

I have made the transaction using google pay app to pay the bill with following details

K number:[protected]
Transaction made on 03 may 20
Google pay transaction id:[protected]
Billdeskid: bdgo[protected]okhdfcbank
Upi id:[protected]

I have also attached the screenshot of the receipt

I have even raised the dispute and google pay app says it is settled and there is no issue from their side and the money is also transferred to you guys but i am still able to see my bill amount on this following website.

Write the bill number attached and my email id you will get an amount greater than i have paid which is because it pass the last submission date.

    Hi,
    I am rahul battala, i made a payment on 04 may 2020. Of rs.3814/- (Upi id[protected] through g-pay (Google pay) upi, the amount was deducted from my account but didn't receive to sbi card nor refunded to my account. I have already spoken to g-pay and indusind bank customer survives they clearly showed me that payment was held for your side.
    *the complete transaction showing in my bank account is (Upi/[protected]/dr/bill/hdfc/[protected]@hdfcbank/sbic).
    I have even maild to [protected]@billdesk.com but didn't get any response.
    So kindly look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

      I have paid my RBL credit card bill 49000 yesterday 1.30 pm through Bill desk. Amount was debited from my axis account.but not credited to the RBL bank.

          My name is karthik s, i have paid rs.29, 232.10/- towards my rbl credit card using bill desk on 02 may 2020 transaction details — (02 may 2020, billdkratnakarbankli, ref. No. [[protected]] of rs. 29, 232.10), the transaction processed and the amount deducted from my hdfc account but the credit card bill was not paid. Plz, look into the issue resolve it as soon as possible bcoz the due date is 7th may 2020 to pay my bill. (I have given above transaction details and reference no. From my hdfc bank account, also find attached acknowledgment by hdfc by mail and sms for your reference and record)

              Hi team,

              Want to highlight an issue regarding an unsuccessful transaction, reference number:[protected]. I tried making payment of my rbl credit card through hdfc net banking, amount was deducted from my hdfc saving account, however payment to rbl bank was unsuccessful. I didn't receive my refund till date. I tried connecting with customer support but of no help.

              Can you pls look into this and help me out with the issue.

                I made a payment of my rbl credit card on 1st may by rbl app via billdesk money is deducted from bank account of bank of baroda but i will not get any success /failure acknowledgement i will not receive any transection no or any sms mail for my payment but money is deducted from bank

                            Bescom bill payment failed with billdesk but amount debited from account.

                            Details:

                            Amount: 5497
                            Transaction id: [protected]

                            I had tried to make the payment for my bescom bill and was redirected to billdesk for the payment.

                            After entering the details and otp, the amount was debited from my account with a valid transaction id while the billdesk website showed an error.

                            Kindly refund the entire amount as bescom has not received it

                                      I have transferred my money through upi and the money has been successfully transferred and debited from my account and transferred to billdesk wich was followed to transfer my dedited money to other bank but it has not been done till yet. Its almost 5 days now. I think its a fraud. I want to refund my money back to my account.
