      Bescom bill payment failed with billdesk but amount debited from account.

      Details:

      Amount: 5497
      Transaction id: [protected]

      I had tried to make the payment for my bescom bill and was redirected to billdesk for the payment.

      After entering the details and otp, the amount was debited from my account with a valid transaction id while the billdesk website showed an error.

      Kindly refund the entire amount as bescom has not received it
      BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                I have transferred my money through upi and the money has been successfully transferred and debited from my account and transferred to billdesk wich was followed to transfer my dedited money to other bank but it has not been done till yet. Its almost 5 days now. I think its a fraud. I want to refund my money back to my account.

                    I had paid cesc bill amounting to rs.660/- for the month of march 2020by g-pay through the gate of billdesk on 15th instant but till today this amount has not been credited to cesc. By gpay to customer id [protected]

                      I team made my loan emi payment via billdesk on 16th april by 11:19 am, but still the emi loan amount is not updated, so loan payment is still pending.

                      Even the money is not credited back to my account. Can you please check on this.

                        While filling iit guwahati mtech application form, i have done my payment where bill desk was the gateway. Amount was deducted from my account and billdesk showing they were unable to process my request. I tried doing payment twice and deducted a total of 300rs from account. But still bill desk unable to process my request. I don't know what is wrong. And at the iitg site my application payment status is still pending.

My bank said my payment through ecom:[protected]bsnlpost mumbai was successful. But immediately i received a message that my payment of rs.783 was failed on bsnl portal. Reason:pbe10002-unable to authorize.
                              I was not provided with receipt so far or not my money returned to my account even after four days. Please resolve this
