I made a payment of rs.783 through bsnl portal for my telephone number[protected] on 15/04/2020. My bank said my payment through ecom:[protected]bsnlpost mumbai was successful. But immediately i received a message that my payment of rs.783 was failed on bsnl portal. Reason:pbe10002-unable to authorize.
I was not provided with receipt so far or not my money returned to my account even after four days. Please resolve this

    I have paid the current bill for the service no.[protected].
    Amount 1311.70.
    Date :[protected] time : 6:27 pm

    Payment was successful and amount got deducted from my icici bank account but bill was not cleared and still showing due amount not paid.
    Please look into the issue.

    I have applied for On Line Registration and Confirmation of Application Form for MAH-B.Ed. Course CET 2020 and B.Ed. ELCT on 7th april, payment has deducted (amount Rs 816/) from my account but actually payment status shows payment was not completed.

              I payed my electricity bill today 13.04.2020 at 1.09pm through google pay from my icici account, the amount is debited but it shows "paid. Waiting for confirmation" my few is on 15.04.2020. Please do look into it or refund the money as soon as possible.

                  Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our axis bank corporate account.

                  But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our current a/c has been debited.

                  Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending.

                            This amount has been deducted from my bank account but hasn't been forwarded to Spotify.

                                Dear sir

                                Today i recharged my tatasky account but the problem i'm facing is i recharged amount of ₹208 to tatasky through billdesk but i paid through bhim ([protected]@upi) but amount of 208 deducted from my account but the payment gateway didn't respond and give confirmation, i contacted tatasky support but they told they have not received the amount.

                                Please refund my money back as it's not paid to merchant it's in error please refund

                                    Dear team,

                                    I have made a bill payment if rs 2746.36 for my electricity bill to wbsedcl on 04th april 2020 via billdesk.

                                    The amount got debited from my account but the transaction was rejected at payee end. I have not received the refund yet.

                                    I have logged into wbsedcl portal and found that my transaction is rejected

                                    My transaction invoice number in wbsedcl is[protected].

                                    Kindly look into it so that i can get my refund.

                                      This is natarajan r, one of the existing credit card holder of rbl bank. I tried to pay my credit card due of rs.2254.91/- through rbl my card app by bill desk dated 05/04/2020.
                                      But during transaction due to some technical error the transaction got failed. But the amount got debited from my account but the due amount still not got paid. It remains as a pending due. So, i request to refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.
