I paid fee of INR. 150/- For TSRJC Entrance exam through online payment gateway using my Axis Bank Credit Card xx0312, 4 times, 3 times my transaction was failed, I lost my amount INR 450/- (3*150 = 450/-) as following are the transaction details,
11th April 2015 9:15:19 AM -failed
11th April 2015 9:11:43 AM - failed
11th April 2015 8:51:36 AM - failed
13th April 2015 8:31:31 PM - Successful Transaction (Journal No - CUPG[protected]) then I submitted the application by using the journal number and Application got submitted successfully.
But For the previous 3 transactions I did not get the Journal number or any successful payment message after online payment by using the payment gateway, but the amount is deducted from my credit card.
On 17th April 2015 Only INR 150/- Credited to my Account instead of 450/-, I lost 300/- (450 – 150 = 300/-)
Please kindly do the needful, credit my INR. 300/- amount to my credit card as early as possible.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today on 4th May2015 at 2PM I had made a transaction of Rs1394/- to www.bsnl.co.in for mobile bill payment
through ICICI bank debit card payment(visa) but an error message was displayed showing" Sorry we are unable to
process your transaction please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com. But immediately I got message
from ICICI bank at my mobile no [protected] that amount of Rs 1394 has been debited from my a/c.
Kindly do the needful and arrange to send the Receipt from BSNL.
