Sir, Yesterday i made online fee payment for nielit May 2015 ccc exam fees registration of Rs.360/- through HDFC Bank Net Banking. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from account.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below. mere account se balance toh cut gya sir but meri fees submit nahi hui pls sir refund my fees payment or paid my CCC exam fees. my application no. is - GOCCC1486670.                                   I have been trying to apply for JAIIB for the last two days, but not able to complete the process of bill payment, it is showing as THE WEB PAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE.

                                  As today i.e.20.03.2015 is last date for applying for jaiib, kindly suggest an alternate method to complete the process i.e. Payment in Bank of jaiib fee.

                                  please look in to this matter and teat this matter as most urgent, at least try to resolve this problem till 11pm today.
                                  I expect the positive results for the issue by 12pm today.
