                  amount deducted twice from my a/c

                  Today at around 8 pm i paid three water bills through bill desk but the the amount was deducted twice from my account for the 2 bills please refund the amount as soon as possible

                  Payment Debited didn't get Transaction ID

                  I have made Payment of HDFC Credit Card page failed to load didn't get transaction ID and it has been debited for my IDBI accuont. Please confirm Transaction ID. Attached is IDBI Bank receipt.

                              Sir, Yesterday i made online fee payment for nielit May 2015 ccc exam fees registration of Rs.360/- through HDFC Bank Net Banking.
