    Hello, I am a frequent user of bsnl online recharge. It's first time i'm facing such a problem during recharge. When I did BSNL Prepaid and IDEA prepaid recharge of Rs. 50 each through Canara Bank Net banking, it deducted Rs.50 each from my account. But the not amounts charged to my mobile numbers. Mobile Numbers: [protected] and [protected] Transaction reference No: BILLDSK-CCNB[protected] and BILLDSK-CCNB[protected]. Please take remedial actions to refund the amount.

                            Today at around 8 pm i paid three water bills through bill desk but the the amount was deducted twice from my account for the 2 bills please refund the amount as soon as possible
