Sir, I tried to recharge my moble for an amount of 155 through your instapay billdesk service on 31.03.2015 .My amount got deducted from my sbt account with transaction no:IG00URQDE8. But the same amount has not been credicted to my mobile no: [protected].kindly do the needful to credict the amount to my mobile or refund the same to my account.

      Online payment was made using SBI debit card for payment of fee for Kendriya Vidyalaya to Union Bank Of India Ref: Debit Card 622XX1661 For Rs 870 /- on POS [protected] at Billdesk.com Billpay[protected] But the attempt failed but amount deducted in the bank Kindly return the amount

      I submitted a amount of 3150/- through phone pe for the fee of kendriya vidyalaya sangathan at ubikv fee collection portal. The transaction is completed and the amount is deducted from my account but there is showing "billdesk is waiting in response from bank" please refund.

            Reference to above, today my wife had received fraudulent call from unknown number stating himself as manager of SBI bank & threatened of expiry of the debit card. Then after he collected all details for renal of the same & used it for the above trancation.RequeSt to cancel the said transaction & help to credit the debited amount in my account.                       Hello, I am a frequent user of bsnl online recharge. It's first time i'm facing such a problem during recharge. When I did BSNL Prepaid and IDEA prepaid recharge of Rs. 50 each through Canara Bank Net banking, it deducted Rs.50 each from my account. But the not amounts charged to my mobile numbers.
