I made online fee payment for net exam registration of Rs.302/- through my bank of india Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries".               I had made Mtnl landline bill payment thru BillDesk. I had done thru Internet Banking. Since it did not provide a receipt I thought the transaction was unsuccessful. Hence I tried two more times. When I opened my bank a/c I could see an amount of Rs.731/- being deducted thrice on 30/04/2015. For one I later got a receipt acknowledging my payment. But the rest is yet to be recovered. Even after waiting for 5 days nothing is to my avail. Kindly guide me what to do? Regards, Seema Mohandas

                                  I have made axis card credit card payment of Rs.19, 662 through BillDesk. The payment mode was through HDFC net banking. 19, 662 rupees were debited from my account but at the end of the transaction, it said "unsuccessfull". Neither the paid amount is reflecting in my credit card account nor the amount has been credited back to my HDFC account. Please help.

                                    On 28-April-2015 I tried to donate Rs.500 for Nepal Relief from Prime Minister's National Relief Fund Website (https://pmnrf.gov.in/payform.php) but due to some technical failure through your (billdesk) payment gateway after providing 3D secure password it failed. Money got debited from my account but no confirmation has been received yet for successful payment for prime minister's fund. Please return my money back. I have also mailed to [protected]@billdesk.com( Billdesk Support Team) and [protected]@gov.in( Prime Minister's National Relief Fund Team), but no response has been send from their side yet.
