Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have recharged my prepaid meter yesterday through billdesk for customer ID: [protected], for amount Rs. 3000, amount deducted from my account but recharge token was not generated. Transaction ID of amount Deducted is [protected].

As per the electricity department they haven't received this amount from bill desk hence token was not generated. Pls look into this and share the update on this or refund the amount. Attaching the email proof of transaction done.

                  On 8th october 2021 My electricity bill amount is deducted from my bank account. But in electricity companies website i.e.WBSEDCL it is showing faliure status. The bill amont is still no refunded to me.

                            I have done a transaction of ₹750 from my working Punjab national Bank account through upi id for the SBI recruitment process but still my transaction process has not been done and also amount was debited from my account. Transaction was done on the ibps bill desk HDFC. My money have been debited from my account and I m not been able to complete my form process so kindly help me to get my transaction done or refund the amount back to my account so after that I can complete my transaction process.
