Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have recharged my prepaid meter yesterday through billdesk for customer ID: [protected], for amount Rs. 3000, amount deducted from my account but recharge token was not generated. Transaction ID of amount Deducted is [protected].
As per the electricity department they haven't received this amount from bill desk hence token was not generated. Pls look into this and share the update on this or refund the amount. Attaching the email proof of transaction done.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
