      I have paid broadband bill o 931rs on 16 Sep2021, money has debited from my account but haven't credited to BSNL account. I had confirm with my bank and they have confirm with Indian payment authority confirmed that money is credited to billdesk on the same day of transaction.

            Hi,
            on september 30, i made online transaction through credit card for the application of jntuh convocation certificate via billdesk .Two times money was deducted from the account (2*607)and the status of the transaction has not updated .i request you to solve the issue update it and refund remaning amount i.e. 607 to the same card

                  I am PAIRDHA ATCHYUTH KUMAR, I was applied migration certificate to BOIE AP and I did two transactions with transaction i'ds:-T2109301121097120877771(500 rupees) and T2109301214056090877381 (500) by using upi payments options in bill desk payments page. Transactions are successful in the payment app (phone pay), not updated in billdesk payments page. So, accept my request and solve this issue and also requesting to refund one transaction amount ( 500) to my account.

                      On 24th Sept 2021 I paid rs 1200 for ctet Dec 2021 paper 1 and 2 both through upi QR code mode but the payment status for ctet application was not updated and showed incomplete. I waited for 48hrs to see whether it gets updated but it has been 6 days since then and it's still not updated neither have I got my money back/refunded. Please look into the matter and tell me what to do. They are not picking up their helpline numbers neither are they replying to mail.

                            After filling in the required details of my debit card and OTP, I received an error message on the screen about an internal server error but the money had been deducted from my bank account. I had enquired the accounts department of JNTU and they have told me that they received the payment 2 times whereas I need it to be sent only once.
                            I had done 2 transactions on[protected] with transaction numbers 9331786 and 9331795. I request you to process the refund for one of the above transactions and send one transaction to the university.
                            I had initiated another payment on[protected] and it showed the same error message but the status of this is unknown. So I request you to send one transaction to JNTU and refund the remaining 2 transactions.

                                        On 28 Sept.2021, I made online payment towards my Elect.bill of Rs.11730/= to PSPCL Account No.[protected] thru my SBI CREDIT CARD.
                                        All required formalities done including Recvd.OTP was submitted. Later on my Mobilephone screen was showing Transaction under process. BUT LATER ON NO CONFIRMATION MESSAGE RECEIVED FOR SUCCESSFUL. EVEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM PSPCL ON BILL PAYMENT.
