Sir, I am a first year PG ( English ) student of NETAJI SUBHASH OPEN UNIVERSITY, West Bengal .My enrollment no is[protected] and date of birth is 15/11/1972 l was filling online form today for TEE 2021 through its website www.pcdpcal.com via Billdesk, My SBI debit card debited during online payment up but payment is still seen not updated in my University' website .           I paid money through Google pay but the exam registration is showing payment failed. Money is deducted from my account and the transaction is successful . I am afraid to make payment again as it may be deducted as well.Plese refund my money.

          I paid registration fee through paytm upi.transaction is successful but registraion form not showing paid fee.I am afraid to make payment again as it may be deducted as well.Please refund my money.

Please kindly process my bill payment as soon as possible . Or refund my amount to my paytm payments bank savings account - [protected].

              I have done a payment of 6119 to billdeskutil through paytm waller but the merchant has not received the payment and got reply from paytm that the payment was successful.
              I want a refund of my amount as soon as possible.

                                On 27th August 2021, I have paid Rs.1000/- using billdesk to "Degree Online Services, Telengana" by netbanking. I received a message saying transaction failed, but the amount Rs 1007.08/- deducted from my bank account with reference number: WFBK[protected]. As of now no refund received from bill desk. I tried to log a complaint in billdesk support portal, but always throwing an error message

                                  I have successfully paid ₹1250 for KVPY but in my student login portal its showing that the payment was unsuccessful. The amount of ₹1250 has already been deducted from my bank account and there has not been any refund yet and the status of payment is still successful.
