Amount debited from My Hdfc account when pay my credit card bill to RBL, but actually it's not credited to my RBL card, payment made Rs.11369.28 and ref number is[protected], Please do the needul to revise/ credit back my amount.....

Refund Required - Payment stuck in the Gateway but money deducted from my account

Hello,
I paid my brother's school fee i.e Rupees 2, 850 to billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfc.bank on 10th of July, 2021 at 04:21 pm.
The payment was displaying as successful to me and the amount was deducted too but the receiver didn't receive the payment, my school fee hasn't been paid.
My payment is stuck in the gateway.
Please find the attached screenshot and kindly refund it asap.

Money deducted but payment not completed. Require refund

I have paid my sons fee of kvs that is rs.5400 through my upi id from paytm to billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank. The amount has been deducted and it shows the payment has been successful but i am unable to see the payment history or generate a receipt. Please I need a refund. Or please generate the receipt....

Amount deducted from account but my water bill not paid

Hello sir,
Today, I made a payment of Rs.822 through emitra bill desk by upi method. The amount was deducted from account but after that bill desk show error and sorry for inconvenience we are unable to transaction.
And it failed.
Now I want my refund back else fulfilled my water bill by completing my transaction....

Yesterday I made payment of rs 7240 with transaction reference number - WHD[protected] to ky city bank credit card ending with 3879 in evening. Amount get successful but not credited to my city bank credit card account .. so bad experience. Totally disappointed with this kindly update this soon . It's very urgent...

Payment made to royal global university guwahati

On 29.08.2021, I have made a payment of Rs. 1, 01, 500 from my Rupay Card to Royal Global University, Guwahati through you vide Transaction ID- S75705573. Even though this said amount is debited from my Union Bank account, but the same is not credited into the account of RGU, Guwahati. As such, please inform me the status of the said payment that is made....

Transaction failed.Amount debited from bank

I had paid fees today at billdesk 2 times but both times transaction failed. Amount of rs 2000 debited from my account but didn't reached the merchant. Kindly please refund my money as soon as possible. I had mailed at your consumer support but not get reverted.so writing here. Waiting for instant and favourable reply....

School fees does not deposit

Sir myself Sukhjeet singh on 10th July I was paid my brother KVS school fees through Gpay app at billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank Rs2850 but still now fund not deposit to recipient please refund my money for need to pay school fees which are still pending.
