              On 27th August 2021, I have paid Rs.1000/- using billdesk to "Degree Online Services, Telengana" by netbanking. I received a message saying transaction failed, but the amount Rs 1007.08/- deducted from my bank account with reference number: WFBK[protected]. As of now no refund received from bill desk. I tried to log a complaint in billdesk support portal, but always throwing an error message
              "An error has occured during creation of your ticket.

                I have successfully paid ₹1250 for KVPY but in my student login portal its showing that the payment was unsuccessful. The amount of ₹1250 has already been deducted from my bank account and there has not been any refund yet and the status of payment is still successful. Please look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

                        Today i have payed Rs.505 for Kerala License updation, using Kerala e-Treasury payment option of through Billdesk, and it show that payment is debited from my account and it shows failed to pay in the amount in e-Treasury department. Please do something about that.

                                      I was paying my WBSEDCL Electricity Bill through billdesk page Using Bharat QR Code, But unfortunately my payment was deducted from my credit card but the payment page was stucked in the same place

                                      Please refund my money as its more than 1 weeks i haven't got my refund yet. Everytime i mail billdesk they say we have initiated a refund you will get within 7 days but i already crossed the date.

                                        And BEWARE of the major fraud people calling you they tell you to open the netbanking app and they guiide you to quick cash amount and they will take your money Please wait for some time the main company people to mail you no one will call you
