On 27th August 2021, I have paid Rs.1000/- using billdesk to "Degree Online Services, Telengana" by netbanking. I received a message saying transaction failed, but the amount Rs 1007.08/- deducted from my bank account with reference number: WFBK[protected]. As of now no refund received from bill desk. I tried to log a complaint in billdesk support portal, but always throwing an error message
"An error has occured during creation of your ticket.
Message: Something Went Wrong"
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
