Hello Sir,

On 14th August, 2021, We logged into LIC website as registered user and tried to pay LIC Premium Rs. 20, 719/-. While paying we got Transanction faied but the same amount was deducted. Immediately I tried to pay the same amount for the same policy number but this time transaction got success.
so, for the same policy number the amount was deducted twice. please have look into it.
Please find the attachment.

Hello emitre bill desk,

I filled my examination form mdsu site and make payment from upi I received request from emitre bill desk in my upi application so that I approve and payed amount from upi. my upi payment successfully done but when I see my from that show error. So that I think money will be refunded but money Don't refunded.

I have made a online transaction to Kolkata Municipal Corporation through ICICI bank on[protected] with an amount INR 14935 . The bank conformed the debit by billdesk returned an error .

The Bank Transaction reference id is WICI[protected] and the Bill desk returns an error page

Can you please do the needful at earliest to return the money to bank account ?
