            I had paid fees today at billdesk 2 times but both times transaction failed. Amount of rs 2000 debited from my account but didn't reached the merchant. Kindly please refund my money as soon as possible. I had mailed at your consumer support but not get reverted.so writing here. Waiting for instant and favourable reply.

                    Dear sir/mam,
                    On 27 August 2021, Friday I had made a payment of Rs. 100 on ssc site for registration of candidate around 11:45 to 12:00 pm.
                    Amount is deducted from my account but it's not reflecting on ssc site and fees is not paid like status is coming.

                    So kindly refund my money.

                    For the proof part, I am attaching screenshot of bank account deduction mail .

                      While registering for nptel exam the payment was successful through gpay but in the webpage it appeared to be failed So payment failed but money deducted from bank. But later the fees was paid from another account .Can you please help me to what happened Will it be refunded?the amount that was deducted earlier but failed as per the website
