Sir, have submitted an amount of 500rs from my upi [protected]@okaxis 9n the 18th feb, 2021, which didn't get paid in actual place, and I had to pay again.
The payment I made were successful from my bank, but didn't go to the right place, which is in High Court of Tripura account for an examination purpose.
Iam making this complaint late because I had no information about where I can Submit my complaint.
Hence, sir please help me get my amount back, as soon as possible.

I'm pratap kumar sahu had made a payment for new electricity connection of amount 4701/-.The Payment was successful but the same not reflected in https://mobidyut.com/.
Its has been 3 days but no confirmation about payment from electric department even I visited phisically to local electric office but they are saying they haven't receive payment..
After my payment successfull the payment in the portal site reflect as unpaid. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible. It is such worst experience that always happens with government services . BILLDESK is n't a trusted payment gateway for money transaction.
