Hi I paid my lic premium from LIC portal which redirected my to bill desk and the amount Rs507, done on 14/dec/2020 around 08:00am IST was debited from my account but failure page was displayed . and it returned back to failed transaction page on LIC.
kindly help

    I payed 250 rupees through Billdesk for AFCAT(1)2021 cycle via google pay. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
    The amount debited in the first attempt from my bank.
    Kindly refund me my money back that I paid via. google pay at the earliest.
    The google pay payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.

      I did payment through bill desk for AFCAT (I) 2021 cycle via google pay. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
      The amount debited in the first attempt did not bore any fruit to me and hence it unnecessarily lies with BillDesk.
      Kindly refund me my money back that I paid via. google pay at the earliest.
      The google pay payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.
      BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Refund required since payment to Reliance digital is not reflected even after 4 days.

              I submitted a payment of 250 rs for the Afcat form using UPI(G Pay) dated 5dec 2020 but it was not showing even after 1 week in the payment status of the host website. Lastly i had to pay the amount again using debit card. So i need the refund of my money.

                i was load 10000/- (ten thousand rupees) money in "https://partnerportal.actcorp.in" website on 11-december-2020,
                for my duty purpose.
                But the transection not complited successfully.
                And that money not reched to the website (https://partnerportal.actcorp.in).
                but 10000/- rupees money debitded in my bank account.
                plz 'solve this transaction.

                      I have paid fees for sbi po examination via UPI. The amount got debited from my account but the status of transaction in the host website was shown as failure. I tried to contact helpline number but they didnt recieve calls. Kindly look into the matter

                              My 250 rupees has been deducted for AFCAT fee payment through Upi. The transaction was successful but still the payment status was pending. To complete the payment at last I had to use debit card. I want my refund of Rs. 250 that had been deducted.

                              The incident occurred on 10 Dec, 2020 7.01 pm. My transaction Reference No. for Billdesk Payment Gateway is VHD[protected]. And the UPI transaction ID is[protected].

                                I made my AFCAT payment on 10 Jan 2021 and it was deducted but was not reflected in my AFCAT form submission. Thereafter i made another payment of 250 again and it was also successful. But i did not get the refund of my first transaction so kindly solve this issue.

                                  Hi, its almost more than 25 days i am seeking for help from IDBI bank, lic which payment was made to (Creditor company) and last but not least Bill desk. Everyone informed that amount is on hold from billdesk transaction number -VHD[protected]. Please help

                                    I made a payment for World Education Services twice due to some website error of JNTU (university) and now when I'm trying to get my refund for one of the applications, processed, I was repeatedly emailed to ask for some alpha numeric transaction ID, despite of giving all the information the bank had given me and confirmed with me that they do not possess any more information about the transaction, billdesk asked me confidential information that clearly showed the intentions of billdesk being: troubling me till I would give up on asking for refund or taking my confidential information and might have done what-not with that! Kindly, help me get my refund processed.

                                    Please let me know if you need any more details regarding this issue. (the photos at the bottom contains two photos of billdesk asking for general and confidential information and one photo of the details of the transaction sent by me)
