Payment made for bill and amount of rs. 2341.99/- has been debited from the account.

This trial was done for 2 times and amount was debited for 2 times.

Later on payment was made on[protected] by transaction id vybk[protected] from yes bank which was successful.

But cbi transaction failure debited amount not received yet.

Kindly do needful to give back my amount.

    I paid AFCAT 1 2021 Fees paid by Phonepe but payment is unsuccessful yet money is debited from my bank account.
    Kindly solve this issue as early as possible.

      Hi, I paid 15 lakh from my bank account using net banking feature on bill desk for LIC. The money was deducted from my account but the transaction failed at LIC site. LIC does nnot show receipt of my payment but money has been deducted from the account.

      Time of transaction - 10-10.30 AM on 7 Dec 2020.
      Amount - 15 lakh
      Ref - BILLDESK /VPNB[protected]/[protected]/

            I have a payment of Rs.10000 to RBL credit card by BILL DESK.The amount was debited from my axis bank account, but it was not paid to the credit card.

            The axis bank process is successful, so my amount is with the bill desk alone.
            The details of the transaction is given below.Please check the status and kindly revert the money to my account.

                      I did payment through bill desk for AFCAT (I) 2021 cycle via google pay. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
                      The amount debited in the first attempt did not bore any fruit to me and hence it unnecessarily lies with BillDesk.
                      Kindly refund me my money back that I paid via. google pay at the earliest.
                      The google pay payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.

                            I paid bill to PSPCL on 17th Aug 2020. Amount got deducted with UPI transaction id attached in this complaint via screenshot. Google pay asked me the statement till now.. I have shared the statement to complete the process. But still the amount is not refunded. Everytime i contact Google pay customer service, they escalate the issue each time

                              I did the payment for the renewal of my two wheeler via paytm and after the payment was done successfully the page did not respond and I did not get any sort of confirmation regarding the services I paid for.

                              Now, Paytm says - your transaction was successful and you need to check with Billdesk for more details. Bharti Axa said, we did not receive the payment please check with your bank or Billdesk.

                              So, what I believe now is, the money is with Billdesk but they are not willing to pay it back on their own.

                              I wrote an email to [protected]@billdesk.com on 29/11/2020 11:51AM and got a response from them on 01/12/2020 7:39PM that they are awaiting feedback from the bank regarding the status of this payment and will revert in next 2 working days. But I never heard back from them.

                              Its been a week now since this incident has happened and no one is willing to take the responsibility and refund the money back.

                              I request you to please take this to the concerned team and get it resolved at your earliest.

                                  For SBI PO exam 2020. i paid the fee via Internet Banking. Cash transfered from my account to IBPSBILLDESK on 04/12/2020. But In IBPS application website shows like "your previous transection failed". i didn't get any updated status from either bank balance or sbi po 2020 exam webpage. After 3 hours I made another payment that worked fine and got successful message.
