I did the payment for the renewal of my two wheeler via paytm and after the payment was done successfully the page did not respond and I did not get any sort of confirmation regarding the services I paid for.

Now, Paytm says - your transaction was successful and you need to check with Billdesk for more details. Bharti Axa said, we did not receive the payment please check with your bank or Billdesk.

So, what I believe now is, the money is with Billdesk but they are not willing to pay it back on their own.

I wrote an email to [protected]@billdesk.com on 29/11/2020 11:51AM and got a response from them on 01/12/2020 7:39PM that they are awaiting feedback from the bank regarding the status of this payment and will revert in next 2 working days. But I never heard back from them.

Its been a week now since this incident has happened and no one is willing to take the responsibility and refund the money back.

I request you to please take this to the concerned team and get it resolved at your earliest.

      For SBI PO exam 2020. i paid the fee via Internet Banking. Cash transfered from my account to IBPSBILLDESK on 04/12/2020. But In IBPS application website shows like "your previous transection failed". i didn't get any updated status from either bank balance or sbi po 2020 exam webpage. After 3 hours I made another payment that worked fine and got successful message.
      Requesting first payment status and refundable date.

        I had initially submitted the payment by scanning which was quite evident in my bank account details but unfortunately the processing in the form wasn't successful. My bank account has now deducted 750/- twice from my account. I would therefore like to request a refund of the initial transaction as quickly as possible

            Got a call from fraudulent and many was lost. Fell prey to the crime. Please don't add any screen shot of yours over here obviously you will get the call but not from bill desk but from frauds

              Yesterday 3/12/2020, I deposited the electricity bill of my house for rs.3920/- from the bill desk, but when the last phase of transactions came, then the transaction was canceled and my money also deducted from my bank account.
              Kindly pay back my money as soon as possible.

                I have paid AFCAT 1 2021 Fees by UPI mode but payment is showing unsuccessful. Though money has been debited from my bank account it's showing payment unsuccessful. Kindly solve the issue as early as possible.

But In IBPS application website shows like "your previous transACtion failed". Still now i did get any updated status from either bank balance or SBI PO 2020 exam webpage. After that i made another payment that worked fine and got successful message.

                                I did payment through bill desk for AFCAT (I) 2021 cycle today via google pay. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
                                I had to try again and it was only In the second time when I paid using debit card reflection was shown in the website.
                                The amount debited in the first attempt did not bore any fruit to me and hence it unnecessarily lies with BillDesk.
                                Kindly refund me my money back that I paid via. google pay at the earliest.
                                The google pay payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.

                                  For canara SO exam 2020. i paid the fee via phone PAY. Cash transfered from my account to IBPS BILLDESK on 30/11/2020. But In canara exam webpage shows the amount is unpaid.Still now i didn't get any updated status from either bank balance or canara SO 2020 exam webpage.                                         I made payment of electricty bill for Rs.3710/- issued by PSPCL on 18.11.2020 in the name of Sh. R.P. Dixit Account No.[protected] through SBI netbanking through BillDesk on 01.12.2020 at 1.42P.M.
                                        Although the amount of Rs.3710/- has been debited by SBI to my Account but payment confirmation has not been received. Neither I have received a receipt from PSPCL for the same. Kindliy look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately.
