        On 17 Nov 2020 I made a transaction through billdesk of my SBI credit card payment of Rs 2320 from my Indian Bank account number [protected] (IFSC Code-IDIB000O004).
        My amount is debited in my indian bank account but the transaction is failed and it is not transacted to SBI credit card account.
        Please I humbly request you to do the needful to get my money back.

          Tried to book safari permit today on mp online after payment money debited and transaction failed and it showed " sorry we are unable to process your transaction". Such a poor website with poor server everytime payment gets stuck.Make my money refund.

                  I regularly pay my card bill through BillDesk UPI and it instantly gets credited into my Credit Card account, but today i was paying Rs. 40161.16 towards payment dues and money got deducted from my ICICI bank account and the BillDesk payment gateway reflect nothing for an hour. It did not show any status neither successful nor failed.

                  Please look after this Please credit payment in either of the account.
