Hi Team -

This is regarding my transaction of rs 43257.39 done toward my INDUSIND credit card payment. The transacttion was failed but the amount is debited from my account. I have done the payment through Paytm app via UPI.
The transaction was done on 26.07.2021. I have attached the screenshot of payment successful to Bill desk which also has the UPI reference ID please refund the amount to my account Asap. please resolve it on priority.

    I want to say that i was fill the examination fee of PSPCL examination (Punjab Govt.) . Fee 946.95 Rs was debited from my account(via Phone pay) but not credited Examination fee, In there Portal (https://cdn.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/1258/70982/Instruction.html) show transaction failed . My transaction ID :- T2107252246113490365843 . Please Concern this matter last date for fill examination fee is 30 July 2021.

    Last date of fill the fees is[protected]. please update about my issue otherwise i want to sue against you that was your platform mistake and you cannot update on time or not resolve my problem.

          Dear Sir / Madam,
          I have initiated a payment of Rs 500000 /- towards school fees for " BGS National public school" on 26th July 2021 at 22.38 hrs, through online banking from ICICI bank account.
          ( ICICI bank transaction Id : [protected]), Amount of Rs 500029 is deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the transaction has failed and the amount is not credited to the school account. Request you to address this issue at the earliest.

              I had paid the my school fees too billdesk by google pay app from my id [protected]@upi to [protected]@hdfcbank. The transection was succes full but my school fees is not paid till now. Kindly give my money back to me otherwise i have too go to the consumer court with all the proofs and screenshots. There is urgent need of money.

                                This is to inform your that while paying KMC trade license (CE) renewal fees of Rs.290/- in Kolkata Municipal Corp. portal the Amount debited thru online payment of ICICI net banking (Transaction Ref. [protected]).
                                BillDesk Gateway showed Transaction failed, try again later.

                                I have sent mail to '[protected]@billdesk.com' asking if I have to wait for another few more hours to see if it was paid to KMC ? But no response received from their technical team.

                                I want to see that the Bill has been paid to KMC or refunded back to my Bank A/c for another attempt.

                                  I sent 4-5 mails to billdesk for the failed transactions on 10 & 11th of July. Till now I didn't get refund and also no response to my mails even after I send 5 mails. Sent mail from [protected]@gmail.com. each transaction value is ₹2850 and failed 3 times and money got deducted. 2 transactions failed on 10th july evening and 1 transaction failed on 11th of July.
