Dear Sir/ Madam,
On 16th Dec 2020, i tried to recharge my father jio mobile with Rs 2399 unlimited pack. The display came on the computer monitor that transaction was unsuccessful and the money got debited. It was also displayed that money refund will be done in 10 days. Still the amount is not refunded. On the same day i once more tried to recharge the same mobile with same amount and this time successful. The transaction references are
INB/[protected]/Jio Money(BILLDESK)/NA - This was unsuccessful
INB/[protected]/Jio Money(BILLDESK)/NA - This was successful
Waiting for refund amount still. I have checked jio website for this and it is shown that, we need to contact bank for the refund. I checked with axis bank and as per their records both transactions are successful and asked to contact merchant payment.
The first transaction with the reference number is:[protected]VUTI[protected]) and the second
transaction reference number is:[protected]VUTI[protected]).
Kindly refund the amount of Rs 2399.

I made a payment of Rs 29, 290 towards my SBI Credit card. The amount is deducted from my savings account and UPI says payment received by Billdesk/purchase confirmed, however SBI has no track of it and it says payment failed. Please help asap.
