      Sir, I applied for the post of SCT Police Constable (Civil / Equivalent). In payment method, I paid the amount of Rs.809 using debit card through Billdesk Payment (Ref. No. RE1669238) on 28th June, 2018. The above amount was deducted in my account, but in Payment Details, Payment Status shows as "Payment not Success". Please refund the amount as early as possible. The challan amount (1000/- rupees) paid my debit card through sbi bill desk gateway amount has been deducted from my account but it shows has payment transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted in my account. So I request you to refund my challan amount (1000/- rupees). Till now the money hasn't refunded, so I request you to refund my money.

            On going to your websight to know the status of my complaint, it is displyed that your customer satisfaction ratio is only 5%. Which shows that your services are very poor and you are not doing any service to your customer.in that case you should review your working before solving the problem of general public and consumers. The government's consumer protection organisations may not be aware of this, otherwise they must take the stock of this situation. However i have two complaints with id 1996353 and 1996375, please send me the status of my complaints.

                I paid tanishq (Jammu) two instalments of rs.3000each for golden harvest scheme (Ghs) through payment gateway billdesk by using tez app. The amount got debited from my bank account (Jammu&kashmir bank ltd) but has not yet been credited in the receiver account (Tanishq jammu).
                The two transactions have been done on 19th of june 2018.
                Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  I have paid electricity bill of rs.2999/- via debit card through bill desk to sbpdcl vide transaction id nhmp[protected] on 24.06.2018 at 14:37:01 hrs with transaction reference no sb[protected] and invoice number [protected]for payment of electric bill but receipt was not generated by sbpdcl and the status of bill is still pending. The amount has also been debited from my bank account.
                  Kindly solve the problem as early as possible.

                          The amount was deducted the first two times but the transaction got hung up in between and the amount didn't go through. The third time it cleared. The details of the first two transactions are below:

                            I am santhosh kumar ([protected]), i have paid rs.1000/- towards job application for telangana police department (On 18th june 2018 @ 08:10 pm), paid through axis debit card and money was deducted and in https://tslprb.in it is showing payment is not successful.
                            In that website it is showing the reference number is re1069903.
                            And i have received message from my bank account is pur/tslprb/mumbai/tslprb/seq no 546703.

                            I have paid money for job application, they'll not refund, i have to pay again for success payment, if i paid second time and if 1st transaction money is not refunded, then i'll lost rs.1000/- without my fault.
                            Please help me to get this amount refund or do the payment done successfully because of job application have the last date, before that it should be resolved.

                            I have received a mail from Bill Desk and asking for few details, I have submitted those and I have not yet received the reply from them. In this case I paid 1000, which can not be refund(because of it is govt.job application), if I have paid again I'll lost 1000 without my mistake, and the job application also have last date in this month, if they have not refund the money and done the payment successful after last date is not useful and I'll lost one career opportunity, so requesting them to clear the problem as soon as possible.

                              I am unable to download echallan online payment reciept by giving the transaction id as it is showing id is invalid. The payment of rs 500 to wbjee for e counselling regustration was sucessfully done but i cannot download the payment reciept. The payment reciept is compulsory for college admissions and if i dont get the receipt i wont get admission.

                              It is to inform that i was made payment of my two lic premium through your application today as per reference no. Mentioned below:-

                                They even not responding to mails and phone calls. No idea what to do right now. If i feel they will return it and make payment again then they pay what can i do. On the last i paid and failed, then what to do unless paying interest to the party. It was about one week from deduction and they should not be in a position to communicate with me and to bank or merchant.

                                    My previous compain with id 1983150 regading payment receipt is still unsolved.
                                    My payment of rs 517 was done on 09/06/2018 towards wbjee with trid -
                                    Nuti[protected]. Kindly look into this matter in urgent basis as the receipt is necessary for admission and send it in my mail address.

                                    Today 14/06/2018, i made transaction of Telangana electricity bill payment through my icici netbanking acct., at the last step of BILLDESK process failed, but the amount 670.77 was deducted from my account, i enclosed the bank statement. pls examine the matter and clear my TSSPDCL payment.
