As we ordered pizza using paytm payment option the amount was deducted from the wallet and transaction was successful but order was not placed!!! And spoke to paytm helpdesk center they conveyd that paytm has been done from their end so contact billdesk and ask them to send email regarding payment has not been denied by your end to take further actions on the issue...

This is the text recieved but there was error in the dominoes app during payment. No order was done. So a refund is expected. Please look on it. I have been tried calling customer care of billdesk but no one is picking my call. So please refund my money asap....

I have tried making payment I'm BSNL portal for Rs. 608. The payments status is showing as pending. But the amount got debited from my bank account. I paid my monthly cesc electric bills for consumer nos.[protected] and [protected] for rs.2980/- and 640/- respectively for the month of march, 2018 through my debit card. Unfortunately, no receipts were generated but the amounts were debited from my account. This is the text recieved but there was error in the dominoes app during payment. No order was done. So a refund is expected. This has happened twice with me so finally I thought of complaining as my hard earned money went in vein....

I have paid my axis bank credit card bill payment. The payment failed however the amount was deducted from my ICICI bank account. Please look into it and refund the amount of 25000 which has been deducted back to my ICICI bank account. I am attaching the image as well for the reference.

Please refund the amount ASAP because I need to pay my credit card bill by tomorrow. Tomorrow is the last day of paying the bill...
