I paid rs.9855/- to uppcl (Urban) through billdesk gateway for electricity bill payment from my icicibank a/c. No.[protected] on 18.8.18 at 22.36. The amount deducted from my a/c. But could not credit in the electricity bill id [protected] as no receipt came from uppcl. Kndly provide me the status of my transaction id [protected]. & i[censored]nsuccess then refund the amount in my above icicibank a/c. Immediately.
