On, 10 July 2018 i was making payment of my BSES electricity bill using their website www.bsesdelhi.com though Billdesk gateway.
In Billdesk gateway i selected MVISA and paid (12, 877.50 INR) but there was no successful message and bill payment got failed while amount was already debit.
Later on i did payment with another gateway because my due date was over, so can you please check your system and refund unsuccessful transaction amount of 12, 877.50
below i have pasted transaction details from PayZapp and bank statement
