I paid my monthly cesc electric bills for consumer nos.[protected] and [protected] for rs.2980/- and 640/- respectively for the month of march, 2018 through my debit card. Unfortunately, no receipts were generated but the amounts were debited from my account. I wrote to cesc re the problem but they said that since they didnt receive the payments, nothing can be done from their side. Incidentally, cesc bills for match, 2018 is still shown as outstanding.
Kindly arrange to refund the amounts immediately including the rebate which i didnt get for no fault of mine. Awaiting an early action on your part.
