I had done online payment through gateway through billdesk for my payment of landline bill payment of mtnl
The amount is debited from my account but bill is not paid kindly resolve the problem

SBI ref: IGADJXIGL5, BSNL mobile stv-recharge transaction of Rs.118/- failed on 24.4.2018 at 16:16.
BSNL ref: PGSM[protected], Status is "awaiting bank confirmation."
SBI has deducted Rs. 118/-as above stated.
Kindly recharge or arrange to refund.

    Hi,
    On 25th I tried paying through paytm for a dominos order(303). The payment showed unsuccessful and I had to pay for it upon delivery in cash (Rs. 730).
    The very next day I received a message stating the following:
    Hi there
    You just made a successful payment of Rs. 730.00 at BilldeskFood1 For future reference your order id is NPT[protected].
    Thanks
    Paytm team

    This is literally duping people of their money. extremely disappointed. Haven't received any refund and was made to PAY FOR THE SAME ORDER TWICE !!

    Need my refund asap.

      On 27/04/2018 at 16:28:39 my canara bank account was debited with rs.812.00 (Txn id[protected] when i paid the subject tax going into corporataion's web site https://www.kmcgov.in/KMCPortal/KMCPortalFSPaymentAction.do

      And the payment was routed through billdesk as earlier. But tax is not paid though my account (Cnara bank account number[protected], ifs code cnrb0003294) is debited.

      I used debit card+atm pin option.

      Please recredit the amount to my bank account.

        I have made an online payment of inr1525 with transaction id [protected] towards payee billdesk from my icici bank a/c on 27/04/2018 11:04am to epay/union bank of india.co.in towards kendriya vidyalaya fees. But payment is not received by bank nor school stateing a remark that (Initated but not completed) please check the payment details and re fund the amount.

          This is to inform you that while paying of kolkata municipal corporation (Kmc) property tax online, the amount got deducted from my bank a/c but this did not get credited to kmc a/c due to failure in online transaction. I have checked kmc website and it is still showing the amount as unpaid. Even i asked with my bank and they confirmed that they have released the amount from their end.

          Kindly check and send the receipt of this transaction.

But company is saying that they have not received any payment. Confirmation mail of bank is in trailing mail. Also find online statement of my account for confirmation of transaction.

              Online payment for landline bsnl connection
              I had made the payment to bsnl landline connection through the bsnl portal and chose billdesk as payment gateway.
              The transaction was not successful. It said transaction could not be completed sorry for the inconvenience, but my amount 1404 was debited from my icici bank account. The transaction id is bil[protected].
              I am checking teh bsnl portal the payment is not reflecting.
              Please check this and either correct the payment or refund the money back to the account.

                I did not get credit of my jio phone recharge, though account was debited in the following transaction:
                I was to recharge my jio mobile no. On 25.04.18 at 12.04.31 hours thro ibs. Amount of the recharge rs.349/- was duly debited to my account but i did not get the recharge. The detail of billsdesk transaction is

                    I paid my electricity bill on the 9th of march thru internet banking and the amount of rs.1666 got deducted immediately but the dept says that they have not received the amount and the transaction is a failure whereas the bank is saying that the bill desk payment gateway has confirmed that the payment has been made. the payment gateway is saying the ref number for the transaction is LOBC[protected] but the electricity department is saying there is no such transaction. the money has been debited from my account and i have been going for more than a month to both the places but they are just blaming one another and now the new bills have come with this arrears which they are asking me to pay. request you to pls chk with sbi billdesk gateway thru which i paid the bill in goa or to tell the bank to give me proof that it has been paid. if both of them say that they don't have the money then where has it gone and my acct is debited . pls tell them to reverse the amount back if poss.thank you

                    this is reg comp id 1936294. i have received a mail from the bill desk of oriental bank of commerce that the transaction of 1666 is a success and have forwarded it to the electricity dept. so nw the problem lies with the electricity dept in goa who has to follow up with their sbi bill desk. am sending the copy of the mail to you . request you to pls follow up thank you

                          I paid through my paytm wallet yesterday (21st april, 2018) @ 10:38pm and the amount got deducted but dominos didn't receive any order, though inr355 was received by billdesk.
                          My transaction id is npt[protected] and i have also attached the photo of the payment which proves that i paid the amount to billdesk.

                            On 21st april, 2018 at 1:44pm, i started a transaction (Recharge) of rs. 448 from my jio application and i went on to pay via upi. I received the payment request on my upi app which is google tez which i approved and payment was successful. As i returned back to my jio app, the recharge was not done, even when the amount was already deducted from my bank account.

                            The upi transaction id generated was[protected].

                            I contacted tez customer support and they confirmed that the transaction has been successful and has been received at the gateway of indiaideas. But, when i contacted jio, they told me that they have not received any such payment from me and this prompted me to write to you in utter disappointment.
                            I request to kindly look into the matter and credit back the amount to my account or proceed with completing my recharge to save me from further inconvenience.

                                On 17 apr 2018, i have recharged of rs 299/- through online vide sbi transaction no lsbi[protected]igadispzl5. Though the amount has been debited from my a/c, however, the transaction has been failed. I have again recharged on 17 apr 2018 of rs 299/- vide sbi transaction no nsbi[protected]igadivnaa4 and successful. Thereafter i have lodged complaint to sbi for refund of money. Cms. [protected]@sbi.co.in has intimated that merchant (Billdesk) has confirmed the transaction mentioned above has been successful and settled on 18 apr 18. Please confirm the said transaction as the amount has not been credited to my a/c to tatasky till date..

                                I had made the payment to Domino's of 305 by the name of Swati Srivastava .but Domino's said they didn't receive any order.please refund my money my Paytm wallet asap.
                                I did an INR Withdraw on coinome usually it is instant but this time they are not crediting it and it's been 5 days. The worst part here is no proper customer care in place. Can't connect to anyone.

                                      I had booked bharat gas (Cancelled booking id: 9122) lpg cylinder on 19.04.2018 09.49.19 and made online payment using bhim upi through billdesk pos and amount ₹ 675.68/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through bpcl billdesk transaction no.[protected]. The day before yesterday i received payment confirmation from bharat gas site is failure and please get the deduted amount refund to my account or my subsidiaries account as this transaction got failed.

                                      I would like to request you to please look into the serious matter as soon as possible because already 48hr have passed and the deducted amount was not credited to my bank account or my subsidiary account..
