30th august i ordered dominos pizza through online.1st time when i ordered transaction was successful but order not done.2 nd time 1 tried to placed ordered this time ordered placed and my amount also deducted.

2 times my amount deducted from bank.

I called my bank customer care. They informed amount already deducted from bank.

Bank statement for your reference.

Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

    I tried to order Pizza from domino's pizza and placed 2 orders from Rs. 376 mistakingly. But the orders didn't get registered at Domino's but the amount of Rs. 376 was deducted twice. I had a talk with the Domino's helpline guy about this and he forwarded the call to the restaurant which was supposed to take my order. I talked to them about it and they said they didn't get any of the following orders. I tried to use the order ID on Domino's online site to track my order too but to no avail.I'd like to have the refunds of both my orders ASAP please.

        This is sourav jyoti kalita.
        I registered for a certificate exam on 31st august in nptel and the fees was paid via billdesk gateway. The first time i tried to pay, a popup came that this path is insecure. So i cancelled it and tried it again using another browser. This time it did not show the popup. But after the payment, i received two sms regarding the payment and when i checked the payment statements of my bank account, it showed two payments of 1100 to nptel on today's date. I request to look into my matter and provide me the refund for the extra payment.

            I paid electricity bill for dakshin haryana bijli vitran nigam (Dhbvn) through tez payment app. The money deducted from my bank account but bill not paid. The deduced amount has not been refunded back into my bank account even after 1 month. I already contacted bill desk support team a lot of times. But, they are not helping at all in this regard.

                      I was booking my ticket but it didn't worked but my money was transferred.
                      Phone pay says transaction from their end was processed. Please transfer my money back. It was on 24 aug 2018. Time around 10 pm. I didn't received any emails or sms from msrtc also.

                          I recharged my dishtv on 26 /08/18 by Google tez . The amount was deducted from my account but still it is showing that waiting for confirmation. I hope that you will fix this soon. I asked the the people from the Google also but they said that they have forwarded the amount and even they are waiting for confirmation the people of dishtv also said the same thing

                              I was making payment to bescom for rs 566 but at that time it was not deducted. When i enquired at icici customer care then they said that it is stuck at bill desk.
                              The payment has allready done to bescom for rs.566.

                              Kindly return the money to my icici account.

                                We have paid telangana electricity bill for usc no :[protected] for 2436 pad through bill desk dt:20 th aug at 15 hrs with txn no:nic[protected] and 2438 inr has been debited from my icici bank. It is found that the said amount is not credited into electricity board.
                                Plz look into this matter as electricity officials are taking action against us,
                                I regularly pay from this mode and never faced this problem. Plz address as early as possible.

But amount got deducted from my icici bank accout. Later i checked with bank, they said transaction is successful, please check with merchant.

                                      13/08/2018 को mdsu ptet कॉउंसलिंग 2018 के लिए मैंने रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस (22000 रु.) जमा करने के लिए icici debit card के द्वारा ऑनलाइन ट्रांसेक्शन का चुनाव किया, और मेरे द्वारा पहला ट्रांसेक्शन फ़ैल हो गया तत्पश्चात मैंने दूसरा ट्रांसेक्शन किया और रजिस्ट्रेशन सफल रहा, परंतु फेल्ड ट्रांसेक्शन के रूपये 22000+23 रु भी डेबिटेड हो गए। अतः मेंरे द्वारा किये गए दोनों ट्रांसेक्शन से रुपये (22000+23)+ (22000+23)डेबिटेड हो गए।
                                      अतः कृपया तकनीकी कारण से मेंरे द्वारा जमा हुए अतिरिक्त रूपये 22000 वाले ट्रांसेक्शन फीस को वापस शीघ्र लौटाया जाये।
