I was doing my payment for the gate 2019 form fees which had an association with your website, the payment was proceeding through debit +atm pin mode. Even though the transaction for my gate fees was declined, amount of money rupees 750 has been debited from my canara bank debit card. The otp was also sent for paying the money to billdesk but after entering the otp and processing for a few seconds, the money was correctly debited but there was no successful transaction. The transaction was declined. Such a loss wont be accepted. Please revert to the comnplaint to the earliest and try returning the money if my transaction has been failed.

    सर ptet में सिलेक्शन होने के बाद 13 जुलाई को 22000 फीस स्वयं के sbi debit card से जमा करवाई गयी लेकिन पहली बार में payment failed हो गया और कोई print भी नहीं आई...लेकिन मोबाइल पर मेसेज आया कि 22259.5₹ पेमेंट कट गया जबकि वो सक्सेस नहीं हुआ...पेमेंट दोबारा किया गया और वो सक्सेस हो गया तथा उसका दोबारा मेसेज आया और इस बार print भी आई...पहले ट्रांसिक्शन का बॅलेन्स वापस नही आया तो बैंक में भी कंप्लेन की गयी लेकिन अभी तक वापस नहीं मिला...कृपया सहायता करें...

      During on line payment for exam fees of west bengal set exam-18 through central bank internet banking on 11/09/2018 at 13 hrs the fees amount rs. 1011 was deducted from my central bank a/c but it shows failed transaction but money not reverted to my a/c.After couple of hours later the said money is yet to revert to my account. please resolve the matter.

        I was filling cat form on 10th september and when i was doing online payment through billdesk with my punjab national bank debit card the amount was deducted from my account and then the page went blank and then after logging again the payment is still showing due... And i have contacted my bank regarding this problem and they have said that the amount has been debited from my account for cat transaction.. Solve my problem either by getting my form submit or by refunding the amount.. Plzz resolve my query as soon as possible because the last date of submitting the form is near...

          30th august i ordered dominos pizza through online.1st time when i ordered transaction was successful but order not done.2 nd time 1 tried to placed ordered this time ordered placed and my amount also deducted.

          2 times my amount deducted from bank.

          I called my bank customer care. They informed amount already deducted from bank.

          Bank statement for your reference.

          Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

            I tried to order Pizza from domino's pizza and placed 2 orders from Rs. 376 mistakingly. But the orders didn't get registered at Domino's but the amount of Rs. 376 was deducted twice. I had a talk with the Domino's helpline guy about this and he forwarded the call to the restaurant which was supposed to take my order. I talked to them about it and they said they didn't get any of the following orders. I tried to use the order ID on Domino's online site to track my order too but to no avail.I'd like to have the refunds of both my orders ASAP please.

                I registered for a certificate exam on 31st august in nptel and the fees was paid via billdesk gateway. The first time i tried to pay, a popup came that this path is insecure. So i cancelled it and tried it again using another browser. This time it did not show the popup. But after the payment, i received two sms regarding the payment and when i checked the payment statements of my bank account, it showed two payments of 1100 to nptel on today's date. I request to look into my matter and provide me the refund for the extra payment.

                                  I recharged my dishtv on 26 /08/18 by Google tez . The amount was deducted from my account but still it is showing that waiting for confirmation. I hope that you will fix this soon. I asked the the people from the Google also but they said that they have forwarded the amount and even they are waiting for confirmation the people of dishtv also said the same thing
