White watery particle found inside bottle . Bad condition and bad taste of water.

Provided Old or very bad conditioned water inside bottle.

Shop keeper didn't change to new one. Said complaint first. So I need quick response and replacement of bad bottle provided earlier. It's almost 7 days...

My sealed packed 20 litres bottle had tissue particles in the water....

Complained about the subscription took for 1 month for Bisleri bottle 20 L cane and not yet received the order which is booked on Sunday (25th October2020) and already paid online .Called 3-4 times to customer care they are saying will definitely resolve the query but still i didn't get any call from bisleri team and tried the delivery boy number([protected]) .it's saying, number is switched off.
Customer care team is not picking the...

I am submitting the complaint about the bisleri 20 liter bottle.. There is algea in the bottle.. Please see the expiry date. It didn't even expired.. So, kindly see into the matter....

I bought a new bisleri 20 lt jar from a dealer near me in Mohali phase 10. Upon opening the seal and cap of the jar ut was all covered with small cockroaches around it and inside as well....

My self vinay ulkande, I purchased Bisleri 1 lit Bottle (Pack of 12) on 1st Oct 2020 in Mahad, Maharashtra with batch number KA BN 259. When I want to drink water on 2nd Oct 2020 I observed hole on Bottle cap of one bottle and water easily coming out from the cap.

Why your distributor is taking MRP which is reflecting in ur 20 ltr zar.due to this shop owner is taking more then MRP..Is this the way of your brand is working...?

Iam a regular customer of bisleri water home service.
As we shifted from hyderabad to nellore due to water change we are getting supply bisleri water from dealer srk agencies.
From date :[protected].
Onwards he stopped to supply water, as we are daily calling him to bring water due to our health conditions.
He came today night.
After 8 days and simply arguing and shouting on us.
As we asked to refund...

Purchasing from Last 4yrs, foul smell like fungul water came from 20/ltr can.
Shop keeper replaced ... still existed in replaced bottle.

How you resolve without taking contact number.-[protected]...

We have purchased 20 liter water cans from the bisleri website, their cans are ugly and consumer would feel disgusting to touch it.

How would we drink water from such a dirty can in the current scenario, the interesting fact is that we have to pay 150 rs each for that old dirty cans.

If they provide such old cans, why do we pay??!!. Attached the pics for kind reference...

I have called to customer care for returning empty jar of 20litre. Customer executive contact sanyukta madam and she called me for returning bottle. She said me that she will send a distributor for empty jar pickup and return my deposit rs.150 per empty jar in 2-3 days. But from 1 week there is no response from sanyukta madam and...

Here by i would like to inform you that i have been consuming your bisleri water from last 12 years, and i have come across a worst and dangerous taste of water which i have consumed from the water bottle which had bought, and i don't know how far it has effected my health, and i would request your technical/ lab team to meet me and clear the issue asp, from which still i have the sealed water...

I bought a usual 20 litre water can of bisleri from a store near my house in kasavanahalli, bangalore
I was disappointed to find parasitic worms in large amount of quantity in the water.
It was very sick of them not to process water through decontamination process
I saw another user complaints as well from 2016 with the same issue
This needs to be addressed on priority as it is a matter of serious health concern!!!br...

This is third instance with floating.
White layers in 20 ltrs bisleri water bottle. As it's sealed by bisleri, local suppliers can't help any on this. We are more concerned about our health as bisleri is not cleaning can before filling water. I am from pune - wagholi.

Looking forward for the resolution at the earliest possible......

I purchase 2 bottles of bisleri 20l mineral water from rohini, delhi shop.
After drinking water, i got bad stomach and even other family members too had a similar issue. We then checked the water can and found that it is giving foul smell and the quality is too bad for consumption. I approached bisleri customer service in the of quick resolution. However, to my surprise they just kept the complaint lingering around with no response...

We procure 5l and 2l bottles of bisleri on a regular basis through bigbasket for our daily consumption. On a number of occasions we have found that the packaged water is unsuitable for drinking. Sometimes the water has been found to be smelly and sometimes the seals are partially broken. But the most glaring problem is that a number of times visible dirt particles of all sorts of colours (Black, white) are present in the water. I am not sure...

Bisleri company sale ordinary water is being filled and sold in the shops in front of Maniktala ESI CIT Scheme VII M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata, West Bengal 700054...

The taste of water is pungent and having bleechy smell...
