        What about our order????
        It’s been 3 weeks
        How can u be delayed for 3 weeks?
        Horrible horrible service
        Never again subscribing with you.
        After complaining over and over again you have still done nothing about it.

          1. every time I have to order multiple times to get the delivery.
          2. Delivery executive cannot even read the address and ask for live location. All orders from other sites get delivered without any issue.

            This complaint is to inform you that my online order done on 20th of Nov 2020 vide no BSLR-KOL-[protected]-1 had not been delivered till date and so i requested for a cancellation and refund of the same. Its been more than 3 days the customer care has not been taking my request to cancel the same. They keep saying that the server is down. I sent emails also too cancel the order but no reply on the same

              I have the subscription weekly for Bisleri water. I paid the money for 3 months. They delivered 3 weeks without missing but this week they did not deliver. I waited 5 days, called many times but no response. It is like taking money up front and cheating customers is not fair on Bisleri. My registered mobile number is [protected]

                I had ordered 2 pcd 20 ltr bisleri botle
                And had one offer of free 1pcs lemon mint bottle
                I had received 2 bottles today but have not received the free boottle this is the bad experience for purchasing online will never buy again

                  White watery particle found inside bottle . Bad condition and bad taste of water.

                  Provided Old or very bad conditioned water inside bottle.

                  Shop keeper didn't change to new one. Said complaint first. So I need quick response and replacement of bad bottle provided earlier. It's almost 7 days

                      Complained about the subscription took for 1 month for Bisleri bottle 20 L cane and not yet received the order which is booked on Sunday (25th October2020) and already paid online .Called 3-4 times to customer care they are saying will definitely resolve the query but still i didn't get any call from bisleri team and tried the delivery boy number([protected]) .it's saying, number is switched off.

                          I bought a new bisleri 20 lt jar from a dealer near me in Mohali phase 10. Upon opening the seal and cap of the jar ut was all covered with small cockroaches around it and inside as well.

                            My self vinay ulkande, I purchased Bisleri 1 lit Bottle (Pack of 12) on 1st Oct 2020 in Mahad, Maharashtra with batch number KA BN 259. When I want to drink water on 2nd Oct 2020 I observed hole on Bottle cap of one bottle and water easily coming out from the cap.

                                Iam a regular customer of bisleri water home service.
                                As we shifted from hyderabad to nellore due to water change we are getting supply bisleri water from dealer srk agencies.
                                From date :[protected].
                                Onwards he stopped to supply water, as we are daily calling him to bring water due to our health conditions.
                                He came today night.
                                After 8 days and simply arguing and shouting on us.
                                As we asked to refund my money and take water cans.
                                After that we asked about the supplying of water. He is telling to do what ever you what and shouting on us.
                                Due to this we are drinking normal water from past 7 days.
                                I got some throat infection which ian suffering right now.
                                I need to take this situation as seriously and punish that dealer or should fine him properly.

                                    We have purchased 20 liter water cans from the bisleri website, their cans are ugly and consumer would feel disgusting to touch it.

                                    How would we drink water from such a dirty can in the current scenario, the interesting fact is that we have to pay 150 rs each for that old dirty cans.

                                    If they provide such old cans, why do we pay??!!. Attached the pics for kind reference

                                      I'm retailer. Shop name- Pancharatna super market, new DP road, Vishal Nagar, pimple nilakh, Pune 411027.
                                      I have called to customer care for returning empty jar of 20litre. Customer executive contact sanyukta madam and she called me for returning bottle. She said me that she will send a distributor for empty jar pickup and return my deposit rs.150 per empty jar in 2-3 days. But from 1 week there is no response from sanyukta madam and your company regarding pickup of empty jar.
                                      So let me know when this issue will resolve by your team and management?

                                        To whom so ever it may concern.

                                        Here by i would like to inform you that i have been consuming your bisleri water from last 12 years, and i have come across a worst and dangerous taste of water which i have consumed from the water bottle which had bought, and i don't know how far it has effected my health, and i would request your technical/ lab team to meet me and clear the issue asp, from which still i have the sealed water bottles holding with me, before i go to the media or consumer court. I don't want the same to happen to the other consumers who has trusted your water from long.
