I bought a usual 20 litre water can of bisleri from a store near my house in kasavanahalli, bangalore
I was disappointed to find parasitic worms in large amount of quantity in the water.
It was very sick of them not to process water through decontamination process
I saw another user complaints as well from 2016 with the same issue
This needs to be addressed on priority as it is a matter of serious health concern!!!

This is third instance with floating.
White layers in 20 ltrs bisleri water bottle. As it's sealed by bisleri, local suppliers can't help any on this. We are more concerned about our health as bisleri is not cleaning can before filling water. I am from pune - wagholi.

Looking forward for the resolution at the earliest possible...

I purchase 2 bottles of bisleri 20l mineral water from rohini, delhi shop.
After drinking water, i got bad stomach and even other family members too had a similar issue. We then checked the water can and found that it is giving foul smell and the quality is too bad for consumption. I approached bisleri customer service in the of quick resolution. However, to my surprise they just kept the complaint lingering around with no response at all (Attached email comms removed sensitive information for the sake of security)
After almost 20 days received a call from them saying that they cannot help as the water can has been opened from 20 days so they can't provide any help. Also, they said that they mailed me which is not true, as i haven't received any comms from them. It is all fault of the customer as per them and this is what bisleri is all about. This is not what is expected from bisleri and that too on water which can cause lots of health hazards.
I hope considering this as food item at least some sort of quick resolution will take place so that nobody else gets impacted with same.

We procure 5l and 2l bottles of bisleri on a regular basis through bigbasket for our daily consumption. On a number of occasions we have found that the packaged water is unsuitable for drinking. Sometimes the water has been found to be smelly and sometimes the seals are partially broken. But the most glaring problem is that a number of times visible dirt particles of all sorts of colours (Black, white) are present in the water. I am not sure why bisleri is so lackadaisical about the quality of water particularly at a time when the awareness about hygiene is at its peak. Our earlier attempt of complaining was dumped under a ticket (#26715) and no subsequent followup happened. We are very disappointed with your service and hope suitable corrective measures would be taken. You can reach out on mail if you need more proofs (Images, videos).

The taste of water is pungent and having bleechy smell

With due respects, i would like to bring your notice that i had placed order for 2 jars 20 litres on 24.03.2020

I had received a call on 25.03.2020 and was given two numbers who were area sales managers. I had called on one of the numbers ([protected]) and i was told that order will be delivered tomorrow. Next day it wasn’t delivered. On 27.03.2020 i get a call from mr. Zameel pathan asking about my address as it seems he got a lead, he furthermore gives me another number of sales manager mr. Devendra [protected]. I called him up giving him the reference of mr. Pathan, he said he will try to deliver today but incase he can’t, then he will do it the next day.

Today 28.03.2020 i connected with mr. Devendra and reminded him of my requirements, he said, it will be delivered today. After few minutes i get a call from mr. Wahid patel mob: [protected] and he suggested that i should get it from nearby general stores. I told him the general store has only 10 litres and my requirement is of 20 litres. He replied saying even if he delivers, it will be 10 litres jars. I wish to state here that nowhere in the chain of conversations, was i told that i would get only 10 litres jars. I told mr. Wahid patel that in that case, i would keep 10 litres considering the lockdown crisis and i also appreciate the fact that they are delivering, but to my astonishment he refused to deliver the same and was insisting that i pick it up from the general store. This came as a really unpleasant surprise for me.

At 12:55 pm i called up [protected]. The lady who was taking my call wasn’t at willing to understand to what i was trying to say, but was adamant and making me aware of the current situation. As per the conversation she said that, they always give it to retail shops and we have to buy it from them. I fail to understand then why would you keep the option of home delivery in your website if that’s your sop.

Lastly i would say something is definitely not right. Lot of these shops sell at a higher price and i felt harassed going through this ordeal.
I had sent the above in a mail dated 28.03.2020 for which i got a ticket number 20454. They did call me & said they were unable to get in touch with mr. Wahid which seemed very strange. Anyways they closed the ticket number without resolving.

We run a restaurant, so we use a large amount of bisleri water, but we are getting a lot of dirty water in the vedika pani bottle, which is not potable, we also have a sealed bottle sample.
In this way we are losing confidence in the bisleri brand, which is not good for bisleri in the future, why this market is likely to be down in this way,

We have been using bisleri water jar for last eight years for our office use.
We are taking these jar from

We found some dead mosquito kind of fly in one of the jar. Hence we called the concerned person. But he has denied it. Till that it's ok.
But my problem is the way they have argued and abused us for no reason.
It is very shameful on your brand that your distributor is misbehaving with customer. It was a question of just rs.90/- of one jar. But for us he has spoiled your reputation. Hence forth we will not buy your product. I request you to take necessary action on such distributor and teach them how to communicate with customer.

I buy bisteri 1 liter bottles on regular basis and there is a fungi like fluid in sealed bottle which i am shocked to see. Water is not clean. I want a serious action against this. This has happened for 4-5 times. And the taste of water is also very bitter. I have called bisleri customer care but no action has been taken. This is not expected from a very reputed brand like biskeri

The drinking water took from a water supply person in old rajinder nagar delhi. The contact is as provided:[protected]- who sells drinking water on the name of bisleri. But recently i saw some dust and leechie type in the drinking watee which is harmfull to health. Kindly respond from your side with in a week as it is a issue of citizen's helath. If i could not get any response from your end i will have to complaint at the consumer protection authority in our country on the company as well as the so called dealer who sells water on the name of bisleri. Kindly give an attention.

With due respect i want to say that i purchased a 1 litre bisleri water bottle from a general store on 18/10/19. That day i was suffering from very high fever. But unfortunately i was having no one who can look after me. So i myself have to go outside. The seller gave me the bottle. It was looking neat nd clean nd i was in hurry to go home so i didn't bother to check the date. After purchasing when i came home and opened the bottle for drinking...

My name is pooja, i am hereby to inform you that i have saw a similar copy of your brand which is selling on tha market by the name of "bilseri". It cost for 20 rupees per litre bottle. The colour, packaging, size, even the name is almost same.. They give pakaged drinking water not the mineral water... I didn't read the name while purchasing it because the way it looks is just like bisleri so... They people are making fool o[censored]s which is not right

I have been using bisleri can for the past 3 years. I ordered a bisleri 20 ltrs 2 days back from a local distributor in t. Nagar. When i opened the can i found worms inside. I was very much disappointed because i had immense trust on this brand. The brand reliability is totally shattered. My children got diarrohea and vomiting because of the same. Please look in to this immediately and i want a proper reply from your side.

I book a bottle of bisleri near my local dealer than i drink this water the taste of water is so bitter and that i cant drink this water i consult to the local dealer exchange the water but he cant change and the dealer tell i dont exchange do what you do i donge give you any money or exchange the water bottle you do anything in favour and i cant exchane

We have been ordering the Bisleri 20 litre bottle from the local pharmacy named Healthguard Chemists, on J P Road, Opp Apna Bazaar, Andheri (W), Mumbai.
In the last 10 days they have delivered the bottle twice with dirty water. The water when filled in bottles had small white translucent particles. When we complained to Healthguard Chemist they asked me that they cant do anything and we can complaint to Bisleri Company. Further he threatened me to do whatever I can and he doesn't care.
People and vendors like these are selling dirty stuff to customers and God knows what kind of medicines this shop is selling to customers.
Such people who dont care about the well being of there customers dont have the right to earn a living from selling bad stuff to customers.
I dont know whether you as a Company will do anything but I sure am gonna make a formal complaint to wherever I have to to ensure such things dont happen again.

Fake bisleri water being sold in entire gurgaon region.
I ordered 20 litre water jar of bisleri from all the nearest shops of sushant lok-1 area. Everytime i have to change the shop only because of their supplying fake and polluted water in bisleri bottles. Even after 100 complaints, the senerio is same from last one year. I have many video and photo proof of the drain-water quality of bisleri.

Please look into the matter seriously. Its killing people day by day in the area sushant lok phase i, block e, gurgaon.

I'm fihan baig working at tommy hilfiger, we get bisleri water for staff and customers everyday 250ml 48 pcs 1 carton. Recently we have been facing issues with water smell and taste, also today in the morning when the packed water carton was dropped at our place it had small cockroach's covered on the bottles cap and they were alive, i was utterly disappointed because i had immense trust on this brand. Please look into this. I am pretty sure that the problem was at the source itself.

Sir I purchased 3 bottle of bisleri each of 1 ltr, when I asked for the total he told that 105 +cgst @2.5 %=2.625 & [protected]@2.5%=2.625abd the total was charged 110.25.Details of hotel : Hotel Morya Residency pvt.ltd., Opposite Thane Railway station, Thane West.When I asked for the reason he said that I am ready to give you bill if required.But I asked him why this is, he replied to leave or take .

Dear bisleri, today i purchased 10 litre bisleri can. First i would like to understand if bisleri 10 litre can is available or not as i didn't find any authentic picture on your website. The dealer asked me to pay 110 rs and gave no bill. This is when i started speculating. Before opening the bottle there was some leakage and also once i opened i found the water filled till the brim. After this i checked the barcode and sms to +[protected] after this i received the following message "not ok. This is an invalid code. Please call the bisleri helpline for further assistance & taste our new soft drinks spyci, limonata, pinacolada & fonzo." kindly help.
