SIR, on 3/12/09 i posted a courier from blazeflash courier ,jwala heri,paschim vihar,new delhi, for ranchi
i did not inform them that there was mobile(nokia 3250) in it, i was charged Rs 80. the delivery was on 14/12/09 with torn packing and the mobile was missing from it, my father took in written from the postman that there was no mobile in it.the imei no of mobile is [protected]. kindly help me!!

I would like to inform to everyone that on 30/04/07 I have sent a parcel (containing two pairs of earrings) through Blaze Flash Courier Pvt. Ltd ,courier dated 30/04/07 and Bill No is[protected] via K.K Bookstall,Arekere,Bangalore-560076.However the parcel was not delivered even after 20 days.After repeated phone calls to the office of Worldlinks,I came to know that the parcel was not delivered due to "Improper address" (the address I used to communicate for the past 3 years)and the same was to be return which I will recieved it back in the coming few days.
On 24/5/07 after being told form Worldlinks that the parcel will arrived on this day I went to the Dealer to claim back the parcel,but sadly only the empty envelope was there and the two pairs of earrings are missing.
So, I made a formal complaint but unfortunately nothing happened.

I made an appeal to the public not to use the services of Blazeflash as it is a bogus courier

I think there is no one in the company who will revert on this mail.give me correct informatino regarding this.for the last 3 days i am trying to track consignment but no one is ready to provide any information.

Mr Manoj who is sitting at gurgaon is not able to track any thing as the regional manager at BHubaneswar orissa is not picking up his phone.these people are saying thet they have send the docs to bhubaneswar their work is over and at BBSR no one is picking up the phone

today morning i talk to Mr Vimal chif zonal Manager. He has instruct me to call to coustomer care .after 1 of try i got the line to talk and they ar saying the will inform me after 2PM.

Why should i Suffer for this.is it my mistake that i courier my document through your company?
i want my document back on the address mentioned in the of the sender .

I am verry sorry for that i send this document through bleze flesh.

The people whome your company is paying are very responcible that is why i ma suffering for that.

Why you people are wasting your money on devloping the website and for so care less staff.

today i will go to consumer forum for this

My Father dispatched a courier from Delhi to Bangalore through Blazeflash on 18th Jan 2010.

On 21st Jan 2010, on their web portal its written Out for delivery
From 22n Jan 2010, its written Undelivered and Try Again.

When i went to visit them, they said their courier boy returned the courier to company and they are not having entry for this courier.

They further say that may be this courier has gone back to delhi.

Finally they are saying its un-traceable. What does this mean?
I need this courier else i can end up losing my job.

I booked a courier at M/S Documentation and stationers, 2-Mission Compound, Bachcha Park, Meerut on December 9, 2009 (Courier No.[protected] . The courier was to be delivered to Mr. Abhishek Sharma, D/0/10, Platinum City, HMT Road (near CMTI), Yeshwantpur, Bangalore ((Ph. [protected]). The packet weighed 2 Kg. and contained following items:
1. One Track Suit
2. One Kurta
3. 1 Kg. Gazak
4. One Greeting card
All the items were shown to the person who booked the courier and were put in a polyethylene bag in his presence. The courier was delivered on[protected]. When it was opened it contained all the items except the Track Suit. When we came to know we complained to the dealer and the Courier company M/S Blazeflash Corier Limited located in Metro Plaza, Delhi Road, Meerut (complaint No. 235). Neither the company nor the dealer took it seriously and so far they have taken no action.

I need your help in resolving following cheating done by franchise of Blazeflash Couriers Ltd.; I wrote following complaint to directors of Blazeflash Couriers Ltd. At the bottom is the reponse from their MD.
As per the official rates published on http://www.blazeflash.com/rates.php customer should be charged Rs 40 per kg by surface delivery mode in other zones. For AIR Rs 80 per kg. My package weight is 5kg as mentioned on the reciept. It is with great regret that we report items missing from our Courier sent from Shakar Pur (Delhi-110092) to Gokal Puri(Delhi-110094) vide Blazeflash Docket No.[protected] Dt. 04/01/2010. Please note that we have been using Blazefalsh Couriers for the last so many years and this has come as a rude shock to us.


Missing Value item from the parcel is in the range of Rs. 700.00. Material from the Parcel was removed and then neatly repacked.


I requested to you please compensate our loss ( Rs. 700.00 ) since this is totally due to Negligence / Deficiency in Service in the part of M/s. Blazeflash. Such incidence only goes on to spoil the reputation of Blazeflash.

Courier NO[protected] and the same is still not received. I have checked their web site and tried all their Guwahati contact Nos but all land line nos are not in use.Finally I tried my luck with their Customer care and lodged a complaint and got my complaint no B-419.I also located their office in Guwahati and came to know that they also yet to receive my documents.I have informed the same to their customer care the reply was to wait and watch.....Only God knows whether I will get my document or not .... I have sent Air tickets by courier on 04 Jan 2010 but till now they have not delivered the same nor any phone call from them .


After lodging thew complaint they say that they do not have any stations at Muri Jharkand .

My family was to travel on 10 Jan which contained Air Tickets from Ranchi.to Delhi .

Now they say the my packet is returned after my lodging the complaint that to on 12 Jan 10 . This is to inform you that i send one package from mukherjee nagar to east of kailash the packet consist of a wedding card and a box of sweets.the weight of the packet was around 1 kg they charged me 100rs to send the package.i agreed and paid the amount the amount include packing charged they told me that they have to pack it in cloth otherwise they wont be able to deliver it i agreed i paid the amount.I got a call from them after 2 days stating that nobody was available when they tried to deliver the package so its comming back i was being asked to pay 50 rs again so that they can try to deliver the package again.i paid the amount that was being asked...finally the package was delivered after 6 or 7 days. i was being told that they have recieved an ampy box of sweets with a wedding card>>>>Someone from their department tore the package with a blade and ate all the sweets from the package.I was so upset when i heared this news my relation with my friends suffered because of this i felt so ashamed and humilated and i was not able to believe that this could happen to me.Kindly look into the matter my number is [protected]

The above mentioned consignment is Booked by me from VAISHALI, Ghaziabad on 5th Dec, 2009 and it supposed to reach on receiver address in Pune, on Monday i.e. 07th Dec, 2009(According to their commitment)

but when I checked on internet it's showing me actual Booking Date: 07/12/2009 and I was shocked when I checked this courier status on Blazeflash tracker and found that this courier is going to delivered to me itself on 8th Dec, 2009. I have booked my parcel on dated 07 Nov, 09 to Mahuwa, Bhabhanagar Gujarat with Blaze flash courier limited. They took my shipment & confirmed me it will be delivered in next 2-3 days but as of now it has not been delivered. When I talked to Blaze flash courier & they said, they can't deliver my parcel because they don't have service available for this location. If service was not available for this location then they should not book the parcel. After this I asked them to return it but I am not getting any satisfactory answer from them. They always say it will be return to you in 2-3 days. I talked to Ms. Ritu[protected] blaze flash courier person. She always says I will get back to you in few minutes but I never received her call.
I am very much disappointed with Blaze flash courier. Due to this, I can't sleep well. It gave me mentally harassment. It was very important parcel which can't not be delivered on time.

A Consignment (No[protected] was booked From Gorakhpur (UP) for Mumbai on 03.11.2009, but till date it has not reached. An email was also also sent to Blazeflash management (including the chairman of Blazeflash) but till date, they have not replied. Today, when I talked to Mr sachin Agrawal, ED of Blazeflash, he simply announced that the consignment is missing.

Since, the courier contained so many important documents, I will have to spend thousands of rupees to obtain those documents. I also want to initiate legal action against this courier agency for claimimg Rs 50,000 thousands as compensation.

I sent a packet by Blazeflash courier to Hyderabad vide Airway bill no.[protected] on October 12, 2009 at the following address but it was not delivered till today. I contacted more than 100 times in Gurgaon as well as Hyderbad Office but no one has given me any suitable answer.

Blaze Flash is the Worst Courier Company I have Ever Gone Through.My Consignment No was :[protected] for Delhi to Jharkhand. It Took around 17 days to reach to its destination,that too after i made a no of complaints and at last the consignee had to go to the office of the BlazeFlash at around 25 Km from his home By paying 30 Rs to receive his own consignment even though i had already paid 80 Rs at the time of consignment booking.Forget about the cost incurred in making so many phone calls to the employees of Blaze Flash to know about the status of the consignment.
I will simply not suggest anybody To go to BlazeFlash to send their Courier after such a bitter experience.
I[censored] talk about their Customer Care Nos:Just call on it and after 9-10 rings somebody will pickup and will say "just Hold Down" And u will b surprised to know I kept on holding for 4-5 minutes and then i had to end up."Aaisa To TOLLFree Nos pe bhi nahi Hota"Eventhough Here we r paying for the call.
