i couriered documents from blazeflash couriers on 5th of january. Still courier has not been received at ahmedabad. When i call nobody picks up the call. And if there is a response sometimes they say courier has not reached ahmedabad and sometimes they say nobody is at home in ahmedabad. It is very frustating. I suspect they have stolen my documents. The most unprofessional service i have seen in india. Please dont send anything through this service. Amit bhatt [protected]

This is to inform you and update you with my grievance caused by your courier service.
I had booked my parcel to be sent from Delhi to Aurangabad,Maharashtra on 31st of December 2010 from its paschim puri branch. with no.[protected] and it was promised by the person so authorised that to the max it will be delivered by tuesday.
I understand that there might be some problem and it might get delayed by a day or two but not longer than that. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and spoke to Miss Aarti there.One should thank there stars if they are able to connect to the head office and corporate office because no one picks up the phone and its very frustrating. My complaint no. is G-796 .she told me that my parcel has already reached Aurangabad and gave me the number of Mr. Rakesh there.He has no manners to talk to a lady and this man told us all lies. Firstly, he took atleast 50 calls to attend our call and den gave wrong information that we may go and collect it from there office in Nutan colony,Aurangabad, Maharasthra. and when my friend went there to collect the same ,he refused saying that it is still in pune. and that we must call up pune people.

NOW WHERE ARE WE SUPPOSE TO GO, ITS NOT OUR DUTY TO CALL UP AT EVERY PLACE AND TRACK ,OUR DUTY WAS DONE WHEN WE PAID THE AMOUNT TO YOU FOR DELIVERY.
This is the case of mismanagement , disgusting behaviour of your staff and to my shock you have given contacts on internet and no one attends the call from the same.
It is my request that you look into the matter,failing which i shall be constrained to resort to legal action.

I sent a parsel via Blazeflesh, it was a sweater for my uncle, who lives in karauli, Rajasthan. the courier was sent on 14.12.2010, having a consignment no.[protected].

the parsel was packed perfectly and handed over to blazeflesh repersentative. On 18.12.2010, my uncle received a parsal which contains a sweater, which was not the one which i sent to him.the packing was disturbed and completely changed by someone. Even some one tore off the packing and take sweater out then replaced it with another one and put it in new packing, then wrote the receiver address and sender address on it.while the tracking details of website still showing that the consignment is in Hindun city.

I am really ashamed to use blazeflesh services for that parcel.I want them to apologize and pay me compensation for the offence they do.

This courier did not reach my residance and tracking shows nobody at my home to receive this and this is lying in your RTO Dabri.

After making calls at RTO dabri the phone continuosly busy, the person mr. vijay who took the courier from kalkaji is not responding.

My problum is that if this misplace i will be in very big trouble.

i am very upset with the blazeflash courier service. i just delivered a parcel which they firstly delivered it very late and now because of them i have lost a lot of money. now to get my money back i need their pod but they are not doing anything for that. i every day call them up but either they dont pick up or they are very disrespectful and ignorant and are not bothered to help. please help me sir i need that pod(proof of delivery) urgently or ill lose a lot of money.

I hav sent a courier from Bhopal to Navi Mumbai on 19-November-2010. but tilll date it is not delivered
to the consignee. I am not receiving any satifactory response from the courier servive. from both ends.

This is with regard to the couriers I shipped through blazeflash I used to ship a lot of couriers for official reasons these are parcels of samples to my customers initially the service of blazeflash was of topmost priority but later there were complaints of non-deliveries & on 4th Nov I shipped 9 couriers out of them somebody at blazeflash stolen all the couriers & replaced with rugged clothes & old shoes in the same box so I started recieving the complaints from customers attched are few pics sent by my customers also one person even opened in front of the courier guy & sent it back without accepting that courier is still with blazeflash. I mailed their head office to their heads like sachin aggarwal, sd aggarwal, neena (handling south india) a lot many times but they didn’t felt a pain of inquiring with the agency from where the couriers were shipped. The coruiers in total costed me approx. 3000 but they didn’t worked anything on it initially they accepted to provide a laim of 100 rs per courier so later they even stopped replying my mails & didn’t even called me up.
Also due to all this problem I had some 6 couriers undelivered which were RTO (return to origin) & I never received them as such
Kindly help me in this regard should I go to customer court my total loss is coming to around 5000 approx also he had taken the complete bill form me on 1st Nov only. My payment was swift but they then stolen the couriers

The Parcel has not been delivered to my daughter till date. I have made a number of calls to The Blaszeflsh Couriers and their counterpart at Jaipur but they are telling that they are still checking. My daughter has also personally visited your office at Jaipur. It is feared that the parcel has been wrongly delivered to someone else as it is understood that the parcel has reached to Jaipur but it has not been delivered to my daughter.

I have also send them a claim enclosing all the Cash Memos of the material sent by me through this courier but no reply has been received till date.

Kindly help in getting my claim.

From my previous employer some documents was couriered through Blaze Flash vide their POD no.[protected] dt.06.10.10. Till this time I have not received the document. When I checked with BlazeFlash Tracking system, I was shocked to know that the consignment was delivered on 09.10.10, but actually I have not received it.

When I called their customer cell, they simply said that the courier has been delivered and without providing details about where it was delivered. Even afer repeatedly calling to customer cell, they said that they need to check with the delivery boy and asked me to call them next day. On the next day also I got same reply.

When I called their senior person, then also I got irresponsible reply. Even after mail communication with their senior persons, nothing happen.

I really don't know where the document has gone. I have attached below the email correspondence I had with the Blazeflash personnnel.

If the consigment is received by me, then why should I write to you and ask about the consignment. I know that your system is showing delivered, but I dont' know where it is delivered by you people.

a parcel booked from Lucknow to katni wide docket no.[protected] on 07.10.10 but till date its not delivered.Whenwe gone to chase above docket they not taken interest to trace that parcel.

courier booked with blazeflash courier limited, parliament street new delhi on 14.9.2010 vide recipt no.[protected] to be delivered to Rahul Gautam, L-503, Cosmos, Maggarpatta, Hadpsar, (Pune) has not been delivered so far. The consignee has been contacting at their branch office pune but no response. Compliant has also been made with parliament office but no respons has been given by the blazeflash they are not aware about the courier.

I sent a courier from panckula to Fatwah, Patna on 9/9/2010 using BLAZEFLASH COURIER LIMITED. Today is 21/09/2010 and my courier has still not been delivered. When I am chasing the BLAZEFLESH for the same, they seems to be very irresponsive and careless. I have not got any clear response from them as yet. They are making lame excuses all the time. Please look into this matter urgently and penalize the said courier company.

I booked a courier package containing expansive rakhis for brother through Blazeflash courier agent located in Janakpuri District, on August 17th, 2010. Tracking number given to me was[protected]. This package was never got delivered to given address. I have had various verbal and written communication with Blazeflash Couriers but I was not given any reply and they have not delivered the package yet. This package had valuable rakhi's for my brother and it has monetary and emotional values for me. My brother could not get Rakhi on time due to efficiency of courier service but as they have not yet located the package makes me feel one of their employee deliberately kept the package as it had valuable items inside.

I want compensation for the value of material package had also a fine for non delivery of assured services for which I have paid service charges as well.

Original receipt of consignment booking and various email communication with courier service is with me which I can submit.

Response from Blazeflash Couriers (Lucknow) would be the worst experience I ever had.ASM- Mr Srivastav;BM-Mr Pradeep Tiwari.I strongly feel blazeflash courier company is not pay to their employees and hence they don't bother to work at all. Today is 10/09/2010 and my document no[protected] is missing since 18th Aug'10. Completely traceless.................. The Document and most important the employees.......They don't receive phone calls. If you manage to connect after half day's effort,They keep the call on hold if you have patience try it.The cell phones of senior officaial are unattended and if attended they have given FALSE PROMISE.Even the BM commits that ther delivery boy might have opened the packet and throw away the envelop and then the story continues.

However i shall put more information after taking this issue to consumer court.

DON'T EVER TRY BLAZEFLASH YOUR DOC IS AT RISK.

I have terrible experience with Blazeflash couriers. I have a packet which I couriered on 5th August from Gurgaon to Aurangabad, Maharashtra and it has been about a month and still it is undelivered. Worst thing is I cannot contact anyone. Noone in the customer care picks up the phone and noone replies to my email. I would suggest you to never use their service if you dont want to go through such mental agony.

I had sent a box containing some toys and some clothes to bhuj, gujarat. the parcel was booked at m/s. ganapati stationery corner, prahladpur, new delhi on 18.08.2010 vide awb no.[protected] of Blazeflash Couriers.
the parcel reached to the consignee on 24.08.10. but, to his surprise, when he opened the box, it contained clothes only and the toys were stolen. when he examined the box properly, the box looked like repacked. I tried to enquire about the same with the courier company but they are not at all responding. i tried to call at their customer care centre at jhandewalan. but no response. all the phonelines are either busy or no response. i mailed to their top officials, but they did not even acknowledged. now let me know what can be done in this matter?
