Blazeflash Courier — Courier did not reach to the destination and courier company is not giving reslonse

I had sent a courier vai balzeflash on 26/11/2007 Docket number:[protected] at the address:-

Sikkim Manipal University DE,
Syndicate House , 1st Flt,
manipal 576104, karnataka

The courier was taking a DD of Rs.300 and my attested certificates. But it has not reached destination yet and courier authorities are also not giving any response of my call and talking vary rudly over phone.

Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — not receiving courier yet

My name is Rishi sankhla...I am living in khanpur south delhi...i couriered some of my study document on 27/4 by blaze flash khanpur office for beawer Rajasthan...but yet this courier has not been delivered...when i called at the office they said we don't know...or may be it had been delivered...when i went to the office they said that we had send the courier to our agent at beawer...I called there and he said i have no pending courier with me...when i called again to the office they asked me not to call before 11.30...now whenever i called they gave me new number and asked to call...but yet there is no track of my courier ..., .please suggest me what i can do now...

i have parcel a giftf to my sister on the occassion of Rakhi but it did not reached yet.
and i have also allready make complained about this to that man from where i dispatched the gift but thy are not not taking any response and just taking it as casual.
sir i am a student and this gift is more precious because i have not enough money to buy another one so here i request to you to do correct and strict action on my case

I am an emplyee of TATA MOTORS, Lucknow. I really disappointed with the service of Blazeflash Currier.
I was using Blazeflash Currier for the first time.
I have sent Con No[protected] on 24the March 09 from Lucknow to Siliguri, West Bengal.
Today is 28th and till now.My consignment has not reached at it's destination at Siliguri, WB.
I do confirm, I will not send any further from you concern and suggest other to do so in my COmpany

Blazeflash — COURIER DELAY

A document sent on the 27th of Dec. 2012 from Delhi to Kochi has still not reached its destination, till date.
There is a very casual approach to my repeated enquiries.

i am saroj kumar thakur make a courier through blazeflash courier on the date 2-07-08 to symbiosis centre pune. till the date of[protected]:30pm still courier is not delivered. i am asking that courier person and company as well as, what is my courier status but till now i am getting any satisfactory answer. i am quyring him to give my POD. then he is not able to giving atleast proper response. i already make few complaints not a single responce is given. in that courier i post my exam form and DD amount of Rs.750 .now what should i do .

I BOOKED A COURIER WITH CONSIGNMENT NO[protected] ON 07-04-10 FROM LUCKNOW TO KOLKATA.
IT REACHED KOLKATA ON 08-04-10 AS PER COMPANY'S WEBSITE AFTERWHICH IT WAS NOT TRACEABLE TILL I CALLED UP SEVERAL TIMES AT COMPANIES CUSTOMER CARE AND CONTACTED THE LOCAL OFFICE. AFTER A LONG WAIT IT REACHED ME ON 16-04-10. AGAIN AFTER ASKING THE DELIVERY BOY WHY IT WAS SO LATE HE SAID THAT HE WAS DOING A FAVOUR ON ME BRINGING IT 4 DAYS EARLIER.

i booked a courier on 16th of august .
it is 23rd of august and yet courier is not delivered

This Courier company is third class company in courier industry.I have courierd one packet from delhi to delhi(Yamuna Vihar To Nangloi) on 11/06/2011, But today is 17/06/2011 and packet is not delivered till time. Packet contains some legal documents.

Blazeflash is a horrible company. They do not have any system gor transport / delivery of consignment. They misplace the consignments quite often. When you will call their published numbers, no one will have any clue of the packages.

in your own interest, stay away from sending consignments thru Blazeflash!@!

I have booked a courier from ludhiana on dated 16.08.10 vide receipt no[protected] t6o kamla nagar delhi -7 but till date courier not delivered to the destination.In that courier some document is very urgent. I have to much request to your ludhiana office but no body is listening our request. Due to late u will be responsible for penalty. Courier — Document not delivered since 7 days

I had sent a important document to Pune by Professional Couriers from Nasik on 11th Nov.2008 No.2371345 and to my shock it was not delivered even after 4 days. I had mentioned the cell number of the Pune company person and even my cell number on the back of the envelop. So I called the Nasik Customer care. They promised to check up and inform, but since no call came I called the next day, again but the same reply, they did not give any complain number. Again when I called on 18th Nov the CC said it will be delivered today at 5 pm. But it was not delivered So infuriated on 19th Nov I called Mumbai Cust Care but they insisted I talk to Nasik Cust Care, which I was doing for more than 4 days. Finally I got number of their Head office and was promised of delivery by one Mr.Epan Tel No 40258203. As I was not sure of any progress I contacted Pune office and talked to one Mr.Marian Tel No.66012660 who said that their person has gone to deliver. But this delivery boy called the company after 5 pm and said that it will take more than 1 hour for him to deliver the document. Now which office will keep their staff after their closing time just for courier. When questioned why he has not delivered for so many days he started giving fake excuses like office was closed. This clearly shows the pathetic management and totally unprofessional Couriers. This courier is totally at the mercy of the delivery boy who can dare to ask the customer to wait at his convenience. While talking to Mr.Epan he said that this Pune office does not reply when called. So its clear Prof. Couriers has no Head, I mean head office and are at the total mercy of their BIG BOSS the DELIVERY BOY. Now Mr.Marian of Pune office has promised to deliver tomoro on 20th Nov by 10.30 am. I have no hopes.
Now I am preparing for a legal battle to recover the loss this Courier company has caused to me by unnecessary delay of more than 8 days in delivering an very important doc. I have enough proofs for showing direct loss from delay of more than Rs.1.23 Lakhs.

Blazeflash Couriers — Non Receipt of Courier.

Enclosed is the zist of complain made to Blaze Flash Courier of non receipt of Rakhi.
Dear Sir
I have booked a rakhi consignment through Blazeflash Courier through one of your franchisee-Capital Courier & Cargo in Kaushambhi, Ghaziabad on 31st July, 2009 for Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.The consignment number of the document was[protected] and it was promised by the agent that the consignment will be delivered on or before 4th August, 2009.
I preferred your courier over speed post & other courier companies as I have heard a very high about your services & prmpt delivery as per given schedules but in vain.
The Rakhi has still not been delivered at the given address in Kanpur. On enquiring through Capital Cargo; he gave me the numbers of your customer care center all of which are continously engaged. Using Consignment tracking through your website is also not delivering any result. Also the mobile of your Vaishali branch incharge-Mr.Sachin Saxena is not reachable.
Now delivering rakhis, once the festival is over is just like receiving rainfall once the harvesting season is over. Therefore apart from sending back the undelivered rakhis at my given address, I also want to seek suitable compensation for the mental agony and pain, I have received.

Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — Non receipt of courier

I booked a courier with Blazeflash couriers LTD on 14/03/10 under C No.[protected] to Jammu (J&K).
But till 18/03/10 (2200Hrs) it has no been delivered. This shows the company is in.shoddy state of affiars.
The management is poor & they dont bother about the customers.I would add here this not the first time it has happened with me.
I request all other people not use this service in future.

The employees are not even responding properly. They doesn't even pick up the phone and most of the times the phone lines are either busy or switched off or not reachable.
