Dear Sir,

I have booked a parcel through consignment No. *[protected] on 22.08.2011, sorry but to say that the above consignment still not delivered to the beneficiery i.e. Smt. Ruchi Gupta, C-1, Jal Nigam Colony, Seema Dwar, Indra Nagar, Dehradun (Uttarakhand); inspite of so many request to Booking Office, Main Office at Metro-Meerut, as well as Dehradun Office through Telephonic Talks & personal request from 10.09.2011. No responce has been taken till today.

Kindly arrange to deliver the parcel/consignment as early as possible to the destination i.e. at Dehradun or return to me at my address given as sender's address immediately alongwith the charges charged from me at the time of booking due to so delayed; otherwise refund my consignment's cost worth Rs.600/- plus courier charges & my in-convenieous loss.

I, hope you will take immediate action in the matter & oblige me.

I sent the courier consignment no.[protected]; Dt.08/09/2011 from controlling office RANCHI. So far the courier is not delivered to Shri Rajan Tiwari, Address- Qr. No. 1B, Street No. 12, Sector 10, BHILAI- 490001. My address is SN Dixit, E-72, Sector -2, HEC Colony, Dhurwa, Ranchi- 834004. The documents are very urgent to be delivered but so far the courier has not been delivered. Yesterday I had contacted Blazeflash Bhilai office by informing them the complaint no. -383. They informed after contacting Two times that in the evening it will be delivered but up to 1130 Hrs it was not delivered.

1. Consignment no.[protected] booked from delhi on 27 Aug 11,reaches Hyd on 29 Aug 11.The consignment is returned to Dehi on 30 Aug 11 to ,without informing me stating No Service. W hen the same is enquired fm 2nd Chief in The Office Mr. Venkatesh at HYDERABAD-I (R.O.),([protected] )who initially refused to attend the call for two days due holidays &then on the third day he says as it was no service area we do not enquire from the customer nor in any way we are responsible for it. At presently I'm unaware of my courier as delhi mobiles of blazeflash are switched off.([protected],[protected]).

2. Just to put on records, before the courier was booked at Delhi it was specifically inquired whether the service would be provided at Air Force Academy, Dundigul ,Hyderabad and the reply was affirmative so the delivery was to be done. I would like my courier to be located and delivered with due apology for the poor service and a pathetic response before i take a legal recourse.

I was supposed to recieve a courier on 12th august bearing invoice no #[protected]. It was sent from Frazer road , Patna by my father. It envelopes a counter invoice of a parcel sent by indian railways, showing which only I can recieve my parcel. The delay would levy a late fee at very high rate . When I am trying to reach out the concerned office they switch off their number after one conversation and no one is giving me a affirmative answer. Request to guide me with required action

I would like to warn everyone about sending courier through blazeflash, if you want to get deliver it within 2-3 days. Last year, my sister sent rakhi and it took 5

days for the delivery and that also, they delivered at 7 in . I was angry and refused the courier and the courier gone missing. Later my sister told she sent cash in

the courier to purhcase sweets. I written email to SH. S.D. AGGARWAL, Chairman-cum-Managing Director and SH. SACHIN AGGARWAL, Executive Director. I got one response

frm Mr. Saching agrawal and than later was handled by Leena. She even was not able to understand the issue as seems to be weak in english. Now the courier was returned

back to my sister nor it was delievered to me.

This year I asked sister to use DTDC and within 3 days, I got the rakhi. I just realized, I should warn others so that, they should face the same inconveniance as I

faced. Rakhi is emotional festival and the Blazeflash people fail to understand this.

Just to save some bucks, do not take risk of Blazeflash else you will regret it for life.

Ihave booked an importent document to Kishanganj through courier services with Blazeflash Couriers Limited on dated[protected], and till now it is not delivered., which is very losses to me. When contacting the employee of Blazeflash Courier , they abused and do not give perfect answer to me.

My cons. was booked on 22 july from Ahmedabad dockt no[protected] & was not delevered till 26 july evening. I had to go to two offices of Blazflash, which r about 15 KM far from my office & cons. was lying at local franchisee at govind ngr kanpur & he was not ready to deliver it & misbeved also. As cons. contained urgent life saving drugs so i got great troubles because of this courier. They charged Rs. 315 for 2 kg which is again too high.

Booked on 23rd of June 2011.... but not delivered till 15th July..2011.. When I Contacted the Bangalore office about this their reply showed some irresponsibility,,,now they are saying that the address was Incomplete.... the courier service is very bad ... and delivery boys are lazy.....

A courier containing a cheque was posted from Jammu on 26-04-11, which has not yet been delivered. The details are as under :-

I sent a parcel on 22nd of this month from delhi which reached chennai on the 24 of june. But it has not reached the destination as yet.When contacted at the chennai office I spoke to Mr. Lakshman at [protected] who refused to attend my calls and give me the exact details. So i was hurt with this kind of irresponsible behaviour and i would take legal action incase i find the parcel delayed or hampered. a courier was sent from Darbhanga in Bihar containing my certificate which was necessary for filling the m.a economics form for D.U. Though i stay at the address mentioned but it was not delivered sating the reason that recipient has shifted, this is totally frustrating. now it was returned to darbhanga but it was not delivered to where it was sent form. so the case is the courier dated 03.06.2011 was neither delivered nor returned to the original place even till 12.06.2011 as a result i missed to fill the admission form. i called the staffs of Delhi as well as darbhang but they kept making lame excuses. now i lost my chances for admission in D.U.
i request the necessary officer to please take the action against such carelessness on part of the Blazeflash courrier ltd. i am also ataching the copy of receipt.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Father in Law had sent one courier from Kishganj(Bihar) by " Blazeflash Couriers Ltd." on 06/06/2011. On the the address "To, Chandrima Goswamy, HSBC Bank, Maradia Plaza, C G Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat". The Courier company given the assurence that they will deliver the cosignment till 10/06/2011. But the cosignment neither received nor return bakc to sender. After my further enquiry they are not responding at all.

I have been calling/writing emails since June 10th continuously for 2-3 times every day but have not got any satisfactory response.

I have written to their entire top management and service desks at Ahmedabad & Patna at following email IDs :

I want to bring your notice the problem ,I am facing becoz of your courier service.
On 26 May,2011, i have sent a courier from MEERUT TO MUMBAI VIA Shipment No.[protected]. But till now i didnt get any courier to my Mumbai Address.
When i asked the person to whom i have given my courier, Mr. SHASHANK, CONTACTNO- [protected] to know the staus of my courier, he lodged a compliant at Regional Office , Meerut on 3 JUNE,2011 via Compliant no-24.
but still my problem is not solved.

After that again when i contact MR. SHASHANK for the compliant status, he gave me REGIONAL HEAD, MEERUT, MR RAJ KUMAR"S CONTACT NO- [protected].
and when i called him, he filed a compliant to Mumbai center via compliant no= 335, dated 03/06/11
.but there is no response from their side till now, when i called him, , they are just making fool by saying dnt worry, your problem wl be resolved soon.
Sir,
In that courier my very important documents were there, i need them on very urgent basis.;if i didnt get it on time, who will be responsible for this.
i had tried to track my courier online also , but there also it is showing that courier is in Mumbai only.this is too much hectic and disappointing service for me from your courier company.
So i just want to ask you how many more days it will take to deliver my courier to my address. I told you earlier also that courier is very important for me.
So i request you to please consider my problem on priority basis, so that i can get my courier on time, as it is already too late.
I think this should discuss with concerns on high priority.

our courier No.[protected] dated 17.05.2011 from Delhi to Ahmedabad has been delievered to the concerned party ON 06.06.2011. and the online status of consignment No[protected] is showing that the the courier is out for delievery on 21.05.2011 and the persons in Blazeflash Ahmedabad branch are taking no responiblity or accountabiltiy for this blunder..is a matter of great concern that company representatives are not redressing our complaint due to which we are suffering heavy losses daily.

Would like to address this mail to the chairman and other directors of the company.

Today I am highly disappointed to even mention in this mail that we are availing your company services from past 4 + years. Inspite of regular complaints about your delays in delivery and your unprofessional approach towards your courier business, we were giving you business and were sending our regular couriers through your company.

But today what you people have done is beyond my imagination, I could never thought of this that you guys can even stole precious goods and articles of the customers.

First time in last almost 4 years, I have sent a watch from Delhi to Ahmednagar worth Rs. 6495/- of Tommy Hilfiger through your courier, docd number:[protected]. We have declared the same to your courier collection agent and also given the photocopy of watch purchase bill to him.

Today after almost 7 days, when courier is delivered to the addressed person in Ahmednagar, she found that the watch was missing from the pack. we immediately called the agency who has delivered the courier, [some wearied Gandhi Courier agency, who is your local associate in Ahmednagar].

When we had a conversation with this person regarding the missing watch, his statement was:

“we got this pack from Blazeflash for delivery, we are just a delivery agent of them, and infact they do not pay us good delivery rates, payouts are so less that even we don’t give them any guarantee of delivery, this is not a new thing for them, every day they find customers complaining about stolen or missing articles. And even if we do this no one can prove it, it passes from so many channels that even many time people have done police complaints about us and even police was not able to do anything against them. Go and talk to the agency you have given the courier, but we can assure you that nobody can get you your watch back.”

And finally we have sent a representative to their office to inquire about the missing watch, the owner of the agency refused to even accept that his “Gandhi Agency” has even delivered the courier. We told him that we are going to lodge an FIR against them and Courier company. He said that we can go ahead and do whatever we can, even lodge an FIR.

His attitude clearly shows that your company is run by Thieves and you guys are professionals in stealing the articles and goods of the customers who avail your services to send their goods and articles through your company.

Will still like to suggest you to return our watch and admit your mistake in this matter.

On 3rd May. We sent 1 courier from Mohali to Shimla (Khalini) via receipt no.[protected] to Mr. I K Mista, Khalini Shimla through Blazeflash courier and was expected to reach on 5th May but till 26th May it was lying with Blazeflash courier in Khalini (Shimla) office we contacted to them and on 26th they confirmed that the destination is coming under no service area but the destination was just 15 minutes far from Blazeflash courier office.

Now I just want to say this courier should be deliver on time as the main receiver was waiting for this courier because their some urgent thing in that courier but on due to delay in delivery the person cannot get the documents on time and now the person has left this world. He expired before receiving this courier.
Now any one of you tell me what our fault was and which type of service Blazeflash is giving. If the area was under no service area then they should intimate us before and after receiving the courier Blazeflash should inform to customer so that they can collect it themselves on time.

But on 24th, 25th & 26th when we contacted to them then they are telling to us to collect it from their office. And on 27th May we our self went to collect that courier. Then why we are paying the courier charges if customer will not receive their courier on time and why to send any courier through Blazeflash if they are trustable.

Because of this delay we people are suffering and now I want to take strict action towards them.

Please help me and let me know what can I do.
