Blazeflash Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Sir, Head office of AVIVA insurance company at Mumbai sent my insurance policy through Blazeflash courier Bill no[protected] but I did not recieve till date . I informed to Aviva insurance company that still I did not recieve the policy they replied make indemnity bond on Rs 100 and plus Rs250 for issuing duplicate policy.
One thing I did not recieve policy so why should I submit that I lost policy. And is not this duty of the company to deliver the policy to me? What action I take against whom? Blazeflash or Aviva.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that i have send a courier through BALZEFLASH COURIER LIMITED on date 25/03/2011 form Pinjore office (S. No. 81/A, Shiva complex, pinjore, HR Mob. [protected]) to Nowgong, Dist. -Chhatarpur (MP) Pin. 471201, whit docket No.[protected], but till date courier not received on mentioned add.
Packet of courier contains two Microbiology book which was sending to Mr. vivek mahajan (chatrasal market nowgong) for a student Mr. anjul Pateriya which is appearing in MSc exam. from 28/03/2011.
but till date book not received by Mr. Vivek Mahajan
so mr. Anjul not prepare for his exam. and not perform well in his exam.
when i was sending courier i have told to courier operator that the courier contain books which is sending to a student, he will aper in MSc exam.form date 28/03/2011. so he insure me that courier will deliver up to 27/03/2011. but consignment not deliver, when i ask him, he replied that the consignment definitely deliver on next day. when i ask next day he said that i have send your consignment so my duty is over and your consignment not received on your add. this is not my responsibility and you ask to Mr. vinod he a regional manager of company and looking north region in india. when i call to Mr. vinod he did not give satisfactory answer.
again i ask for my courier to courier operator, he told me that your consignment is misplaced and i m asking to company give me five day time when i asked after five day he did not give any satisfactory answer about the condition and tell there is problem in that area so we call back your courier and it will reach on 12/04/2011. but till date i have not received my courier back also he did not give any answer about the condition and my friend (Anjul) also in tension due to his poor performance in MSc. exam.

i sent a letter with a cheque for the renewal of my subscription to manorama tell me why magazine by blazeflash courier from aligarh, u.p. to kottayam, kerala on[protected]. the web tracking told me that the letter reached kottayam on the 29th of march but has not been delivered. i have also not received any word from the magazine people that they have received my renewal cheque. i want to know the what the delay is in the delivery of my letter.

This is the complaint againt the agency or the franchisee Booth No.
285, PH-7, Mohali, he comfirmed me for that the courier booked on 14th
April 2011 will be dispatched today apart from the off today, will
dispatch the document from Chandigarh , apart from assuring the
dispatch i booked the document as it was very urgent to be deliverd to
day i.e on 15th April 2011, further the couried has still not been
dispatched till today due to wich i had a very urgent sample againt my

Dear Sir,
I have send a courier to Hyderabad on 15th Oct 2010 but it was not delivered till date. I have so many follow up with the courier co but nobody bothers.
Courier docket no was[protected].
I asked courier co about the delivery of packet they have given me the courier receipt but when I confirmed from consignee (KARVY COMPUTERS, HYDERABAD) they confirmed that they have not received any docs till date.
I have also attached the scanned image of courier delivery which was received from courier co. As this is my very important consignment.
Request you to please take the matter to courier senior management so that the packet would be traceable.

My friend booked some medicine via blaze flash courier Lakhnow (U.P.) to Raigarh (C.G.) on Do.No.[protected] date 29/03/2011. Any of their representatives are unable to track this courier.
More than 10 days have passed and there is no news of the my courier packet.

That packet contains very urgent original papers of provident fund. I’ve spent more than 6 months to prepare and get those paper verified by local court, banker as well as class ‘A’ govt. officers.

I keep on calling blazeflash office and to the consignee to confirm the delivery of the courier.

I also sent emails to blazeflash, they asked for the consignee’s address and mobile no., which I’ve provided.

Till than there is no response.

I sent a COURIER on February 07, 2011 from Gurgaon to Bangalore. I could not track the courier between February 08, 2011 and February 10, 2011. However, the Courier was delivered in Bangalore on February 10, 2011 with one of the contents of the packet missing. The packaging of the packet was tampered with (it originally had brown tapes, which were removed and replaced with some other tapes). I had included an expensive gift (a Hidesign wallet) for the recipient. I do not understand what kind of a courier service is this which can't even assure that at least the contents of a parcel would reach safely! I do not think I will ever use this service again. I would suggest others to refrain from using Blazeflash couriers too. The service is not really worth. I lost the contents of my packet and they loose a customer forever.

On 4/2/2011 I have send my parcel through Blazeflash Couriers Ltd. to Jammu City through , K.V. Enterprises, Pandav Nagar, Nehru Complex, Delhi-Ph.[protected],43107870 against POD NO.[protected] but till 10th of Feb'11 has not been delivered to the location & whenever i have contacted the Blazeflash courier Ltd. Outlet K.V. Enterprises, Nehru Comple, Pandav Nagar, Delhi every time they have not responded properly. Secondly the Blazeflash co.'s no. given on the slip all are also disconnected, the no. may be local of there Regd. Office. Above all there is no one to whom I have to contact to get the whereabouts of my parcel. Yesterday also I have locked a complaint on the co. site but still nothing happened.
Secondly the charges which the co. has given on there site is also Rs.25 per KG & my parcel was 2.5 kg.. only but still they charged Rs.200 from me. I am totally harassed. If there is any one who can get the things sorted out & get the refund my extra money which the company had charged from me.

My father had booked a parcel on 4th of January, with Blaze Flash and their on line tracking system showed that it was delivered to me on 14th. However after repeated calls and persistence it was delivered on 18th of january.

As I was in my class, it was received by the security guard of my hostel in IIT Kanpur. When I opened it, some costly items were missing. When I contacted the delivery person, Amit ([protected]) he was arrogant and rude. Further, he asked me to collect the missing items next day and disconnected.


Please look into the matter and take necessary action.
