BLAZEFLASH COURIERS IS A FRAUD COURIER COMPANY RUN BY THIEVES AND .
THEY HAVE STOLEN MY DOCUMENTS AND GOODS AND NOW NOT EVEN REPLYING BACK.
OVER 20 DAYS ALREADY AND NO SIGN OF MY ITEMS.
THESE ASSES DON'T EVEN WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND JUST PLAYING
DIRTY GAMES OF EXCUSES.

On 4th April 2012 I booked a parcel containing a set of 5 books for LAAL KUAAN Gaziabad. Complete details alongwith Mobile Numbers of both the consignor and Consignee were given on the PARCEL. The orcompany was also contacted regularly by me as well as consignee. Firstly the response was that the area was not in Gaziabad.I checked from Net and told that the area is on the crossroad of NH-24 Byepass and NH-91 and in Gaziabad. Then Mr .Naveen owner of Company assured me to get the PARCEL delivered. But it was not delivered and Mr. Shivansh consignor also attended the office of Company in his own area and also on Meerut Road. But of no use. The company has not even taken pain to make a call either to me or the consignor. I am preparing to file a case in consumer court Rohtak. God may help me and also the Presiding Officer of Consumer Court. May God also provide good mental health to the owners of Company.

Blazeflash Courier- One of the careless/ most unprofessional courier services.
I was expecting an important document which was couriered from Delhi on 13th April'12 (Track ID:[protected]. It has reached at Mumbai at local center at Kandivali on 14th April'12 (on the very next day). 15th is Sunday. When i didnt received the courier till 17th morning, i tracked the courier and found it is at local area only. I called up (Tel No:[protected] the local center (Kandivali) where the courier has reached on 14th afternoon. They said courier can not be delivered on that day (17th). I made request to dispatch the document on the same day-saying the importance of the document. They agreed to send someone also handedover the phone one of the delivery boy who asked for the address (road map) of delivery point. But on not receiving the document on that day i called up to the same center on next day 18th April'12. They said on the same day (on 18th ) they forwarded the document to our Mira Road agent. I just shouted on them for such unnecessary delay though they were made aware off about the importance. I got the local Mira Road agent contact no, and called them on the no: [protected], they said we have received the document but we will deliver it to you tomorrow. I said already we are waiting for it for last 3-4 days. They didn't delivered on 18th. They delivered the document on 19th afternoon.Now it s no meaning of delivering to us, I really lost the deal of Rs.12,000/- only because of their most unprofessional approach. They should be kicked out from this type of business. Which document takes 1 day (even same day) to move anywhere in the city or even intercity, they took 3 days to dispatch. BlazeFlash persons in haridwar are not able to locate the package agaist Way bill number[protected].

1)On[protected]:30 PM: I called on numbers [protected]/[protected]. No response after calling at least 5 times.
2)On[protected]:30 PM I called [protected]. They said that your address comes in sector 5A BHEL Haridwar and gave me the cell number of Mr.Manoj ([protected]) who is delivery boy of this area. I called Mr.Manoj and he said that he does not have this packgae with him and told me that it is with Mr Baldev([protected]) who is delivery man of Shivalik Nagar.
3) on[protected]:00 AM : I called Mr Baldev and he said that this package Is not with him and asked to call me the number[protected] for exact location of package.
4)On[protected]:45 PM: I called [protected] (Blazeflash Delhi). There they gave me the number of Mr Chauhan ([protected]) in haridwar.
5)On[protected]:00 PM: I called on Mr Chauhan's Number and asked him about my package and told and explained him the whole case. He assured me that it will be delivered shortly and gave me number of Mr.Sunil ([protected]) Haridwar and said he will call you when he will find it.
6)I waited till 12:30 PM on[protected] but no call came. I finally call Mr Sunil and asked about me package. He said it is still untraceable. I asked him to declare that the package is lost in transit. But he refused to do so and told that it is not lost but actually it is untraceable.

Special Charges to Courier Company for Delivery the Docs in 24 Hrs . But Till Date the Doccuments is Not Delivered . We did Many followup at
Top management and Mail given to [protected]@blazeflash.com .Due to non Delivery of Courier we Suffer huge loss of Amt 50000/- Till Date .

So Kindly I request to Take this issue Seriously and Give Judgement .

An Important courier having docket no:[protected] was sent me to DELHI on 7/03/2012 via BLAZEFLASH COURIER SERVICES from MUMBAI,with the assurance that it would reach maximumly by 10/03/2012.Now its 13/03/2012,till now i din't recieved it.In the tracking service it is showing that it has been forwarded,but after contacting to the customer care,they don't have any relevant information whether they are having it or not.It is the worst experience that won't let me rely on this careless courier service.It is therefore my humble request to let me know the status of my courier as soon as you can.

It has been dispatched on 21st Feb from Sitamarhi, Bihar to reach at Bangalore and today it's 1st March. But, still I didn't receive it. While submitting their office representative told that it will reach within 5 days. When I tracked the consignment online, it seems it reached at Patna on 22nd but it has been dispatched from there on 25th Feb. After that, it reached at Bangalore on 27th and today it's 1st March but still I didn't receive it.

DONOT USE THIS BLAZEFLASH AT ANY COST, rather use SPEED POST or OTHER COURIER SERVICES.

i dispatched a courier of worth rupees 1000 from laxmi nagar delhi to banglore (consignment number[protected] on date31 jan 2012 , which is still not delivered (28/02/2012) to the address and even i dont know where's my order, many times i visited to the courier centre to track my order but they respond badly and did not give any information to me regarding my courier after that i wrote so many mails in this context to blaze flash courier service of delhi as well as banglore , but i did not receive any reply from them. Please do the needful.

Tracking at your internet site says: Out for delivery from 06/06/2012, which is not yet delivered at the location.

I have tried my level best to contact all your contact numbers and track the consignment, but nobody is helping out what has happened to the consignment. All the numbers are either wrong or not picking up.

I request you kindly help and deliver my consignment ASAP.

Vide Docket number 22273276 dated 11.1.2012, from Mumbai, I had sent some important documents to South Indian Bank, Chelakara. On tracking the delivery details, it has been shown that it has reached Thrissur, but delivery has not been done to the Bank. I have already paid the delivery charges at Mumbai, but the delivery of documents has not been done till day.

The possibility of misusing the documents by unscrupulous elements, cannot be ruled out. These documents can be misused. The phone numbers mentioned in their website does not give any proper reply and e mail sent to [protected]@blazeflash.com, does also reply.

I sent a consignment via Blazeflash Couriers on 29/12/2011 from Jagadhri (Haryana) to Pune. The problem is that the consignment has not been delivered yet (12/01/2012). This is the complaint for the courier service provider company 'Blaze Flash Courier service Ltd'.I drop a parcel here at Delhi for Indore and they told that the parcel will reach with in 3-4 days but after 10 days gone they haven't deliver the parcel at the destination. I am following the off shore delivery person from last 7 to 8 days but they are not even picking and responding the calls. If we contact direct to the branch office they never respond our query or calls as there phones are always busy.They are making the people fool by telling them they deliver the parcel through flight. Its not only the charges but also the comitment they made while taking the order. I want there should be strick and hard action for the company so that there will not be this type of miss-behaviour and they will provide the committed services to the consumers.

I couriered my car keys from jaipur to banglaore with blazeflash courier no :[protected], its not yet delivered and these people have lost my courier and not not picking my calls and even if they pick they are not welcoming my queries , simply saying "sir hota hai" we cannot help.
