I sent a tv with blu dart courier on may 2nd to hyderabad vulcanqc vulcan express pvt ltd door no 3-3/4 survey no 195 198 village kandlakoya mandal medchal district rangareddy hyderabad 501401when i check the tracking number there show they received the package but when i ask to him he don't received any package please can you send me proof who received the package details as soon as possible. Thank you.

We have been expecting a courier, which the customer care is not confirming any possible date of delivery, even after multiple call attempts. Every call, customer care person says it will be delivered "tomorrow" & status is as "unlocatable"

The bill has 2 phone numbers, one mobile & one landline & we havent received any calls. Please do the needful.

Today we have received on our 17, prakurti bunglows, sector-f, sterling city, bopal, ahmedabad. Our courier was caring very important documents form bank i. E letter of credit, your courier boy has not given us and the reason for not giving is we were not having cheque we insisted him that we will pay you cash but he denied to do so, this thing is not at all fare it was very urgent document. As our office register address is of our directors residence having cheque book over there is not possible. So request you to kindly look in to this matter seriously.

I have applied for pan card one month before. I got only one massage regarding to delivery by blue dart till 24/2/2018. But my courier is not delivered yet. Neither the delivery boy contact me nor he delivered my courier, please take a serious action regarding to my courier.

11th march i have received message from SBI for my card sent through Blue Dart with Ref No.EV[protected]. Than yesterday(13.03.18), i have check the status online its shows "Out for delivery" but i can't received. Today(14.03.18) I have check the same it shows "Unable to identify the location". But please today morning my colleague received his courier from Blue Dart. But your people not deliver my package. Than i called to your customer care they have told today afternoon before 3PM you will received the courier like that. Still i didn't received the same. i get delivery person contact no from your one of courier office in dindigul, he also not pick a call.
Hence, i request you to kindly arrange the deliver the same by tomorrow without fail.

a few days before i ordered a card through paytm, this morning one gentleman called me using the contact number-[protected], and asked for my address confirmation, however i understand that my address was slightly wrong, but after the correction, i am trying to contact the helpline number and also the same person who called me but none of them are responding, i am going to lodge an FIR on harrassment by both. atleast they should pickup the call. This is a very unprofessional behaviour.

please rectify this issue or else i will have to move to police.

This complaint is regarding the Vanasthalipuram Blue dart store at Hyderabad.

All staff are rude, unhelpful and by far laziest of them all.

They make lame exuses and did not deliver the products on time, even the manager the not on time and by far worst service provider for an international Brand as yours.

I want immediate and necessary action to be taken against the Concerned person.

BlueDart message says product delivered and received at the address, however, this is incorrect. It says product recieved in the name of SELF. I have not received the product. It says the item was delivered at the address at 12 pm today. I was at home. No customer care phone numbers are responding.

I purchased a product from www.coolwinks.com website on 7th March 2017, which I didn't received yet. And they are telling me to contact BlueDart courier service. As I contacted BlueDart courier service company about my product they were having, said you didn't answered deleivery boy on call.
But actually I didn't received call from any saying about my product.
Since last 5 days BlueDart is saying we will give your product tomorrow.

I had a call from +[protected]at 12.33pm. I called back after 20 minutes (As i was not in a position to attend the phone when the call came) the caller identified as from "blue dart". I told him that my office is near medical college. He replied that his service does not cater medical college area. When i asked him from where the courier has come, he cut the phone. I tried 7 times his number. The number was ringing but the person did not answer, i am expecting 2 couriers - one from amazon - a computer system and one from hsbc (Reward point coupons) i have a feeling the guy purposefully did not answer my calls knowing the value of the stuff. I am yet to receive any calls.

I've placed an order on 9th march 2018 when the delivery was to be done between 2-4 working days.
The delivery boy said that he will revert me a call back after delivering someone's stuffs but there was no call till the working period and also he didn't answer to his call back when i've called him.

I have ordered an earphone from headphone zone. And i have paid via internet banking. The delivery status is received but i haven't received my delivery still and i gave them two phone numbers.. They dint even make a single call. And when i called bluedart ulsoor branch.. They dint even pick my call. I want my delivery by today and u want u to take severe action on those branch guys...

I have orderd from dentalkart, courier boy behaviour was unacceptable, he doesnt have sense to speak to doctors, dosent have even respect to other people, always in hurry and he dint even think of to return money form change..i had to ask him twice to return my change money, simply expalined he dint have change...later he started arguing to do complaint regarding to higher side, so request you take immidiate action against him...otherwise i do have to extend to you people on twitter

Recently i had a shipment through your courier service. And i was very dissatisfied and disappointed at your service. Firstly the person informing me through call asked me to go to the office as they have no delivery person available. I went received my product. Then later the same day they call me saying i have a different product that i need to pick up myself. And when i query them why can't they had informed me the first time. They started arguing telling me that's not how they do their work and stuff. And the argument went on. They said they would do nothing about the delivery if i wanted my product i would have to pick it on my own.
Well one thing is sure i[censored] don't do anything you're gonna lose a customer

My bluedart tracking number is [protected] but due to some landmark and incomplete address the delivery didn't deliver my credit card at my shipping address until i updated my contact number on the credit card therefore i visited to blue dart office noida sector 63 but the person was available at counter he didn't give the credit card he said that he will deliver credit card at my office address b/148 sector 10 noida 201301 but till now i did not receive my parcel so please deliver my credit card at my office address
