Actually my credit card was dispatched on 22/03/2018, and when i'm tracking my consignment it's showing address is incorrect. How it can possible because my registerd address is same and my mobile number is [protected] with out any call or visit how they say it's incorrect of my address 44-6, hanuman nagar moulali, 500040. Consignment no [protected].

Respected sir i was suppose to get a very important document in my residential address through blue dart and as the standardised system they should call me before reaching my address or maybe after reaching but they did not call me or ask me my adress infact they went to the wrong address and returned the parcel back to blue dart saying that the address dint match how can be they so irresponsible now i shall never suggest anyone to use blue dart courier my waybill number is [protected]

Credit card was dispatched on 19th march 2018 and i did not receive till yet.
I am unhappy inform to you that blue dart delivery person did not tried to reach me at my contact numbers and i did not receive any call or miss call till this complaint, so how they can say, have been tried reaching to me.
I have also touch with your customer care but that service really horrible. All customer care executive are totally duffer. They don't know how to guide anyone. They have unethical behavior and they are so illiterate. They was arguing that delivery boys called and you have spoke. Very bad and horrible services of blue dart. I am available on address and call both so what showing on blue dart portal tracking system. Please stop this service all over india.

I have received a welcome kit from kotak securities with awb no.[protected]. My address 8/101, shivalik, kalindi mid town, byepass road, devguradiya, indore 452016.
It was scheduled to be delivered yesterday. No one turned up but it was updated in your tracking system that it was not delivered as the door was locked.in fact we were at home and no one came. Again today we waited for the delivery to happen but no one came.
Your delivery boys are so unprofessional and derilect. How can they say door lock when they never visited our home? I find dtdc a much better courier. Taking this matter to kotak also so that they need to rethink on giving bluedart work in future.
I will receive a call from your office tomorrow asking me to collect the parcel from your office. This has happened once already few days back.

I ordered a product from paytm through blue dart. Yesterday i checked the status of my consignment out for delivery after few minutes it shows consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed. I checked the status today to know where it is then i saw "undelivered shipment held at location" and i went to blue dart delivery office in ranchi today[protected]. They refused to deliver my consignment no awb [protected] and usage of abusive language by the courier delivery executive of blue dart ranchi.

I am not able to understand why the guys are not delivering on my address which is not rural area...

This is regarding refusal of delivering my consignment no awb-[protected] and usage of abusive language by the courier delivery executive of blue dart.

The executive called on phone for delivering the credit card. He fixed up the time 10.39. Am and then arrived at 3.33 pm

Finally, the person came with the delivery package and used abusive language on my phone that if you come late by 1 min i will return the parcel

He even said that the courier will not be delivered and what so ever action i want to take i may do that and now in no body can get that parcel delivered at my address.

If this blue dart employees will do... Then i don't think that anybody will be interested in getting services from blue dart.

I am sorry to say with this experience i will never ever use blue dart services.

Sir, yesterday i had received a call from [protected] (A blue dart courier boy) at 1444 hours for picking my consignment (Icici credit card) at that time he was at my company premises but sitting in another office so i told i am there in canteen which is just basement of that building so i request to give my consigment at my place he replied currently i am busy and will come when as i free.

But he again call me 1502 hours and using bad language and said kindly collect your consignment from another place (Main gate of premises). While i was go there to pickup none was there, i dialed that number many times but he did not receive my phone.

And in evening i received a message from blue dart that were unable to deliver shipment from icici bank.

I registered a company prdairy products pvt. Ltd. And i got a message from nsdl with awb no. [protected] for the delivery of my pan card through blue dart. Checed the status to know where it is then i saw "undelivered shipment held at location" and i also talked on customer care they told me that we can hold it for today n you can take it from our office which is 18 k. M away (Sector 81, noida) from my address (Rozayakubpur, greater noida west, near cherry county). I am not able to understand why the guys are not delivering on my address which is not rural area.

Since i was leave in the company from 10th to 15th so i wasnt able to receive my credit card after my leave i cameback and contacted blue dart an executive told me he will deliver it in my office by 19th then again no contact today i went to office to collect my creditcard he says it had been returned back so i kindly request u to take action regarding this serious issue and do the need as early as possible.

We are registering this complaint regarding the pick up boy. We have booked one courier through your logistics.
We have company showroom which is retail shop. And as a showroom all staff were busy with the customers so we told your staff to wait for 2 minutes as our staff was doing the process to dispatch the courier. But your staff behaviour was totally rude. Which is not suit your organisation.

Airway bill no.[protected] has not been delivered with a message that address is incomplete. I have try to contact on toll free number but the way it was attended i am surprised that how you treat your customer. The word of executive was very arrogantly. He replied that you talk with samsung we are not responsible. He was not ready to talk and it was strange that i was on line but he has disconnected the phone.

I didnt received my credit card on time. I did call customer care but calls were not getting connected. It got connected one time and it got disconnected. It is mention that it is a toll free number but it charged me apart from that it didn't get connected after that. I checked the tracking number on website and it was shown landmark needed. I have given each and every details. This forced me to visit the blue dart office and over there also I didnt get my credit card. The agent told me that it did not get delivered because you have not mention room no. I did mention 158 adarsh nagar, aarey milk colony goregaon east, Mumbai 400065. But the agent from the office told me it didn't get delivered because I should have mentioned room no 158 instead of just 158. The agent was good and help full. But the services are pathetic. The customer service number is shown toll free but it is chargeable apart from that the calls are not getting connected. While delivering the card they should have called me. If my number was not reachable than they should have messaged me. But they didn't even have me call. I am still waiting for my credit card. I am very frustrated. I want some one to call me right now on my number that is +91([protected]).

A parcel was sent from hyderabad to coimbatore on march 15th. Delivery was due on 18th march 2018. But it has not delivered. When tracked they are saying customer not available. But nobody had called to my number and there is no records with the security personnel about a parcel delivery person. Called the customer service several times and they assured it would deliver on those days and haven't yet delivered.

I am surprised to note that blue dart courier could not deliver a cover sent to loyola college by saying land mark is required.

It is shame on blue dart, when i had sent two covers

[protected] to different persons in the same college is delivered for professor and returned undelivered for another professor for want of land mark.

Also i had mentioned mobile numbers of both receiver and sendor, the blue dart has no courtesy in contacting contcting either of them

It is unfortunate that we continue to have association with bluedart. It is time to rethink and tie up of our sbi business with bluedart

I recently made a purchase from a supplier in india maya aromatics suppliers email address [protected]@gmail.com i have a dhl import account number and the supplier said that blue dart collected this order with tracking number [protected] but my dhl account did not register that this order was collected the supplier maya aromatics said a guy told him make the shipping to him and he will deal with the order. But that would be false and incorrect if the supplier is telling the truth then this needs investigating as now this case is esculating to a higher level my email address is [protected]@beaconoils.co. Yesterday my hdfc bank welcome kit are dispatch to my address but m not there than i was go to blue dart office & ask for my kit they directly told me ur address are shifted that wise we unable to dispatch there but yesterday when dileverd boy called me i was told only m not on there due to some personal work can i will recieve tomorrow than they was cut the call, now to today hez come to my address than they ask me my id thats ok but they ask my address proof by given to my company, i didnt understand why they ask than i was arranged to my company ids xerox and id xerox becoz urgent need to me otherwise, so please stop ur fake promises for best in service, right & fast to dileverd. I told a complain to hdfc also i dont want to receive any courier by bluedart.

Hi my ICICI credit card has been dispatched on Friday (16th March) however it has not been delivered till date (21st March)

I have contacted customer care 100 times and their response was like it will be Delivered today.

For the past 3 days I have been checking MA shipment status - Consignee not available

But I didn’t receive any call from delivery agent

Hi,
i ordered a mobile phone to ZOOKR and i recieved a sms that my order has been given to Blue dart for delivery . two times i got sms that my order will be deliver shortly (that day ) but i didn't receive even i got a sms that my order has been cancelled bcz i demanded for open delivery but i didn't demanded . without any information or phone call my order has been cancelled two times without any reason .
i have raised my complain to their toll free no . ([protected]) they don't have any talking sense that how to talk to the customers they talked me very rudely .

blue dart is very respected company but this type of customer service is very fake face of the company .
pathetic service...

i am paying Rs. 200 to blue dart as a delivery charge so its my credibilty to know so i call your customer care ...
but your CCE & delivery boys all are fake .

Pan card delivery give to only government post

Government post giving good service but PVT service very bad why NSDL PAN choosing BLUE DART corrier service this company not deliver villages and towns service.
